This 3 bedroom/3 full bath luxurious villa boasts 1,484 sq. ft. of living space plus 215 sq ft of lanai that has magnificent views of the ocean. With the lagoons and Pacific Ocean at our front door and the Ko Olina Championship Golf Course at the back, come and experience one of the most memorable vacations of your lifetime.

The master bedroom, with its own private access to the lanai, has an ensuite bathroom complete with grand soaking tub, separate shower stall and dual sinks. The master offers privacy as it is completely separated from the two guest bedrooms. Each guest bedroom has 2 full beds and its own full bathroom.

Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas provide lots of elbow room for guests to unwind and enjoy. One of the best features at the Beach Villas is the lanai glass doors that recess into the walls and fully open for indoor/outdoor relaxation!

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and 8 beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Amenities galore! Beach Villas guests have access to a heated saltwater lap pool with hot tub, family pool with hot tubs and sandy bottom pool section, fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, gas BBQ grills and beach bar. Enjoy certain evenings with live music while watching the sunset! Our property sits steps from the beach!

In Ko Olina resort, you can wine and dine at one of the many restaurants and lounges such as Roy’s, Ama Ama, Mina’s Fish House, Longboards Bar & Grill, and Monkeypod Kitchen. Casual dining includes Pizza Corner, Just Tacos, coffee shops, an ice cream parlor and more!

Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonal) are among a few of the water activities available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor. The harbor is a nice leisurely stroll not far from the Beach Villas. Or you can simply enjoy lounging in the lagoon or possibly even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Hop Along”. In the evening, catch a luau right in the resort!

*SPECIAL NOTICE FOR 2022*

To maintain the highest quality and standard of the Beach Villas, our property will be undergoing an external sealing and painting project from January 2022 through February 2023. This will entail a rig anchored at the top of the building that will hold a swing stage (scaffolding supported by ropes from above) for each "stack" of villas. There will be a few of these rigs hooked up alongside each other for each stack as they make their way around the tower. This will happen simultaneously for both towers.

Our villa is scheduled to be directly impacted by the project from March 15-May 13, 2022, when the swing stages will be positioned on our “stack”. Our unit will be available to rent during this time, however, the lanai will not be accessible during working hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm with possible extensions) and windows & lanai doors cannot be opened. Because guests will need to clear the lanai each day prior to 8am of all items and furniture from the lanai, we want to make it as easy and practical for our guests with this process. We will be replacing the current lanai furniture with more compact and lighter pieces such as stackable chairs or comparable.

With this possibly comes some paint odors, noise and certain sections of the 2 pools closed off (not completely shut down). The rest of the amenities will still remain open.
