Absolutely loved the condo. The view is unreal, the condo is very modern, and well equipped. Super convenient having a washer and dryer as well. The only downside for us was that the AC unit is right next to the bed and is very loud so we had trouble sleeping at first but then bought ear plugs and were able to get by. But overall, we loved this place and would stay here again in the future. The manager, Todd, was very responsive and was great to work with.

This condo is a must if you want an amazing experience while visiting the island. It’s convenient, clean, quiet, and private. This unit has an amazing unimpeded view of the ocean! We woke every morning, enjoying the sounds of the waves and view of the sunrise with a steaming cup of coffee (thank you, time change.) It was the most perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon! The daily visit from one of the many hens and her chick babies was a highlight as well 😊. I highly recommend for couples that want to have a home away from home. We will be back!

The property was perfect for us. Everything just as advertised. Very clean; postcard views; very private and quiet. Loved all the amenities (i.e. washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, sunblock, etc.). The condo had paper towel, toilet paper, coffee, etc. This was all an extra bonus.
As other reviewers commented; the bed is very comfortable. A couple of nights were cooler and we were able to sleep without a/c, but most nights I wanted the a/c on for sleeping, so it was nice to have available.
One reviewer had complained about construction next door; it was barely noticeable and only during the day. We did not find it a problem, but we were out exploring most days. Everything was quiet at night; just the wind and waves to lull you asleep.
Overall this is a 5 star property! We would definitely stay there again!

The property was great, check in was easy, and we appreciated the AC and fan for the late afternoons and muggier evenings. The apartment was well renovated, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. The parking lot was pretty full most of the time, the pool was out of service (which the property was upfront about), and the construction in the unit next door was but ideal, but we were overall very satisfied. The bed was comfortable and the views (from both sides!) and the location did not disappoint. We would love to stay here again sometime.

Between the peace and quiet of the property, hearing the waves and watching the stars while falling asleep at night, and watching the sunrise in the morning while whales breached in the distance, this was the perfect getaway for my wife and me. Check in/out was simple and we felt we had all the necessities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) for a proper Kauai stay. It was definitely a memorable experience.

This condo is located at the end of a complex and faces the ocean. Super quiet location with excellent views from the bedroom and living/dining area. We saw whales and dolphins! There is an a/c unit in the bedroom but we never needed it. We were able to sleep with the windows open and fall asleep listening to the waves. The unit has been remodeled and everything is in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cookware. There is a cook top but no oven. Something to be aware of but it didn’t affect us. There is a microwave and several outdoor charcoal grills. And many excellent restaurants in Princeville and nearby Hanalei. The location made it easy for us to get to so many beautiful hiking trails and beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place where you can see turtles from the balcony. Home is very clean and bed comfortable. There is a portable a/c unit in the bedroom. Only downside is the pool is shut down for months.

Todd was quick to answer any questions prior to visiting. The beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella were awesome to have at our use. One of the beach chairs was missing an arm, but it was still usable. The unit also had a washer and dryer to wash any clothes or towels which was super nice. The steamer was also nice to have for wrinkled clothing. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Nice shower as well. Bed was also pretty comfortable (better than most Vrbo we have stayed in). The AC unit was nice for the bedroom at night since we like a cold room to sleep in. Otherwise, the ocean breeze was perfect for lounging in the condo.

This is a great spot. Nothing but ocean just outside of all the windows, beautiful views, sounds of the ocean and warm breezes. Despite being one of six units in this building, it was very quiet and easy to access. The unit is fully renovated, all new appliances, hardwood floors, brightly painted, comfortable bed and furniture. It is small but was perfect for my wife and I. Seems very European with it's design and efficiency. Easy access to everything north coast - Princeville golf is just a few blocks away, Anini beach, Hanalei and other areas just a few minutes drive. An added bonus is the "hidden" Sealodge beach a short hike away, with the trailhead just a hundred yards from your front door! Highly recommend this unit!

Awesome place as advertised. Newly remodeled, second floor, on cliff overlooking the ocean. Access to hidden beach (10min hike) with all the beach toys you will need. Fall asleep listening to the ocean!

We loved our stay here. The condo is clean, well-equipped, stylish, and spacious; and the owner is responsive. It’s the last building in the area so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The short hike to the beach is a treat and the beach equipment is a big plus.
The bed is on the hard side but not uncomfortable.

Great location in Princeville over looking the ocean. It’s a small unit in building A which is one of the buildings fronting the ocean. The location is surprisingly quiet, even with neighbors all around us.
The interior of this unit has been tastefully remodeled in 2021, so everything was new and fresh. It has all of the kitchen and laundry essentials for a two-week stay. It also came with a beach umbrella, towels, chairs and a cooler which came in handy. Unlike other rentals, the owner was generous in providing shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, laundry detergent and trash bags so we didn’t have to buy any and creating more waste. Owner was responsive when we had questions and the check-in process was a breeze.
This is one of the few units that came with an AC unit, which is nice. We visited in early July and on most days, there was a cool ocean breeze which made it unnecessary to use the AC. I think we wouldn’t have had to use AC at all if the screens in the bedroom, front door, and the sliding door had been replaced to eliminate the gaps (my wife is prone to bad mosquito bites so we kept the windows closed at night so place was a bit muggy without AC).
Overall, we were happy with the unit.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is absolutely fantastic, right against the bluff overlooking the ocean - you can sit in your bed, on the balcony, or in the sitting area and listen to the sound of the ocean. Property has all the beach gear you would need - chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards. A quick walk down from the property to Sealodge beach - a beautiful, less busy beach cove with nice snorkeling. The kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans, refrigerator, convection oven, cooktop, and full size refrigerator. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower with dual shower heads. The bedroom has an AC unit if you get warm. The only recommendation would be that the owner replace the window screens, as some have gaps that let in bugs at night. Overall a really wonderful stay and my wife and I would gladly stay here again. Alot of though clearly went into making this a comfortable stay and it shows. Maholo for the beautiful lodging!

We were looking to spend quiet time away from our busy stressful life in the bay area. My hope was to find a place which would help us relax and have nature around so we could do quick hikes/walks. The unit we stayed at in A5 possibly had the best view (ocean from all the windows!) and as a bonus also has plenty of play area for my 5 year old to chase chickens and run around.
The unit was well kept, has all the essentials and communicating with Todd was pleasant.
Highly recommend this unit if you need a restful vacation in Kauai.

The condo was super clean, with the most amazing view ever. We watched whales and turtles from the lanai. The walk to sealodge beach for the sunsets was wonderful. It’s about 0.6 miles from the condo to the walking path in Princeville, which we ran a few times. The condo provided beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We cooked most nights. Be careful using the stovetop it gets sooo hot. With practice I was able to make pancakes without burning them. The owner and condo manager were very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a great time here! Super clean and updated space. When we first arrived, we weren't able to see the view since we came in at night. But when we woke up, it was amazing! Nothing is better than having coffee or sipping a cocktail and watching whales jump out of the water.
The space comes with everything you need - pots, pans, cutlery, washer/dryer and detergent, cooler and beach chairs, and even a mini weight set.
The stovetop cooks extremely hot. There's a note about this on the stove, so definitely listen to the warning! Another thing to note if you are opting to cook in instead of going out - the grills offered on-site are charcoal only, so you'll need to get some at a nearby market.
My husband and I both think we had the best sleep of our lives there. The bed was SO comfortable. In fact, I'm planning to email the owner and ask what brand of mattress it was because we are 100% getting the same one.
The location of this place is perfect. Close to nearby beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We would totally stay at this place again. I've already recommended it to friends and family if they ever make the trip to Kauai!

We cracked the window every night and head the best sound machine in the world with the waves below us crashing into shore. The view is everything the listing describes. Great location too.
