Was a great time staying at Wailoupi beach resort .. place was just as advertised with the pictures being spot on and not misleading at all...the unit was more than enough for the 2 of us to have our own space...all the rooms and areas were spacious with all new appliances ...we didnt have any issues during our 2 weeks there..the management company checked in to make sure if there was anything we needed...the property was beautiful and centrally located with beautiful pool area with no real crowds to speak of..the staff was always friendly and helpful for our needs..we will definitely be coming back ..mahalo

The condo was amazing and the complex amenities were terrific. Our kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach, plus the shopping center across the street was super convenient. The condo was clean, had a very well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

We had a great experience at this property. The pool with the slides is wonderful for kids. Our 3 yea fold had a blast. The property is centrally located so easy to get to north and west sides. It was clean and quiet but the king bed needs to be replaced. Also need moreUtensils in the kitchen. Missing regular size spoons.

Great location, lovely pools and hot tubs. Good restaurant. Nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella but they were pretty old and ratty and the umbrella is missing a pin so kind of wonky. The master bed mattress needs replacing too--it was saggy and not comfortable. Otherwise, clean, plenty of towels and the resort wasn't too crowded. We loved Kauai so much and can't wait to come back!

Condo is excellent. Very good condition, complex has an amazing pool and very close to the water. We stayed for 6 nights. Full size fridge and high end appliances. If you are going to cook. Keep in mind that the oven takes about 30 minutes to preheat to 400. A/C works great. Owner was responsive with the few issues we had. I would highly recommend. Lots of shops and dining options close. Location is very central to north and south shore so it's a great staging point. If the Management company reads this. There is an issue with the direct tv box in the living room it take 5+ minutes for a channel to come in.

This is our second time staying at this resort, first time in this unit. The unit is very well appointed and we had everything we needed for our family of 4 during our 5 night stay. The resort itself is also great. Very nice pool and the location is perfect for getting to all parts of the island.
Unfortunately, the property management company misread the date we were arriving to the island, so we walked into a unit that had not been cleaned at our check-in time of 3. This was very disappointing as we had been hiking and at the beach for the day just killing time until we could check-in. We had to wait an additional 3 hours to get into our unit. We have never had this happen before in our travels, but in the future I will contact the management company directly to make sure they know we plan to be there at check-in.
We also had an issue with the fridge. It made a very loud noice off and on for days. First off, it took us a few hours to get ahold of management on Monday morning. We called and stopped by the office and no-one was around. Then, they were not able to have someone come to service this particular brand of fridge until the week after we left, so we had to put up with the loud noise or turn off the fridge (which we had just stocked with groceries). Everyone I talked to was very kind and apologtic and after we returned home we did receive a very small credit for the inconvenience with the fridge. Overall, great unit and property but disappointed with the property management company. Although the issues we had didn't ruin our vacation they definitely put a damper on a trip we had been saving for and looking forward to for a long time. We would have appreciated more compensation for our hassles.

This was the perfect property for myself and my family. The location is great for getting to all areas of the island and for access to stores and restaurants. The place itself was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything that was needed for cooking, sleeping and a day at the beach. The pool area was well maintained and beautiful. Our unit was exactly what we needed for a wonderful vacation!

Communication was spot on and this property is exactly as described. My family had a flight delayed for arrival in Kauai due to weather and the property management was responsive and understanding. The unit was clean, spacious and termperature was comfortable. We visited many places on the island and felt relaxed each evening returning to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This resort has all the amenities we needed. There is even a chiropractor and bike rentals in the lobby. We needed a condo that would comfortably fit 5 adults and this was the icky one we found they had 2 full size beds in one master suite and a king bed in the other. It also has 3 bathrooms-2 showers but having the extra sink area and 3rd toilet was essential with our 3 adult kids! We did have some plumbing issues- toilets and shower dripping- which were taken care of fairly quickly by GI Properties. For sure reason the vTV in the living room didn't get any sports channels but the TVs in the bedroom did. The US Open was going on when we were there and we wanted to watch some matches. GI management was notified but the tech they sent out couldn't figure out the problem. He tried 3 separate times but it still didn't work. The central air worked great, the showers had built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers which was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We did notice the the couch needed a thorough cleaning. It was a bit musty smelling so we never sat on it. The table in the patio was a nice touch since we could actually get a glimpse of the ocean when eating out there. The pool at this resort was absolutely amazing. I've never experienced anything quite like it. So clean and beautiful and of course the slides were fun too. The towel exchange at the pool was really easy to do and we were always provided with fresh pool towels each day. I noticed in previous reviews that people said the slides were only open on the weekends.That was not true for us. They were open every day until 6 pm. The Oasis restaurant by the pool is only open for dinner but did have a bar and live music a couple nights. We also loved the 7 mile-each way- bike path which was easily accessible from our resort. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime in the future.

This condo had everything we needed and didn’t even know we needed. We loved the central air conditioning, lots of space, beautiful kitchen with everything we needed, two soaking bathtubs three toilets and two showers. We never had to take turns to take a shower or bath at the end of the day. It was in a great location taking 30 to 40 minutes to get to either side of the island because we do enjoy both sides. We loved the location because we could also walk to stores and restaurants which was unlike the other places we have stayed in Kauai. We will definitely stay here again highly recommend! There were at least 2 to 3 days we never left the property because we would take walks walk to lunch and stay at the pool and relax then walk to get shaved ice or ice cream.

Such a lovely and spacious condo for me and three teenagers. The appliances worked great. TV in the bedroom works fine, but couldn’t figure out the tv in the living room. Wifi works great, the pool was wonderful and proximity to Safeway & Starbucks was fantastic!! The beach was beautiful to hang out at in the evenings with a good book. The property management team were so helpful with checking in/out. All in all, it was a relaxing stay and we’ll be back.

This property was the perfect location, right in the middle, close to both the north & south shore activities. Very clean, photos are true, customer service very responsive. The beach, however, was quite rocky and we chose to visit others that were more inviting.
