If you would rather go for a casual walk, you can take a 10 minute stroll to the Hyatt Regency or in the opposite direction a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach. At either place you will find wonderful white sandy beaches and casual dining for lunch or dinner.
We have recently installed new kitchen and bathroom quartz countertops , a walk-in shower in the master bath, a ceramic tub with tile and curtain in the guest bath, as well as Travertine floors in the dining and kitchen area.

Wow! From the moment we walked in the place it surpassed our expectations! Kauai, specifically Poipu, has been a family vacation destination for me since childhood. It had been a few years since I brought my husband here and we had been waiting for the chance to make it back. This time we made it with our 3 year old and my husbands brother and his wife and we booked this property for our two week vacation.
The grounds are beautiful and quiet, a very quick drive or short walk to Poipu beach! The pool and parking access was also ideal. There was a fair amount of beach stuff available and communication with Karen was great! Having the washer dryer was also great, especially with a little one and beach towels. Unfortunately the dryer stopped working but the staff at the resort were great and accommodated us using housekeeping to dry our clothes and towels as needed.
Overall this was a great unit to stay in and we will 100% book with Karen again in the future. Aloha for now đ

After spending 5 night in Princeville in a unit with little ventilation having AC in this unit was a plus for us. The amount of beach items for use was fabulous. Loved having the pool and hot tub right outside the door. The TV in the second bedroom was difficult to see because it was so low. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

This property is a fantastic home base for all your Kauai adventures. We woke up each morning and walked to Poipu beach and said hello to the turtles and monk seals. Follows by some coffee at Little Fish, great community feel but all the amenities of a hotel or home. The kids loves the pool right outside of he front door as well. Highly recommend this unit for a family or two couples.

Terrific location thatâs easy walking and driving distance to everything on the South Shore. Unit could use some updates/TLC. When we arrived some of the rugs in the bathroom were wet and overall everything felt mustyâwould definitely recommend some lighter-weight fabrics in such a humid environment. We were able to air it out over the first couple days, but not the most welcoming to walk into. It was rainy and humid while we were there so had to empty the AC units multiple times a day, which we didnât mind doing but a heads up or instructions wouldâve been helpful. Karen communicated well with us ahead of our stay and the property management team on-site was fantastic.

The property is as described. Such a nice open condo right by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped (no spices or other basic food prep items at this time). The beds were really comfortable. Communication was good and check in and check out easy. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place. Kids loved being by the pool. We didnât hear anything from the pool like other reviews have implied. Loved that she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already there for guest use. Plenty of bench items which was wonderful as well. Check in was easy! Beds were comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. We had no issues with it being cool enough. The only thing I wish it had was stock spices already there (we have had this in other condos on Kauai). Wish it was a little closer walking distance wise from the beach just because we have 3 small kids. If you have all adults in your party this will not be an issue. Highly recommend!! We wished we could move into this condo!

Location is fabulous in Poipu. Near by beaches with snorkeling.
Now to the house. Loved being on the ground floor. Spacious house. AC units in living room and spare room. No AC in master bedroom. We aimed living room AC down the hall at night and put a tall fan in the doorway, it helped to cool the room off. The master bathroom toilet has a low flush. Appreciated all the fins, snorkel gear and other beach items. We left a bottle of no fog to add to the various sunscreen that was there as well.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. We bought some Pam, salt and pepper and garlic powder that we left but not sure if that will be thrown out when cleaned. Other condos we have rented have had spices there to use. The ice and water in the fridge was nice as well. Very quiet place even being a few steps from the pool, with doors shut you could hardly hear kids at the pool.

We enjoyed our week there but had some issues with the condo. Dryer did not work, rooms were a little damp and musty, tvâs were hard to work, and there was a leak in the hall bath from the unit above. Management tried to fix leak ? Location close to beach, pool and restaurants was awesome. Thanks Karen.

No central ac, two portable ac units one in dining area and one in guest bedroom. Musty smell especially in guest bedroom and living room, which are the carpeted areas. Other than that, the condo would have gotten five stars. It was comfortably furnished. Kitchen well stocked with cookware essentials. Living room tv had a line down the middle of the screen, but didn't interfere much with viewing.
