Perfect condo for my family. Nice layout and incredible ocean views from both bedrooms and living room. Can view the sunrise from bed but I suggest walking down to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool. Candace answered our questions quickly. Highly recommend and hope to be back again one day.

We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen to allow us to cook, sharp knives to cut pineapple, and Tupperware for storage. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living room faced the ocean which made waking up so beautiful. We sat at the 4 top table on the lanai and watched the stars. We used the four beach chairs and cooler everyday. Thank you. The interior freezer ice maker was so useful.
The condo. was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfy, and well decorated. The big foyer was perfect for sandy shoes. The washer didn’t have laundry soap so we just rinsed our clothes and used the dryer. I highly recommend the condo.

Rarely does the actual property surpass the description and pictures-this property and particular unit absolutely does!
Beautifully appointed unit; freshly updated, very clean, new linens/towels, well-organized kitchen, excellent AC, very family friendly resort.
Ocean view is spectacular.
East part of island ideal location to explore rest of island with day trips-in the week we were there we explored so much!
Recommend stopping at Walmart or Costco on way in (much less expensive than local supermarket-however good in a pinch).
We ate dinner at the onsite Oasis and the food and service was wonderful.
Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai staying at this resort. We had a beautiful unit with a great view of the beach and ocean. The seating in the living room would have been hard had there been more than 4 of us. Another comfortable chair would have been great other than that no complaints. We'd stay there again for sure!

We had a very good experience at this condo. The beds in the second bedroom were changed before we arrived and one of my sons had to use a sofa sleeper. Nice but not a bed. Candace was as helpful as could be in the situation. The ocean view is gorgeous and we we’re able to get all over the island. Smith family luau was a delight.

The unit was just awesome in every way. Check in couldn’t be any easier. I loved the little things such as basic spices, dish soap, laundry detergent. All the things one could use when staying for a week, but can’t justify purchasing when only staying for a week. The grounds were very nice and well kept, and the beach was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back to Kauai and wouldn’t mind staying in this unit again! Thank you!

The views were amazing! The condo is only a couple hundred yards off the ocean. It was great listening to the waves all night. Had all the essentials that we needed. Kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay again!

Condo is under new owner- new carpet - good mattress’s and amazing view !
Things were broken in the unit but nothing that affected and our stay and Candace was extremely helpful in addressing issues.
We would not hesitate to stay in G 206 again- !!!

Beautiful property! Outstanding ocean view! Well-appointed furnishings. Convenient location. The only negative was that I was confused by the communications that I received. I received some information about the rental through the VRBO app, some information by email, and the remainder through the Hospitality app (which I didn't really understand was necessary to this whole rental process - I haven't had to rely on it for other VRBO rentals, so I was confused and anxious.) I really wish all of the information would have been consolidated and communicated through only one of these means. However, Candace was very quick to respond when I did have questions or concerns.

We had an amazing time, the condo is pretty and the location and the view is awesome! Close to everything. Pool is so beautiful. I am very pleased with the communication with the management, very responsive. My only complaint is the condo's smell. It smells moldy. It has to be the carpet. We were surprised to see the carpet in the living room. This is a high humidity environment and they should replace the carpet for tiles. We kept the windows opened most of the time and it was fine. Would stay again.

The grounds and location are fantastic. Kids loved the pool. The unit is not 3 bedrooms. It has 2 bedrooms. In addition, the couch in the living room pulls out to a bed. The patio furniture is falling apart and moldy. Other than that this place was wonderful.

Overall we had a great week! The property is well maintained and landscaped. I loved that we always found plenty of seating by the pool/hot tubs even with our big group. We enjoyed the proximity to the Kapaa pedestrian trail we walked in the mornings. Having a grocery store across the street is a plus too.
My sisters also rented two units on the property and so I was able to compare all three. Theirs both felt more tidy and less cluttered. Our unit was mostly fine and much of the furniture is the same, I am just comparing very picky details. Our outdoor table was warped and taped together. Our bedding quilt was old, thin and had a few rips. The TV's had all the wires showing so added to a cluttered feel. Picture small TV table instead of actual furniture to hide wires, etc. The glass on picture/art frames on walls need some cleaning. (Had I not seen the units my sisters were in, I may not have even noticed some of these details.) If I came to this resort again, I would pick one of the other units.
To end on a positive note, we all were comfortable, slept fine, had all the linens we needed, enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, appreciated the washer/dryer in unit, and had a fun, adventure filled week!

My husband, two young kids, and parents stayed here May 23-June 1 2022 and it was everything we hoped it would be. The view was stunning, the property was perfect for kids, and the condo made an amazing home base for our adventures around the island. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the protected areas of the beach where the kids could play without us having to worry. We hated to leave and will absolutely look at condo G 206 next time we are lucky enough to make it back to Kauai!

Fabulous condo, convenient location for exploring the entire island. Only downside was the limited restaurant hours (no breakfast or lunch) but we got a condo so we didn’t eat out every meal anyway. We did discover a walking path to other places for breakfast on our last day we wish we would have known about sooner.
Our unit had boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler which made days at the beach a breeze. Highly recommend!

We had a spectacular time. The grounds of the resort were outstanding. Our condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. We loved it. We were only steps from the beach. If there was one drawback, it was that it was difficult to swim at the beach due to the rocky shelf along the beach front. This would not keep us from returning. There were several beautiful beaches within minutes of the resort.
The resort was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. There was also a great walking path that runs through the resort.

After Covid cancelled our vacation to hawaii in 2020 and twice earlier in 2021, we finally were able to take my In-Laws on a promised vacation to hawaii they never thought they’d be able to make it to.
It was so special for us to be able to take them, and the condo unit was absolute perfection. 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 lanai’s, we’ll stocked kitchen and views of the sunrise. Could not have asked for a better location, or nicer condo. The property was perfect, our 13 year old loved the pool, the hot tubs were wonderful to slip into after the sun had gone down.
We are so appreciative of the hospitality granted to us, the ease of check-in and check-out, the amenities of the condo and the relaxing beachfront for Christmas.

This is exactly what we needed. The location was convenient for us to get around the island. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from all the rooms were amazing. Communication with Kauai Calls was always great. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen had all cooking/eating supplies. The view from the condo was 10/10. I would highly recommend this condo and booking through Kauai Calls.

Stayed for a week. Start up supplies (salt, pepper,paper towels, tp, etc) were more than expected. Very clean and nicely appointed. View to die for. Basically, luxury living! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My grand daughters couldn`t get enough of the pool. Kauai speaks for itself, love it. One nuisance was no place to wash the sand off your feet before entering the buildings. Leaves you feeling guilty (mama`s teachings). Bottom line is great place. Try it.
