The condo was perfect for us. Roomy, clean, and stocked with everything you might possibly need for a beach vacation. We came from Jersey and did not want to have to lug much with us. The host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc in great condition. We also received little extras to start us off like laundry pods and soap etc. The location was also great, as there are so many amazing places to eat in Kihei. 100 percent would stay again!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is superb within walking distance to the ocean across the street and several restaurants and even Foodland grocer if you chose to walk. The condo has great views of the ocean off balcony and Haleakala and front bedroom some views of ocean and mountainside on other side of the valley.

Very clean and well-located 2 bedroom unit in a well-maintained complex. Everything you need for your stay is there. Across street from a beach where you can watch the surfers from your lanai. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy and close access to a highway. Very accommodating host - great communication from start to finish.

What an amazing location! The rental is within walking distance of beach, parks, food and shopping. It was a wonderful place for kids and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed barbecuing out at the pool.

We stayed here for five nights in July 2023. It is in a fantastic location with an easy walk to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. It is right across the road from a surfing beach and a great place to watch the sunset. The unit was clean and had everything you might need. The grounds were beautiful and my nephews loved the pool. We will definitely be back.

The pictures do not do this condo justice. So much better in person. Very clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Excellent views of Cove Park from the Lanai and even better sunset views from the master bedroom and front porch area. Comfortable beds and great parking. Easy access to get to anywhere you need to go to explore the island, Property is very well maintained, provides a pool, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, and bbq grills for use. Owner provides all equipment needed to enjoy a day at the beach (5 chairs, umbrella, ice chests, ice packs, snorkel gear, beach towels, and tons of beach toys). The AC was wonderful to have as well. Great communication and quick to respond. Everything you need is provided. Book your stay now!

Jamie had every thing we needed, condo was walkable to many restaurants and groceries. Cove across the street is where all the surf schools happen so lots to watch. Nice grilling area near the pool. Very clean, awesome area to explore! Easy drive to Lahaina to check out snorkel and sailing charters.

This location is ideal. We loved the close surfing cove, snorkel area south and the restaurants!! So many good things. The condo was perfect for our family with a nuch needed hot tub considering the storm that happened while we were here. Everything was well stocked and plenty of towels! We loved our stay.

Kihei is by far our favorite area to stay when on island. It’s centrally located and makes it easy to get anywhere. Plus the best beaches are so, so close. Host was great, reached out with instructions on how to get in the condo at arrival and also answered a couple questions I had very promptly before we arrived. We were so pleasantly surprised with everything supplied in the condo. Beach chairs, toys and towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. All of the lights were labeled and detailed instructions were left to use the tvs, etc. We were blown away by the attention to detail. The condo complex is perfectly located and has a very nice pool. You can walk to great beaches, restaurants and a nice park. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

The location of this condo was great! Short walk to the beach and to many great food spots. I wish it had a better ocean view though. The ocean was to the side of the deck. The pool at the condo was perfect for kids to swim and never too crowded and very clean. It was nice having beach chairs, umbrellas and kids toys to bring to the beach. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Great condo for the price!

Loved the location and the amenities. The condo was clean and well supplied, except there should be more beach towels available. Some days we would go to the beach and then take a swim later in the day and could have used a few more towels. It was great having a washer and dryer available. We didn't use the outdoor grills but noticed several other guests using them and enjoying themselves. We used the pool multiple times and it was very nice and clean and never crowded. We had an issue with the sliding door to the Lanai getting stuck twice but the owner arranged for it to be repaired pretty quickly. The on-site contact was very sweet but she was not able to help. We had to contact the owner directly. The kids found the sofa bed to be comfortable, as were the other beds in the unit. It was nice to have two full baths. We would stay there again for sure.

Property was clean and spacious. Swimming pool and general areas was the best. You will enjoy staying in this property with your family. Grill and pool are cleaned daily. The lanai area was a plus. So nice to enjoy the breeze and seeing everyone roaming the streets and people surfing. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely book again when we go back for more fun!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has everything you need for beaching, cooking. Great restaurants to wake to, groceries walkable too & rentals such as mopeds & kayaks. We decided to rent a car for the week & were glad of it because there are much nicer sand beaches that are just a little too far to carry beach chairs etc. We also drove to Twin Falls & Maui Ocean Center.

We had a great stay at Jamie’s place. Pics on the site were accurate. Check in was a breeze. The directions for check in were accurate. There were plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. There was also Saran Wrap and foil for any leftovers.
They had several coolers, pool toys, beach chairs and towels for you use so no need to rent or bring your own. There was fish soap and laundry detergent available as well.
I would definitely stay here again in the future!

My family of 4 kids 6 and 7 plus wife stayed 9 days and it was absolutly amazing.
Kitchen: A little small but has every single thing you need and some.
Laundry machines: both washer and dryer work very efficient and quick.
Showers: good water pressure and gets hot pretty quick.
Overall regular temperature inside gets pretty warm quick. The bedroom with two beds definitely gets warmer. However it does have multiple fans in the room that can cool it off.
The built-in AC unit for the room and living room works better than expected.
All of the beds we're nice and cozy.
The Neighbors are all very friendly.
Everything seems so peaceful.
Very easy access to the beaches,

Very convenient location in heart of Kihei with shops and restaurants a couple min walk away. Very good value for what you get. Clean, responsive host with plenty of beach gear to use at all the beaches within minutes of the property. Great pool and jacuzzi with sunset views! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We spend 6 nights here and were able to enjoy the amenities of the pool and grills, as well as all the necessities and extras provided by the condo owner in-unit. The location was very convenient to exploring the island, and had walkable bars, restaurants, and food stores. Communication between the owner was seamless and she had everything we could have hoped for, including travel coolers and some pool noodles, among other things. Also, the amazing views of sunset from the lanai and other spots on the property were so gorgeous. Would totally stay here again!!

Overall great place to stay, across the street from the ocean and park. Walking distance from food. Home is well furnished, I would suggest getting more plush bedding, remove the large mirror on wall behind couch and add paint walls a nice light grey color or something more modern. Other than that, great place. Now keep in mind Kihei is a locals area, not alot of food options in the area. I personally prefer Lahina area. But Kihei is alot more affordable. Would stay again for sure! I would do a small remodel and charge more per night and it would be perfection. Property is well managed.

The condo hat lots of beach items in the closet, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for our use. The second bedroom was a little warm at times as there is no AC in that room. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a super positive experience with our stay in Kihei. Jamie was very on top of any of our needs and responded very quickly. The property is a little dated, but was very clean which is the most important thing to me. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of beach supplies like chairs, snorkel gear, bags, ice chests. The view of the beach was beautiful. The beach right across the street is very small, but a block away there is a nice sandy beach. I loved the location as it is centrally located so easy to get to most locations on the island. I highly recommend Jamie’s condo.

Looked at lots of properties and settled on this one because of its central location. It was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy, the pool and hot tub were so nice at the end of the day. We could walk to surfing, snorkeling, boogie boarding and parks...perfect place to watch the sunset and surfers at The Cove. Try out Peace, Love Shave ice! So good and the people there are so friendly! Really could not have asked for a better stay!

We loved the location of this property. It is a short walk to many beaches and lots of bars/restaurants in Kihei. Even the pool at the property has a great view of the ocean across the street, which is also visible from the balcony. The unit is filled with everything you need such as extra towels, beach chairs, tennis racquets etc. Overall great stay and an excellent value. We were impressed and hope to return some day.

Our stay in this condo was just perfect for my family! Great space for my husband and I in one room and for my sisters family with two kids in the second room. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and pool from the lanai every day! The condo was well stocked with starter supplies enough to last us couple weeks and It was great to have enough towels for our families and even some for all of us for the beach. The kids got to enjoy using the beach stuff provided in the closet. The AC was quick in cooling the condo on really hot days. We had some difficulty with the tv but the owner was quick in emailing us back on our concerns and made an effort in helping us fix the issue. Any questions we had for the owner was always answered promptly. The location of the condo was perfect for quick access to the beaches, restaurants and grocery store! We had a lovely stay in Kehei and would love to come back again!

Condo is a great 2nd floor, 2BR, 2BA choice for easy ocean access as well as walk -to shopping in Kihei. Lanai offers great view of the pool as well as Cove Beach and the ocean. We had our morning coffee on the ample lanai & loved to watch all the paddle boarders off Cove Beach.
Unit is very secure & we appreciated a keypad entry with our own code given to us by the owner.
Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc as well as starter paper products. Modern glass stove-top & oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & disposal. Tub showers in both baths, hairdryers & starter paper goods. Stacked washer & dryer was a definite plus as was the drying rack for our swimsuits & towels. Even has a beach closet off the kitchen filled with chairs, coolers, sand toys & swim noodles. We got a lot of use out of these with our 3 yr old granddaughter!
Furnishings are newer and clean. TVs in living room & bedrooms as
well as DVD player, paperbacks, puzzles, etc.
The condo is pleasantly furnished, clean & very secure. We all had wonderful comfortable nights' sleep.
The grounds & pool are immaculately groomed. The pool area has plenty of deck chairs, permanently fixed picnic tables & grills under a covered area.
Guests & the permanent residents alike were all very friendly, making us feel welcome.
My husband, myself, our adult daughter and young granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed for 7 nights in Maui with our 2 kids (9 months and 3 years) and their grandparents. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location was great. We rented a car, but hardly needed it because everything is walking distance. Foodland for groceries is close by. Our favorite place to eat was Joys cafe, which was a 3 minute walk. My 3 year old son loved charley young beach, which was a 5 minute walk, and right across the street is a small beach that was perfect for a quick dip in the ocean. Downsides to this condo include: lots of traffic noise during the day, a rooster crowing all night long, and the pool is a little chilly for small children (I think the ocean was warmer!) Overall we had an amazing time!

We stayed at unit 203 for 2 weeks in February 2018 and the condo met our needs in every way. After doing all inclusive vacations in previous years, we were a bit concerned about whether we would have what we needed for our holiday. There are a lot of kitchen tools, including an amazing blender that we used quite a bit. It is spacious, has two full bathrooms and a great spot for seeing the ocean (and whales!). The Shores of Maui is honestly a great little community - everyone knew each other. Very kind people, mostly from the US and Canada.
Coolers, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas and other supplies were also included. Parking was also very easy.
Thanks for the great experience! We look forward to coming back in the future.

We very much enjoyed our time at this condo. Spacious 2 bedrooms - everyone had room to spread out. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There is a well stocked kitchen - didn't lack for anything. Beach items (chairs etc) were awesome! Spent several mornings and sunset evenings on the balcony and at the pool - just awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent a week here with my daughters. The condo is in a great central location, has good views of the beach and was clean and well prepared. Everything was clean and a lot of the typical beach accessories were there. Bags, umbrellas, chairs, towels, etc. Everything for cooking and sleeping were there too. No late night trips to the store for basic necessities like coffee filters, trash bags, toilet paper, etc..

We were surprised to find pretty much anything we could need in the condo, and a lot of things we hadn't thought of. Pool toys, beach chairs, etc. there was a waffle maker and rice cooker even. We needed a battery changed in the smoke alarm and the on site contact was very nice and helpful and it was taken care of right away. Pool was clean and very well maintained as was the property. the owner was very responsive any time I needed to contact her. Overall great experience
