Condo is beautifully renovated, well appointed and steps from the beach. The property does not provide any services for Vrbo units and there was no book or info on dealing with trash, etc. We ultimately had to dump our own trash. The listing is misleading in that the amenities include a washer and dryer. There was no washer and dryer in the unit. There was a community laundry room on the opposite side of the property. We did not use it and simply bought new clothes to bridge the gap since we did not pack for a full week.

The condo was spectacular and very accurate with the online listing. The condo is steps away from the beach and the pool with a spectacular view. Bree was attentive and answered any questions I had about the condo. My family and I would highly recommend this condo and we would go back again.

This is the best place we could have chosen to stay at. The location was absolutely the best and hard to find anywhere else. First floor and steps away from the beach. You can't find that anywhere else! Property was clean and spacious and the neighborhood was so pleasant. I 100% recommend staying here.

My wife and I had a wonderful two week stay at a perfect condo. The condo is updated, clean and very comfortable. The property manager, Bree, was very responsive, professional and friendly. She checked in with us several times during our stay. Great service and a great place to stay!

We had a lovey time at this location. Very easy access to beach. Located close to restaurants and smaller shopping areas. Older crowd at this resort. Very quiet and friendly. Lots of regulars come every year. Property manager was great to speak with and handle any glitches.
Looking forward to returning next year for a longer stay.

There is no place that is more beach-front than this one. Spectacular location, views, ambience. Locatged within 25 yards of the premier beach snorkeling reef on Maui. While adequate, the kitchen could use some attention for dishware, utensils, etc.But the Safeway is 10 minutes away for ooking supplies, and the best fresh-fish market on the island is a 2 minute drive north. 10 minutes to Lahaina. Well equipped for beach and snorkeling. Highly recommended.

Your condo was more than expected! We are very familiar with the villas with multiple stays in different condos either in the Dolphin or the Emerald. We have stayed in both facing the pool and both ocean front. By far yours has been the most updated and extremely clean. You furnished very nice beach toys and towels and the big stream TV was a hit with our grandkids when they would come over to visit as they where staying in the Emerald. The Lanai found us spending hours enjoying the sound and sight of the ocean while sipping on coffee or our favorite cocktails. We did notice some subtle changes around the grounds and pool that where nice.
Thank you for the opportunity in sharing the unique property. Would luv to stay here again if life and health allow.

…. I honestly tell them it was our condo! Everything about the unit itself, to the property amenities, was beyond perfect. The on-site restaurant is better than most of the places we actually went out for. The beach is literally 300 feet from the sliding glass doors and is perfect. Very little crowds and the water is great. A little bit of a current now and then so swimmers should be cognizant of currents and ocean safety…or have some supervision around the afternoon.
The master is huge and the pullout bed was actually comfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen are also large and well appointed. There are boogie boards, a snorkel and fin set, beach chairs and umbrella… We didn’t want for anything.
Bree, the property manager, has been lovely to work with. She is always prompt on responding with help with the property or recommendations for activities and restaurants.
The photos are spot on, if even “beneath” what it actually is. Do yourself a favor and book today!

This is a lovely one bedroom condo. It was very well equipped with all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare many of our own meals. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and an umbrella to take down to the beach - steps away from the back patio which opened onto the resort's back lawn, which was equipped with chaise lounges. We loved the relatively small size of this resort. The pool area is adequate. Barbecues were very well maintained. We were a little disappointed in onsite The Castaways restaurant. Having eaten there many times on previous visits to Maui, we felt the food quality and service were much deteriorated. We believe much of this is due to understaffing (which is rampant everywhere in Hawaii) due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We would definitely consider staying at this condo again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has been nicely updated and the end unit location makes for a very private retreat. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels for beach and bath. Pretty view of the ocean. The "beach walk" path was great for our daily walk. Bree was great to work with before and after our arrival. Very responsive. Thank you.

The unit was very nice with the new remodel! Nice touches all throughout the spacious one bedroom with easy beach and pool access. The key card did not work for the pool gate but we were able to reach through the door to open it. It looked like many others had the same issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The view was beautiful, and we loved that we could hear the roar of the ocean from the unit. We found the beach access (steps away) and parking were both very convenient, the well appointed kitchen was another plus. Overall, we'd definitely consider staying at this location for future visits to Maui.

The property was updated and very comfortable. Of the 9 units we've stayed in at this resort, this was by far the best experience. Being on the ground floor made it accessible. It's proximity, seemed to bring the beach right inside. Even the restrictions imposed by the Covid protocols didn't diminish the pleasure. We will definitaly be back

We have stayed at MKV three times prior in different units. This one by far is the best! Newly renovated and well appointed in a private spot with an amazing view just outside the sliders. The photos definitely portray an accurate account of the unit. I don't have anything negative to say, but it is worth noting it is an end unit that has a small part of the walking trail next to it. Shrubbery keeps it pretty private but you can hear people talking at busy times; didn't bother us. We will be back for another stay at this fantastic location. Aloha!

We have stayed at MKV for many years. This unit in particular, although a few times, we were sooo pleased with the renovation! They did a fabulous job at adding more space in the kitchen and bathroom and everything is upgraded. Fabulous beachfront, grassy area in front of lanai for chaises. Always the best, that's why we keep coming back!
