Condo was amazing! Beautiful views, great pool and beach. Easy check-in for late night arrival too. Just a few small issues—Would appreciate knowing the door code change in advance. Some hallway construction was happening and wasn’t cleaned up in a timely manner. Doorway screens need repair, all were difficult to slide. We would definitely stay again!

The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Easy access to fantastic pool (never crowded) with lots of secluded areas to sit and relax. Great kitchen with everything you need to enjoy meals if you don’t want to eat out.
Only negative is the living room furniture. With 4 adults there really isn’t a comfortable spot to sit with only 1 chair and the couch (that slopes out toward the room) which leaves someone sitting at the dining table.

Great location and wonderful staff. Love the oasis restaurant. A402 could use an updated bed in one bedroom and a couch that is more comfortable. Appears the rust is a big issue on the lanais. This condo is absolutely the best location and we were able to watch the whales from the lanai. The pool is close but not so that noise is an issue. Overall a great condo and beautiful grounds. Pool is so much fun with adult spas and two slides. Would come back for sure.

Perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are both masters and separated by the common space. The finishes in this condo is extremely nice and high-end. The property is very clean and well kept, pool area, lobby and manicured lawns and landscaping. It was quiet at night and just the right amount of lively during the day. Condo was located perfectly with a sweeping view of the Pacific and yet close to the pool and the Oasis Restaurant. There was ample parking. Overall, we would definitely book this property again.

The location of the property is great if you plan to split your time between South and North Kauai. Kapa'a is within walking distance for shopping or restaurants. This unit is very clean and all is as advertised. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is reasonably stocked, though you will have to buy all cooking supplies (no salt, sugar, etc.). The beach is lovely. Bring binoculars if whale watching is your thing! We saw breaches and whales spouts nearly every day we were there. A monk seal even came up onto the beach on our last day there. One small note - it's very windy on the east side of the island. We're used to the Hawaiian trade winds, and these winds were the strongest we've been in by far. The pool was great, but we didn't stay in it long because it's quite cold when it's overcast or rainy due to the wind. The restaurant on premises is great - likely the best one in the local area. All in all, I would recommend this resort whole heartedly for those wanting to split time in various locations, who also want a very comfortable place on the beach to call home while exploring! NOTE: when we got on property our code would not work to get in, and it wasn't addressed until the next day by the vacation rental property. It may be helpful to know that the security guards are very helpful and can help address these situations quickly! As a previous review stated, there is no concierge and everything gets very quiet around 6pm - no reception, registration, etc. That being said, the security guards were easy to find, and very helpful!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with the best ocean views from any where in the unit, then this is the place for you! It was spacious, clean with beautiful decorations. I was blown away when I opened the door and saw that gorgeous ocean! The place was quiet, the pool very nice and there is a restaurant on the premises. I could not have been happier with my stay!! Also the location was close to shopping, groceries and food!

This was a dream! Nothing between you and the ocean. Three balconies overlooking the ocean, doors all open wide to let you take in the ocean views, and sound. Breathtaking. The Penthouse has everything you can imagine and more. If you can get this location do not hesitate.

Almost everything about the rental was great. Only issues were 1.) there was only 4 coffee cups, 2.) there was only 3 spoons, and 3.) the fan on the HVAC ran all the time except when the doors were open.

Positives: WOW! what a view! The condo is clean, roomy, well and decorated. I am not a fan of sitting on sleeper Sofa's. Squeaky and not as comfortable as a "non" sleeper sofa. With that said, It leaves more options for larger groups if extra sleeping room is needed. The only other issue was the AC Temp. changed on us twice during our stay with no input from us. Both times the temp. dropped to 66 degrees.. Then on our checkout day, it stopped all together resulting in 75 degrees and muggy. I assume this was all due to a controller issue and not someone changing the temp from a remote location. These are minor nit picks. This is a wonderful property and a joy to stay in. We would come back.

Our experience was overall very good. Only things we would like improved are as follows: 1. Mattresses were WAY to soft. I woke up with a sore back every morning. That is very rare for me. 2. The selection of decent channels on the TV were very poor. I assume they have only the most basic of channels. A suggestion would be to offer an upgrade of channels. My wife loves tennis and we were unable to watch the Australian Open. We only watch PG rated channels so more sports options and old movies help at night, especially on rainy days. 3. One last thing that would have helped is if detailed instructions on how to use the Cable TV as well as watching DVD's. We brought a couple favorite DVD's but couldn't figure out how to get them to play. I guess we're just not techno geeks. Other than those 3 issues, again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would seriously consider coming back next year to that same unit, especially if the mattresses were a more firm.

The best thing about this place, other than the lovely view, the excellent accommodations, and the proximity to the beach, was Thomas Duffy, who was our Concierge for our stay. He arranged helicopter flights, tubing, zip lining, and snorkeling for us. Every single provider treated us wonderfully and we had an absolute blast!
