A little about the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa, orientation of your villa, and snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
This 3-bedroom and 2 1/2 bath in the center of the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower, directly faces the pool and ocean.
The Primary Bedroom is large and includes a private bath with sliding door which opens to a small lanai with view of the golf course and mountains. There is a king-sized bed and a 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. Don’t forget the sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Villa easily accommodates up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms and maximum occupancy of 8. This villa also has a sofa bed in the living room and easily sleeps the maximum occupancy of 8 which does not include children under 2). We also have Floor Futons for children and Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests in each Villa. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the lagoons with comfortable furniture and nice views of the resort and sunsets,
Located on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower you'll love how you can relax on the lanai and look across the property to views of the 2nd lagoon over the landscaped pools and landscaping of the resort. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home and this villa will not disappoint. A dining room table with chairs for 8 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you create fabulous meals from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
There is a Large smart TV in the living room and additional TVs in the Bedrooms with cable and highspeed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet to spread out in.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all of the property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separate men and women dressing areas. Each of the dressing rooms have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made lagoons are a swimming and snorkeling delight and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the gorgeous lagoons and to visit our prestigious neighbors with several restaurants in each of them. There is also a commercial center with an ABC store, local shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of choices and things to do including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks. And that is just Kapolei.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. We throughly enjoyed our time here. The pool and beaches were never over crowded, the staff was always kind and helpful and the condo was spacious. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.There were beach chairs, a wagon and cooler we were able to use which was a welcome surprise. Only constructive feedback would be some of the plumbing fixtues could use a handy man to come in a do some small fixes. Otherwise it was the perfect vacation and we would love to visit again.

I stayed in this property in Sept/Oct 2022. Very nice area, nice set up. They even left some Hawaiian snacks which was nice. Decent room for 8 people, 4 adults, then 4 kids of all ages. Pools were nice but nothing to write home about. Walk through the pools and your are at a lagoon and beach. Very nice, no waves, but you can snorkel and hang out, secluded. That is the good.
The pools close at 9 which is ridiculous in my opinion. Fitness center closes at 9 and opens at 6am. Very disappointing, why close either, nobody is watching over it anyway. The king bed is very hard, stiff, not comfortable at all, unless you're into that. The queen bed is more comfortable, but the fan in the room clicks the whole time it is on. Addressed at least 4-5 times, was told once that they came to fix it, that was not the case. I wish we could turn the fan off, but the a/c was not great in the back room, so we needed the fan. Horrible sleep every night we were there. We addressed it daily, with no fix. We would turn down the A/C every day multiple times to 72, it would always somehow go back up to 76 degrees. We addressed, was told they would look at it, nobody ever did. They gave us 8 towels for 8 people. No extras. We asked for new towels, were told that we had to wash them ourselves. We ran out of toilet paper because they only gave a couple rolls. We were there a week, with 8 people, you would think they would provide that kind of stuff as most places do, they told us we had to get our own. A couple days after requesting, they ended up bringing us new bath towels only, but only 7, not 8, and brought us some toilet paper. The location was good, but service from owner is horrible. I paid a decent amount of money to have a horrible night of sleep for a week, with no action. Also, not kid friendly unfortunately. This place is made more for adults, older folks, not families really in my opinion from the looks we got sometimes. Would never stay again.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pools that were shallow enough in most places that I didn’t have to worry about my kids drowning and the beach was beautiful. We walked the path to all of the other lagoons several times and really enjoyed the wonderful, clean condo. They provided beach chairs, toys, a cooler, pretty much everything you’d need! We will definitely stay there again.
