First time for us in Kauai. We feel like we wouldn’t change anything about our vacation. Definitely plan on renting a car if you want to check the island out, and plan on one to two hours in the car, depending on where you want to go. But if you want some relaxing days on some world class beaches, I think this the spot. Plus, the Sealodge beach was incredible. And had some of the best snorkeling we had done the entire trip. We will definitely be back!!!!

I enjoy sailing offshore and this condo was the closest lodging experience I have had onshore to actually being onboard and under-way. Clean, with extraordinary sunrise, sunset and moon-lit views. Comfortable (queen) bed. Aloha + mahalo nui : )

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the minute we walked in we had the "wow" factor looking out over the ocean. We had the sunrise in the morning right out of our window and the sunset just a few steps from our door. The interior was decorated with a wonderful Hawaiian beach decor. All the necessities for a day at the beach were available for our use. We can highly recommend this "home away from home".

The property is located in Princeville, close to the Princeville Center, Hanalei, and several gorgeous snorkeling beaches, such as Hideaway and Anini. It has all the amenities we needed (and those we didn't know we would!). The photos of the views simply don't do it justice. We had a wonderful time.

THE VIEW!! It’s really everything you want when winding down after a day of adventure in Kauai. We saw whales with the binoculars, we saw sea turtles on the private beach. Every single thing was on point with this property. Thank you so much for the stay, we look forward booking with you again.

The views from this condo are exceptional and you can wake each morning to the sound of ocean waves. It is compact but we’ll organized and is very comfortable for two people. The condo is just as listed and was well equipped. The owner was very responsive and kindly informed us ahead of our trip that the pool would not be available and was being repaired. We appreciated the options he offered. If you want relaxing, beautiful north shore views and breezes this is a great condo. We will be back.

My husband and I just returned from a glorious trip on Kauai, made better by Chris’s lovely condo. As others have said, the views from the condo are incredible. Pictures are spot on!! The view was amazing! Sunrise was gorgeous and what a way to wake up with the sound of the waves and sometimes (1 morning out of 6) the beautiful roosters. The property owner was great. Responded in a timely manner. We will definately be back!! Mahalo 🌸

Easy checkin and property was immaculate and exactly as pictures showed. Beautiful views and quiet condo complex. Had everything you could want in the condo. Found great use of the washer and dryer. I was worried about no air conditioning, but with windows open and the fans, it was very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unmatched. You can see the Kilauea Lighthouse from one of the picture windows. Amazing ocean views abound. The condo is well appointed with all you’d need. You
canrelax and view the ocean from your pillow in the master, couch or lanai. Quick jaunt to Shops and restaurants. Oh…and the Sealodge beach is a quick jaunt down a jungle trail.. Overall, such a special stay!!!

Clean and inviting home with unique and stunning views as pictured. Beautiful jungle-lined trail access to a private beach was amazing! Terrific snorkeling there and nearby. I rarely say this but I would consider staying at this exact place again. Streamlined check-in process and responsive owner. Ideal for capturing the beauty of Kauai along with recreational activities but with no "touristy" vibe. Strongly recommend.

I work in the vacation rental industry in California, so I am very finicky, and, I know a good deal when I see one. Nice, affordable oceanfront accommodations are very hard to come by anywhere, but this fit the bill. Compared to a 1 bedroom suite just up the road, this was at least 1/2 the cost, with more space and it was literally oceanfront, with stunning views from every room.
The condo was immaculate, and very well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. There is
No a/c, but it was very comfortable once the windows were all open, and there were fans provided for extra ventilation.
I loved touring the island, but honestly, my favourite part of every day was sipping morning coffee and evening wine from the lovely, private Lanai. And sleeping at night, listening to the waves crash and feeling the ocean breezes was nothing short of heavenly.
The complex was a short drive from beaches, shops and restaurants, in a very quiet corner of Princeville. Truly the perfect place to call home for a few days and enjoy peace & tranquility.
I’m sad to leave but looking forward to coming back some day.

We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this condo deserves a full rating. The view was true to the photos - spectacular! We’ve never been to Princeville and didn’t know it’s a huge immaculate golf course development right by the ocean. The grounds are beautiful.
The condo is perfect for two people. Why we love it is because the unit is well thought out. The owner stocked the place with care and quality items. It’s unusual but I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The cookware was all in good shape.
Small things that made life easier: covered garbage can, good water pressure in the shower, good hair dryer, in unit washer/dryer, beach chairs, mats, umbrella, cooler, etc. Even the two binoculars were high quality.
The unit was not big but has everything you need. It was so nice to sit by the corner with the two big windows and enjoy the ocean view.
The building is old but the unit is clean.
There’s also a path that takes you on a short hike to a secluded beach.

The million dollar view is worth it alone. The clean hardwood floors. There is no skimping on the kitchen utensils. Location close to the the interesting Kaua'ian town of Hanalei. We have stayed in over a hundred guest homes and apartments this is absolutely amongst the best. Wish we could give it more than just 5 stars!

The spectacular views, combined with the sound of the crashing waves below made this an absolute dream location. My husband and I spent four days here and wished we could have stayed forever. We enjoyed full, active days all over the island, and this condo was the perfect place to relax and recharge, to sleep and wake to the sound of the surf. Other than one morning of light drizzle, our weather was fantastic, and on that one grey morning we walked up to the shopping center for the most amazing breakfast at The Spot--absolutely worth the long lines! Sealodge Beach down the hiking trail was a magical little slice of paradise, and we hardly saw anyone else there when we popped down. The condo itself was spotless and had everything you might need--beach chairs, towels, binoculars to watch for whales from the deck, even a yoga mat. Thank you Chris, for sharing this very special place. We hope to be back!

The exterior of the building was dated/rough and we had a difficult time finding the condo. Building has no exterior numbers.
Once we found the condo and settled in, we had a wonderful time and felt at home.

My wife and I stayed here for the first half of our vacation for our 10 year anniversary and it was amazing. Conveniently located with great hikes all around you. The property was better than expected and everything went super smooth. The binoculars were awesome to watch rays and sharks/dolphins in the bay from the living room. This was our third time staying in Sealodge E9 and it was just as glorious as the first time! The ocean views, constant breeze and relaxing sounds of waves crashing and wind rustling through the palm trees just can’t be beat. We love staying in the north shore for the cooler weather and intermittent rain (coming from dry LA!). The apartment is a perfect place to relax after a day of snorkeling at nearby Anini beach, exploring beautiful Hanalei, or to just relax with a book on a rainy day. Chris is always easy to reach and responsive. This is a dream vacation rental!

This was perfect spot for our honeymoon stay. The views are absolutely stunning! We loved waking up to the ocean every morning and being able to sit on the porch. The kitchen and laundry are super convenient and since we flew in it was wonderful the unit provided beach chairs to borrow. We were worried about the fact there was no AC, but multiple fans were provided, Kauai’s weather is gorgeous, and the winds were great. We would definitely stay here again when we return!

The view is breathtaking and can be enjoyed from living room, kitchen and bedroom.

Everything about this property was amazing. The view was literally the best thing about the condo. It was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood, and was fully equipped with everything you would possibly need. The north shore of Kauai is magnificant. I will 110% stay in this rental our next visit to this island. We woke up every morning to watch the sun rise. Which, BTW was magical. We were not even in the least bit sad that we didn't see much of the sunset because the sunrise view from the condo was jaw dropping. The communication with the owner was great as well. Very nice guy! I was sad to leave.

My husband and I loved this unit with the beautiful views. It is one of the cleaniest and well maintained units we have ever stayed at. It had every amenity you could possibly need.
The property was easy to find thanks to the wonderful directtions and well marked signage.
The grounds of the unit were beautiful and very clean, I don't know if it was the time of year; however, we did not hear any neighbors or other occupants the entire time of our stay.. It was very peaceful.
My only suggestion would be a couple more bath towels. Two doesn't seem enough for two people, I personally don't like sharing! And again, it may have been the time of year, but there was not alot of circulation in the condo even with the windows open.
Overall if we were to visit again we would stay at this unit with no hesitations. Thank you for your hospitality!
