The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. We would love to tell you more.
Why come to the Ko Olina Resort and Marina?
Ocean Tower 711 is a 3 Bedroom and 3 Bath Villa that faces the lap pool with the 3rd lagoon with lovely views of the coastline. The Villa easily accommodates up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a 5-piece private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a ¾ bath directly off of the hall. This villa also includes a private bath in the 3rd bedroom and the beds can be in a King or as two twins. We also have a twin sized or queen-sized portable airbed available for your use with complimentary linen. (Maximum occupancy of 8 does not include children under 2 on the day of arrival)
We think you’ll enjoy this villa’s recent updates. Luxuriate in the large sectional sofa, plantation style dining room with a brand-new master bedroom including a new king mattress and box springs. There is also new full-sized washer / dryer, new dishwasher and the lanai furniture has also been replaced with a large couch, side chairs and tables. Ceiling fans in every room, fresh interior paint in March of 2022 with local artwork complete this tastefully decorated villa.
We have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs, and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the lagoons with comfortable furniture and nice views of the resort and sunsets. We also provide beach toys including snorkels and fins, beach towels and chairs, an ice chest and a couple of boogie boards.
Life from the 7th floor of the Ocean Tower is pretty good. You'll love the views from the lanai. You can look west toward the ocean and sunsets or over the courtyard, Koi ponds and meticulously landscaped grounds toward the 3rd lagoon and leeward coast. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home while you are on vacation and this villa will not disappoint. You’ll find comfortable dining along with the large granite island in the kitchen. Bar stools add to the large dining room table for larger gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen should have whatever you need to make any creations you feel like and the two BBQ stations by the pools give you even more choices.
A Large TV is in the living room and additional TVs are in each of the 3 bedrooms with local channels, streaming platform and highspeed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise. Bring your passwords and enjoy TVs in each bedroom.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest are all at your disposal to use as you explore and enjoy. As an added service, we will receive Instacart grocery deliveries on your day of arrival and place them into your room, so you are ready to start your vacation (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog). Complimentary High-speed Wi-Fi is also included .
When selecting rooms in Hawaii, it is all about the view, and this unit will not disappoint you in the least. Here's your chance to pick up a 2-bedroom villa at the cost you might pay for a single luxury hotel room. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs and a fitness center with men and women private dressing areas with showers, a steam room and saunas in each dressing room. And don’t forget the free sunset every evening!
During your stay, you'll get to know all the benefits that Ko Olina has to offer. The resort also offers a world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities, a Ted Robinson designed Golf Course and the Disney Aulani and a 4 Season's resort are located on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their cared for beaches and safe tides are a swimming and snorkeling paradise with calmer seas for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have 24/7 onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted personally upon arrival and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have. If you have questions between the time you reserve and your arrival and/or special requests, we will try to help you with those. A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path with lighting at night connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is a paved walkway, and it provides a beautiful backdrop for those photos you’ll want to have to remember this dream vacation.
Just a few miles away in the center of Kapolei are all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices at Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. This condo at the Ko Olina beach villas was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for us all. The pictures show the nice furnishings and top end appliances. The 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! There were beach chairs, snorkel gear, a beach umbrella, boogie board, lots of beach toys and a large cart to transport it all easily to the beach. Also they have a portable crib, highchair and stroller in the closet, which we didn't need. The beautiful condo facility grounds were maintained meticulous. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. The lagoons nearby were perfect for kids and adults. There is a paved path that runs between the 4 lagoons and all the resorts. Perfect for a morning stroll. The other nearby resort seemed much more crowded and noisy with more kids. This resort, while still had families with kids was not as busy. Ko Olina is close to enough Honolulu for day trips but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Our only complaint was the dryer didn't seem to be working well, as it took hours to dry clothes. But it didn't take away from our fantastic family vacation there! Would come back!!

This was a wonderful experience! Our Villa, located in the Ocean Tower was exactly as described. We had ample room for everyone, and all the amenities we needed. In addition, there were staff 24-7 in case there was a need (there was not). The pools were beautiful and our beach lagoon was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better time and wished we had stayed longer!

We could not have been happier with our accommodations. Everything was just as advertised. If I had anything to add it would be a restaurant closer to the Villas would be ideal. There are definitely options very close by, but having one right there would be been a nice perk. Not a complaint at all ~ just offering the information. Absolutely great !!

Booking was a breeze. The owners were very helpful and thorough. They kept in contact with us before and during our stay and answered any questions we had. The property was WONDERFUL! Everyone was so impressed and felt immediately relaxed. It had a ton of beach gear from boogie boards to sand toys to snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We would absolutely stay again.

Good stay. We were disappointed in the security. There was a totally naked adult man wandering around the underground parking lot at 7:30 in the morning., which was inside the security perimeter. I have some young children and women in my family and they definitely didn’t need to see that. We expected that this resort was family safe and to not have a naked man roaming the parking garage. Other than that experience and some loud swearing from adjacent balconies, our stay was great.
