Located next to many activities and restaurants so very walkable to many things from shopping to dining and of course the beach. Clean resort and very well upkept. Will be visiting again in the future. Also management was very responsive when had a minor issue with the AC but fixed within hours.

Great location- close to both the North and South sides of the island. Condo was exactly what was advertised- no disappointments. Perfect view of the sunrise from the living-room balcony.

Waipouli Beach Resort is the place to stay! The resort itself is very nice and centrally located to all that Kauai has to offer. It has a great restaurant with amazing staff and food.
Our condo was perfect for us and has a great view. It is stocked with what you need for a beach vacation.
Candace was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and quick to reply to all of my emails.
I will definitely stay at this resort again when we return to Kauai!

Loved our stay at this condo, had all we needed. Communication was great and Candace was very helpful and prompt. Pools were wonderful for kids of all ages and cleaned daily. Loved having Safeway across the street as well as restaurants nearby. Great location. Beach waves are rough for swimming but beautiful. Easy drive to other parts of the island.

Very nice week. The resort is very well maintained. The pool was nice and the water slides were fun. Only comment on the pool area, our room was facing the pool and people were still in the pool after 10:00 and loud.
The condo was well maintained. The screens to both Lanai’s did not open well. The beds could use new pillows. All and all it is a very nice property.

The resort had everything you needed. It’s centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do so It was perfect. Safeway, shaved ice, yoga across the street so It made It really convenient.

Resort was great! Condo was exactly as pictured with pool and ocean views. Love that there are 2 master bedrooms. Perfect for traveling with another couple!
The kitchen offered the basics, which worked for us because we mostly dine out on vacation. The unit was clean. Upon arrival the dryer was still going and then the house keepers showed back up about an hour later. They were very nice, put clean towels away and left.
Upon departure we put a load of towels in to try and help the process. I believe that was the only check out instruction. It’s always a plus to have minimal to do. Very nice stay and I’d be happy to visit again. Thank you!
P.S. There is a day spa onsite and I had an amazing massage there. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Kauai and we loved this condo! It is a great central location to explore the island. There are many restaurants and shops in the area and it was easy to drive to all the major sites (North Shore, South Shore, Waimea Canyon) from here. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful sunrises on the beach. Our kids loved the pool and water slides!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this property! Clean, spacious, nice pool & spa, well maintained resort, great location & beautiful ocean view - you can hear the sound of the waves from the unit. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We loved the 2 bedrooms with living area in between. It had great access to the pool area and beach. It was also nice to have a restaurant onsite so no need to drive to dinner. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance was a big plus!

We had a great stay in this unit. We loved the proximity to the pool and the beach at the resort was great. The boogie boards and beach chairs came in handy. The unit was clean and quick communication was appreciated, especially when we had trouble folding up the sofa bed. Just fyi for future guests with kids—you can rent beach toys, life jackets etc at the spa area at the entrance to the resort. Oh and there’s an excellent biking/walking path that starts about one block south of the resort. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great location, easy to get in and out. Very safe area. Across street from grocery, on bus/transit line, parking pass included in stay. Unit H204 is the one we stayed in and it also had 4 boogie boards (we used daily), beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs (be careful and inspect first- 1 was kind of rusted and broken could have been dangerous if we didnt notice), coolers, and a safe. Saved a lot of money not having to rent these items.
Beach near the unit is easily accessible but there is plenty of coral so water shoes are necessary.
Pool is fun and clean, towels are available for checkout at no cost as long as they are returned.
Quiet property overall, guests are generally friendly, staff are helpful and pleasant.
Unit had anything you would need for cooking as well as Tupperware for food storage so that's nice. The grocery stores do not provide plastic bags so bring you own reusable.

Great communication with managers. Very responsive. Beautiful unit. Nice spot overlooking the pool. Kids loved the pool. Laundry in room! Easy access to street due to having a traffic light (making a left turn at other stretches in Kapaa can be difficult). Safeway just across the street, which is super convenient.

My wife and I are frequent visitors to the Hawaiian Islands and while we usually stay at rental homes this trip we decided to give a resort a try. The Waipouli Beach Resort is a first rate resort, with most of what any family or couple could ask for or need.
The unit we stayed at was a 2 bedroom and the design was clean and inviting. The unit was facing the pool area but also had a view of the beach. The pool area was well managed and cleaned daily by a crew early so it was ready to use everyday. Long meandering pool with multiple entry spots with waterfalls and beautiful plants abound. Towels can be checked out and returned from a staffed pool house and beach chairs, bikes, body boards, umbrellas and more can be rented in the spa near the entrance of the resort.
Each night the staff turns on several barbeques found around the pool areas and near dinner time they are ready to use. As darkness falls the tiki torches are turned on, (in conjunction with other lights) so you can keep using the pool area.
There is also a restaurant at the resort between the beach and the pool area for drinks by day and casual high end dining at night.
In the end while we still prefer renting our own home for our stay I would recommend this resort for any traveler that enjoys having all the amenities a resort has to offer.

Our family had a wonderful time here. We appreciated being able to see both the ocean and the pool from the unit, and we were often waving down to our 9-year-old and whichever adult was with him making use of the waterslides. What a fun pool! Candace and the rest of the team at Kauai Calls were attentive and helpful. We were traveling with an infant and on request, they dropped off a booster seat for her. There was a pack and play in the unit already, which we appreciated. No issues or surprises with the unit and we'd be happy to return for another stay.

The bed listed as a queen is actually a full size. The knives were so dull that I had to use a steak knife to cut our pineapple. The washing machine broke a few days before we left and they never got around to fixing it. Other than these things it's a very nice unit. We did have trouble with the resident directly above us smoking on his deck, The smoke drifted right into our room and you could smell it at the swimming pool. Management didn't seem concerned, they gave me a number to call when I smelled smoke. When I called there was no answer.

Condo exceeded our expectations. Great view of ocean and pool. Our 4 and 2 year old grandkids loved the slide. Don't know why slides were closed at 6 pm but that is just a minor inconvenience. Easy-to-use get to north shore or south shore from here. the beach by the hotel is not swimmable. Lydgate just a couple of miles south has a great beach for kids, a snorkeling area and kids playground . The resort and condo were awesome. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from the time we pulled up to the resort to the time we left. We had no problems at all. Candace was fantastic she gave me
everything I needed to know. Our family & friends will definitely be calling her for future vacations.
We travel alot & my family & friends do as well.
So I will tell them how pleasant Candace made our vacation.
I wish I would have dealt with her for our rental in
Maui where we went after we left Kaui cause we had the worst experience. So Candace Thank you
