We have been to this complex several times. First time staying in this suite. It had a couple minor maintenance issues. Property management responded as needed. Amazing views of the ocean and the pool area. The cove is the perfect place to swim and enjoy the sun! Great place for family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful property, the beach was pristine and not crowded like the other lagoons around us, and the property management was attentive and quick to respond to our needs and requests.
The parking space requires to be used is quite far from the elevator you can use to get up to your room, but other than that we had a great stay.

It was my husband’s and children's first trip to Hawaii and decided to make Oahu our home. I came across Ko Olina in my research and we will only stay there! The area with the lagoons and shops and other hotels was the perfect roaming spot for all ages.
The unit’s view is breathtaking! Watching the sunset every night was the perfect ending to each day. Inside the unit is as shows in the pictures. The couch is very comfortable. The bedrooms are smaller in size so floor space for suitcases is limited. The master bedroom closet is full of equipment so not a spot to put clothes. The bathrooms are very well appointed and spacious. I have determine that comfortable lanai furniture is the only way to go; having spent morning, noon & night out there. As mentioned, if we decide to come back to Oahu, Ko Olina is where we will stay. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! The large deck was THE place to hang out, the big kitchen was perfect for family and we so enjoyed the pools, the location, and did I mention the views? Would absolutely recommend this property!

The initial checkin did not happen until 6:30pm when we arrived at 5pm. There were only 3 glasses and 5 plates, no dish towels, 1 partial roll of paper towels, and no dish soap. Also the dishwasher was clogged, and did not work. We got these rectified, but we have stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and the attention to minor issues was poor. Once communicated they were fixed but it started our 10 day trip off to a rough start.

We had our first getaway in over two years and this was the perfect place to do it! Beautiful setting, fantastic location and can't say enough about the condo and the property. Everything was just wonderful. Perfect for our family. Can't wait to go back.

Open spaces, functional and very well equipped.
Views to the beach are great, the resort has great access for wheelchair, including a pool lift seat. The only thing we needed and asked was a seat. For the shower. Definitely we recommend this villa

This was the most perfect place to stay! So amazing, gorgeous views, amazing pools, and beach front access! The lagoon is never busy like the Disney/four seasons lagoon and it almost feel private! There were times we were almost the only ones on the beach! Even saw a seal on shore one day which made the kids’ day. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!

We have a young family (kids range from 8-2 yrs) and found this property to be very safe and clean. The lagoons are very beautiful and have little to no surf so very safe for young ones. The two pools in the property are lovely. One is a quiet pool and the other is for everyone. It also has two hot tubs which was nice to have. This particular unit had very nice views and was very clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and had nice appliances. There are a lot of units in the complex so if you are in the tower, you do see all the other units ( some facing you and others not). You can see this in the photos posted. The area is a good 25 minutes from Waikiki so I definitely recommend a car. Over all the property and unit were lovely. They are definitely posted as is. However, I did find the area of Ko Olina a bit boring after a couple of days. There are other beaches outside Ko Olina but you need a car. We found the North shore ( 40-50 min drive away) amazing and worth the visit.

I wouldn't change anything about this property. It's absolutely beautiful there and we enjoyed every minute of it. We didn't fly out until 10:30 pm so it was wonderful that they gave us a courtesy late checkout. I would go there every year if I could. =)

My family and I had an excellent time at this property (Feb 2016). It was ideal for us as we were traveling with our 7-month old son and grandparents so the 2 bedrooms came in handy. Check-in was quick and easy. The decor and fixtures in the unit itself were modern, clean and impressive. It's also well-stocked with beach gear, including boogie boards, beach toys, inflatables and more. One thing we appreciated was the availability of a Pack N Play, which our son used as a crib throughout the week. The climate control system worked very well as did the washer and dryer (although the dryer itself was a high-efficiency model so took awhile to finish the cycle).
The pools and grounds were beautiful, and we made use of them every day. There's a nice beach bar that makes great drinks throughout the day. Important to note the unit is in the Ocean Tower, which is a bit farther away from the actual beach but no more than a 5 min walk. The gym is clean and well-appointed, and includes a steam room + sauna.
The only slight issue was that the parking space is relatively far from the elevator bank that takes you to the unit. However, we didn't find this to be a big deal, just not the most convenient. Would recommend upon arrival, dropping off bags at the front desk to use the luggage carts and then going to park the vehicle (this was advice provided by the property manager). Speaking of which, Rick is very responsive and helpful. He was also gracious in sending us an iPhone that we had mistakenly left behind just a few days after we left. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property and the unit. Will plan to come back someday.

Ko Olina Beach Villas have an excellent and high quality layout and amenities and is a perfect location for a holiday. Our family consists of 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone was happy. The villa was spacious including the 2 bathrooms, the views from the kitchen and balcony were amazing with awesome sunsets every night, the gym facility was extremely well equipped, the 2 swimming pools and 3 spas provided both tranquility if you needed or fun for the kids, the short stroll to the lagoon was perfect. If you didn't want to cook or wanted to buy groceries, it is a very easy, flat 10 minute walk to the shops where they have ice-cream, sushi, pizza, Chinese and modern restaurants and an ABC Store.
The people who live and work in the complex are all very lovely and friendly and gave us some excellent history and snorkelling information. Before we came to Ko Olina we stayed in Waikiki for 8 nights which was exciting, lots of things to do and people to see. Ko Olina is the complete opposite where there are no crowds, pace is slower and quieter which is what we wanted and needed.
All our communications and payments etc were done via the Homeaway.com.au website to Rick and the Realty group working on behalf of the owner. It was very easy, secure and all responses were quick and recorded in the system.

We hired this place to holiday with my extended family who were staying at a neighbouring hotel. We thought their hotel was overpriced and as we needed 2 rooms it just didn't make sense, so I searched and found this amazing place! It is absolutely great and has everything you need. we felt at home and relaxed as soon as we walked in. When we checked out the rooms in the hotels I'm so glad we stayed here as it was so much nicer and half the price! We were even able to check in 6 am and Rick was very accomodating and lovely to deal with. Would recommend this to anyone I know going to Kapolei.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well outfitted and the kitchen was great for cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the TV's and WIFI worked great. The bathrooms and showers were great too. It's a bit confusing finding the designated parking space but once we figured it out it was easy. The building is very safe and secure. The sunset view was incredible. My favorite part was the lagoon and the incredible snorkeling. Rick was very polite and responsive during our stay. It's a quick drive into town to Costco or Foodland. Both have good local foods. I went next door to the spa at the Disney resort - best massage ever and the kids loved the shaved ice you can get at the Disney resort. Yum! The location is away from the bustle and on the more arid side of the island. The upside is it was raining in the city but sunny and beautiful where we were. There are food trucks all over the island. I found a few close to the property. ( look on Yelp ). We got some great local nosh and brought it back to the condo. It was fun.

My husband & I stayed at this lovely condo with our 2 young children for 6 nights/7 days. Our stay was absolute paradise! Everything we needed was provided from cookware, utensils, and towels to sand toys. We stopped at the grocery store in Kapolei on our way to check-in at the condo, so we had everything we needed for the week. The kids loved having their own room & bathroom. My husband & I slept so good on the king size bed in the master. The sand toys, cooler, and beach chairs came in so handy we used them everyday. Parking slot in the garage is a bit far, but you'll manage, it's not a big deal at all. Rick was so helpful throughout the entire process. We look forward to staying here again soon. This unit was great for families or couples. The view from lanai is breathtaking! If you like to stay in & cook this unit is for you, having all the necessary items to cook with. The parking was a distance from condo, need to use luggage cart if bringing in lots of groceries .The beach lagoon is so nice for anyone , especially little ones. Don't have to worry about the waves taking them down. Great place to go snorkeling right off beach.
It does need new beach equipment. The beach chairs & cooler needed to be updated. It also needs snorkel equipment.
& to purchase another hair dryer for second bathroom. Lighted makeup mirrors also would be helpful in both bathrooms.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves & hope to be back one day. Thank you Rick!

My husband and I just returned from staying at this beautiful condo for 11 wonderful days. The condo is gorgeous, large and is stocked with everything you will need. The parking space is a little far from the room, but they have a luggage cart which I recommend to use. Great to have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The lagoon is so beautiful and very warm and clear. We even had a large seal swim in the lagoon one day which was amazing to see along with all the colorful fish. Beach towels, noodles, beach chairs, boogey boards are all there to use. The pools and the grounds are just gorgeous and very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing and we loved just relaxing on it. There is a Costco and Safeway within 15 minutes to buy all the food you will need. They have 4 outdoor grilles and we used them multiple times. The tiki bar is very nice to have. Derrick and Marcy were a great pleasure to meet. They are super friendly, make great drinks and are helpful with any questions you may have. Very good Hawaiian singers too twice a week. Did dine out at Roy's which is down the road located in the golf course. Excellent! The Aulani Disney hotel is next door and very expensive for everything and a very noisy resort. Could not wait to get back to our peaceful place. If you like horseback riding, highly recommend the Kualoa Ranch. We took the two hour ride and it was just beautiful. A must see is Pearl Harbor. Hope to come back here one day. Rick, thank you very much!
