The management was SUPER attentive and solved a minor issue that we brought to their attention.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Great location to walk into town, awesome views of the ocean, very well stocked kitchen, chairs, ice chest and towels for the beach, our own parking spot, and pretty much everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Enjoyed our visit very much!

Proximity to town, quiet, and what we expected. All furnishings needed and available. Just a couple notes to add. Add in description notes 2 Streaming TV's, and second key may be in house not lock box. LOL. We got locked out, not knowing or realizing second key was inside unit.

This condo was lovely and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Whales, porpoises and turtles as well as fish could be seen on the deck! Would rent again!

This is a nice condo with everything we needed. The host was responsive to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They added personal touches like leaving some coffee and having a guide book handy. We also had a great ocean view and lovely balcony. Personnel were very friendly!

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to extend our trip. This entailed finding a new place to land. We loved this place, and it was just what we needed after a very stressful week. The unit had everything we needed, and the view alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the view and the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore below us. This unit provided an unusually quiet haven in proximity of the bustle of Kona but without the sound of traffic or the noise of the throngs going past, just the sound of the sea and the birds and the occasional laughter from the pool side. There was a well equipped kitchen and amenities, the concierge hosts were highly responsive and all was good. Only wish we had remembered to bring binoculars to get a better view of the humpback whales that we saw regularly off shore!

Loved the location - close/walking distance to restaurants, shops. Smelled musty upon arrival but it is the tropics! Well stocked. The only negative was the couch is very uncomfortable for TV watching.

Great location, walkable to downtown Kona, but property had black mold throughout - on windows, plantation shutters/blinds, doors, and vent...thought I was getting sick but it was my allergy to the toxic mold. Property had been neglected and run down. Shower drain was clogged with massive clump of prior guests' hair. Kona Beach Properties host was nice enough about it and gave a partial refund, but I likely wouldn't trust returning to one of their properties and would not return to this one.

10 day stay which was perfect with the views over the ocean, proximity to town, shops and restaurants. Having stayed in multiple self-contained units over the years in different countries we found this unit to be the closest to meeting that definition from the cooking utensils and supplies provided in the unit and the little touches made this a very enjoyable stay indeed

Unit was very nice, however, the management of the complex was lacking. Many burned out lights in the hall, no maintenance person at all, hospitality desk was unmanned.

This was a VERY clean unit which had everything we needed and then some. It’s really nice to stay in a private condo because of the personal touches like guide books and umbrellas. No complaints at all.

Check-in and check-out we're quick and easy. Room was as advertised. Very great location for walking to town, sitting on the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean and everything it offered (daily visits from turtles, eels, boats, rowers, swimmers, and spinner dolphins). Designated parking. Washer and dryer was convenient but one washer wouldn't drain so had to hand-wring clothes before drying. Also not easy to get change needed for washer and dryer , so would like a change machine if possible. All in all, place worked very well for our vacation and would book again without hesitation!!! Exciting location with waves crashing right below our lanai and lulling us to sleep each night. Beautiful view. Pool is great too right next to the water. Space is perfect for two people with good size bedroom, living and kitchen area. Had beach gear that we were able to use. Walking distance to Kona shops and restaurants. Next to tennis courts. Close to YWAM which was perfect for us. Easy to check in and out; they sent the information right away after we filled out the agreement later in the evening of our check in date. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect little condo to rent for a couple of days at the end of our trip- walking distance to all the eateries so we didn’t have to drive. It was nice that the unit had it’s own parking stall. Lovely quiet pool area for sunbathing. We even saw some sea turtles in the rock pools which was such a treat. Our unit had obviously been remodeled as the general age of the building is very dated. Be aware that a separate management company other than VRBO works with this unit and their instructions & multiple emails including downloading an app can get confusing when it’s time to check in.

Great location; however, the air conditioner did not work and often the unit was hot and muggy. Opening up the doors and windows helped along with the fans. The unit was clean and kitchen appeared to be remodeled. Would suggest hard wood floors rather than the dark carpet.

Disappointed that the AC did not work but that was not the owners fault. There is a great ocean view from your balcony on the 4th floor (top floor) Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Great location and beautiful view. Kitchen facilitated all of our needs for any type of cooking you wanted. The short walk to town was great. Appreciated free parking with own parking space. Great experience for first time Vrbo renters. Humidity made for a damp smell at first, but airing out condo after a day really helped. We’d stay here again.
