5 Stars We had a great vacation staying at this beautiful condo. We had seen the pictures but when you first walk in and see the view in !!! The condo itself has everything you need including a cooler, and beach chairs to use when you go to the beach...

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.
Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.
World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Perfect location for enjoying all that Kauai has to offer. Convenient Safeway across the road and well appointed kitchen. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and cleaned daily. Very spacious and clean unit, and quiet at all hours of the day. We would definitely return!

This is our 3rd time at Waipouli Beach Resort over the past 6 years. The resort itself is always clean and beautiful with a terrific restaurant, Oasis, on site near the beach. The pool with hot tubs and water slides are fun for all ages. Kapaa is a great central location for visits to both north and south ends of Kauai in about 30 minutes. Across the street is Safeway, Starbucks, ABC Store. A variety of restaurants are in walking distance. We’ve stayed in several other condos on Kauai, but this is our favorite.

The condo was clean, in a great location, with many amenities. The grounds were well taken care of. The beach chairs and cooler that were in the room came in very handy. I would hightly recommend this condo for couples traveling to Kauai!

We did a three week island hopping vacation in Oahu, Maui, and Kauai and this was by far our favorite lodging! The soundproofing was superb between condos and it felt like our own oasis. We loved opening the lanai doors and listening to the sounds of the waterfalls from the pools below or the rain and watching the sun rise. The amenities at the property were wonderful and having a bike trail and bike rentals in the lobby was so much fun. We used the cooler provided for our days out exploring. Having a full sized washer-dryer was a plus for a longer stay. The beach chairs were a nice touch, but one of these was broken as we found out when we attempted to use it on the north side of the island. Great location for exploring and convenient to groceries. If we are back on Kauai, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for making a special trip so perfect!

Everything you need is right where you want it. Great details like AC that automatically turns off when the lanai doors are open. Thick doors, walls and windows for quiet. We loved our stay.

This condo and property was welcoming, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Lovely view of the pool and ocean beyond. The balconies were narrow, particularly the one in front of the living area, and it felt a little unusable. Overall, a nice family friendly comex. The pool is the highlight of the complex, with a mostly non swimming beach. Be sure to make reservations in advance for most nearby restaurants.

We had a great time here! Location is rather central to explore other parts of the island and convenient to Safeway, shopping and restaurants! The unit worked perfect for our family of 4, even with the pull out sofa which seemed comfortable for our kids, 5 & 9. Lots of space, great stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms! My only complaint was that it was hard to find the trash closet and a map with it labeled would have been super helpful!

Great apartment exactly as advertised. Very comfy living room with couch an armchair. Having breakfast during sunrise at the dinner table was beautiful. High quality kitchen with every utensil you will need and high quality appliances. Having washer and dryer in the unit was very useful. Great roomy bathroom. Excellent soundproofing of the windows with total silence in the apartment when windows are closed. Resort is nice with sunbeds at the beach and the pool plus towel service. Oasis is a great restaurant. Location is excellent for getting around the island. For a stay just to enjoy the beach there might be more beautiful beaches in the south. Will definitely be back during our next stay. Thank you from Germany.

Nice clean property. Lots of chairs by pool and on beach attached to the property. Bicycles and snorkeling gear on site for rent. Lots of restaurants close by. Expensive, but it's Kauai so to be expected.

This place is great. The resort is a fantastic middle ground place to stay if you're going to be doing things on the north and south sides of the island (which we did). It's right across from a grocery store and just down the road from Java Kai - a very important place. The pool and restaurant at the resort are also amazing - everyone is so friendly and courteous. You can't go wrong staying here. The beach chairs and cooler are a fantastic addition - you have everything you need to go and do whatever you want. WHEN we come back, we WILL be staying here again. You can't beat this location and all the other amenities - it's just fantastic.

We had an absolutely perfect time. Location was unbeatable for our needs. It was easy to explore the entire island and convenient to grocery store and many restaurants. The resort was beautiful, view was amazing from the room. Loved the lanai. Bed was really comfortable. No issues worth noting whatsoever.
