The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
Why come to the Ko Olina Resort and Marina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. We would love to tell you more.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
This 3-bedroom and 2 1/2 bath on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower faces the pool and ocean. The Villa easily accommodates up to 8 people with 3 Bedrooms and has a maximum occupancy of 8.
The Primary Bedroom is large and includes a private bath with a small private lanai with a view of the golf course and mountains. (This small lanai off of the Master BR will have limited access M-F from 8-4:30 pm from November of 2022 through March of 2023.) There is a King-sized bed and a 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed in the Living room with linen provided.
We do have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the lagoons with comfortable furniture and nice views of the resort and sunsets, The restrictions of the poolside lanai ended on March 28, 2022.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower, you'll love how you can relax on the lanai and look across the property to views of the 3rd lagoon and coastline. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home and this villa will not disappoint. A dining room table with chairs for 8 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
A Large smart TV in the living room and additional TVs in each of the Bedrooms with cable and Wi-Fi will let you enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet of interior space to relax in.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all of our property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers. Each of the private areas have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Other restaurants are located in the local resort and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross,, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.

Property was amazing and wonderful for families and kids. Nicely located to get to Waikiki and North Shore without the hassle of the hustle and bustle of staying in busier locations. Transportation is difficult without a car so a rental is definitely needed to get around. Decent food spots located close by…the lagoon was great for kids! The property was pristine and pool areas and lagoon were never crowded compared to Disney Aulani located next door…easy walking distance to get to nearby resorts to eat and see shows at Disney…highly recommend this property and unit. Plenty of room for families…we had 6 adults and 2 kids under 2. Great value!

The only issue we had was the lack of a restaurant on the property. The pizza and hotdog at the bar were terrible .
The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything we could have wanted. The grounds were very well maintained.
A fire pit out passed the bar would be a nice edition.

This place is beautiful and is in a great location! The pools and private ocean lagoons were great places to relax and the condo itself had everything we could need. There was food, drinks, coffee, and a market within walking distance. Otherwise it is an easy drive to anything else you need

The property was outstanding! The condo was spacious, beautiful, quiet and clean. The lanai balcony was with best feature- we ate all our meals there and enjoyed it all day. Pools were gorgeous- our grandson especially loved the little lagoon. Grounds were beautiful and maintained perfectly. We especially liked that the resort was quiet and not overcrowded. Certainly the best of all the resorts in the area. No complaints.

We had a great stay! My 5 and 7 year old loved the pools and beach. We got to have other local relatives over for pizza using the owners lounge which was perfect. The property and grounds are so well kept. I did not miss the “bells and whistles” of the pricier adjacent hotels. I loved how convenient the little shopping center was. I could walk over to get 6 am coffee while my family members slept in. The lagoon beaches are perfect for young and old. My husband loved using the gym. Had a great time on our family vacation. The condo was awesome and just as described and pictured. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Not a lot of people (like a typical resort), which is what we wanted. Beach was super close and even had boogie boards and snorkel gear for the fun. Close to golfing and some restaurants and local shops. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time I inquired about this property Mike has been very helpful with my arrangements, villa was nice and clean but the view was blocked by palm tress so there's not exactly an ocean view. The master bedroom bathroom shower door was very noisy when opening and closing, the ceiling fan was a little difficult to get the right speed since we couldn't actually go elbow the a/c temperature which was put out on the control panel.
My family really enjoyed staying there and had a wonderful time just enjoying the accommodation.
The only other complaint I have is that one of the hotel staff manager just let himself in the villa asking if the painter was in the villa.

We appreciated having everything we needed - 2 pack & plays, high chairs, as well as the pools for kids and beach access (and things for the beach). Great property for families! Clean, plenty of space to spread out. Beach chairs/umbrellas, life jackets, beach toys, snorkel gear, wagon all included for use which was super convenient. Could not ask for more as far as location -- right on the beach. Short drive to dining options, not too far from Honolulu. Will definitely stay again for future vacations :)

Loved this condo. The place was very clean and well stocked for all kitchen and beach needs. The grounds were well kept. Our family loved the pools and hot tubs. The lagoons were a lot of fun and easy access to lagoon #2 which had good snorkeling. This area is away from the city and for some that may be a drawback but was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again here.
