I came to a local wedding. The location could not be better! The waves were crashing on the sea wall! I loved the salt water pool. Great BBQ’s for the complex. Parking was a bit limited if you came in too late, spots were taken, but there was plenty outside the gate. Not industrialized but a good beach feel.

The property and condo site was very intimate; and had all the amenities for a wonderful and relaxing stay. One suggestion would be to install hand rails inside shower. Otherwise; we loved the place and hope to return!!

I usually come to Hawaii once if not twice a year I’ve always stayed next-door in the Kona aisle at the same unit. When my son decided to go by himself with his wife, it wasn’t available and he found this one. Now that I have came and stayed here I will only come here from now on. It was much more than I could ever of imagined. I will recommend this unit to any of my friends or family from here on out. Thank you so much.

Very nice, well-kept condo - well stocked with everything we needed. Great location - we could see the ocean and walk out to pool from the lanai, and it was an easy trip into nearby Kailua-Kona for restaurants and shopping. Great instructions and communication from owner. Thanks Ric!

This unit is perfect in every way. Spacious with an amazing, well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, exceptionally clean and the king bed is a dream. Being on the ground floor with a lovely lanai, you are steps away from the common area, two pools, and the groomed beach overlooking the lava rocks and ocean. Every evening we enjoyed the stunning sunsets and we can’t wait to return. We found the owner to be extremely prompt to reply and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for sharing your relaxing space with us.

We had a great stay here. It was nice to be so close to Kona but yet have privacy and ocean right outside your door. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay on the big island at Ric's place. The location is very convenient for activities on the Kona side of the island, and is walking or shuttle distance from Kona restaurants. Every evening there is a conch shell ceremony with the setting sun that was really fun to make it back and experience with the neighbors.
Ric made things very easy for checking in and out and was very hospitabal, friendly and communicative. The place was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to cook at home when we wanted. Thank you Ric for a great stay! Mahalo!

Ric's unit is amazing from all aspect, and communication with him was perfect.
This unit was equipped with all you need for a dream vacation, and it was exceptionally clean.
Complex amenities are great, pools and sand beach were a plus. Downtown Kona is few minutes away

Let me start off by saying Ric, the owner of this AMAZING condo is the greatest guy to not only communicate with but also for allowing people to stay at his home. I could write a novel and all the great things about my vacation and stay at this place. Out of every place I’ve stayed in Hawaii this is by FAR the best one yet and only one I’ll be returning to as long as he allows people to stay.
This place has everything you need from all beach accessories like boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear and even plenty of sunscreen.
The condo itself is even more beautiful in person the pictures do no justice. The bedroom is amazing with a tempur-pedic bed and ceiling fans in every room. Place is always ice cold when you walk in and so refreshing. Every condo I’ve stayed at always has a kind of must smell from the bathroom but not this one. Kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly need! I even left some reusable grocery bags because they don’t plastic bags in Hawaii for groceries. I mean I can go on and on this place is just beautiful and so is the outside area!
I almost didn’t want to review this place cause I don’t want it to become to popular and never be able to book LOL, but Ric deserves all the business possible with this amazing place!

Beautiful apartment with awesome view of the water and evening sunsets. Listing is accurate and the unit is fairly close to the action of Kona while also feeling quiet and relaxed. Would stay here again.

My family of 4 enjoyed this unit so much. It has all the amenities. It's very clean and easy to get to. My husband walked to downtown Kona one morning, about a mile. We enjoyed both pools, the salt water one has been redone and it's beautiful. We even caught a glimpse of a dolphin pod out in the ocean.

Location is convenient to the airport and Kona village, yet far enough removed that it is very quiet. The condo is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen, and the Cabana was right outside the door. We enjoyed morning coffee and happy hour/sunset gazing at the ocean. The sound of the surf was so relaxing. Overall wonderful experience!

The hosts were great, we had a last minute travel plan change and the Host was very helpful and accommodating. The unit is great, very clean and very well stocked. Our family of four was very comfortable and the kids were comfortable on the pull out. The property is beautiful, two great pools, and ocean view from the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!
