Lovely and spotless place with everything we needed. Sounds of ocean waves lulled us to sleep. Water and beaches in front. We watched turtles and gorgeous sunsets from lanai. Occasional conversations heard from people sitting at picnic table below, but they left after sundown. Poke place in the complex was also yummy! We hope to come back!

We had the most amazing trip! The condo is exactly how its described and the best part is the oceans waves. We had the beat sleep we've had in year's. My favorite part was watching the turtles every night come in to eat. I would definitely recommend this place! we are already planning our next trip to Hawaii! It's a magical place.

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO. We loved it! Although some upkeep is needed. For example, the screen doors need replacing, too hard to open and close. The bed was uncomfortable and some new pillows and sheets would have made it nicer. The bath towels have seen better days. Overall it was wonderful!!

The condo was perfect. We loved it sitting on the lanai and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is well located to explore everything. Very easy check-in and good communication with the owner.

Absolutely wonderful place with incredible views and the calming sound of waves 24/7. We loved having meals on the lanai and watching the sea turtles everyday. The full size kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything needed to make food. 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible place, truly such an awesome experience! They have beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. The AC was so welcomed during the hot parts of the day—don’t look any further for a better place! This is it!

We’ve stayed at several of Holly’s condos in Kona Bali Kai on the big island, and this one is our favorite if the two of us are traveling alone. It’s about 30 feet from the water, literally, and the waves roll in giving the most fantastic view! It’s beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous with teak and bamboo walls and ceilings, and it has a very comfortable California king bed. Tile bathroom and floors, and a very nice kitchen with all the little things we have at home. Outdoor BBQ’s are just downstairs right on the sea wall and each day, turtles came to feed in the afternoon right out in front of us. 2 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler provided. Book ahead. This one is a gem but worth waiting for. Thanks, Holly.

We truly feel like we are in paradise. Right on the water. We watched the tide come in and out. The sunsets are awesome from the balcony. We ate dinner every night on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to settle in and stay awhile. Will definitely try to come back

Talk about a luxury space! It's well-appointed and the full kitchen is to die for! The tiling in the bathroom and granite throughout is fabulous. If that's not enough, the lanai sells it for you. Being on the end unit you have 2 views. Absolutely perfect getaway. My husband and I would return in a heartbeat!

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and high scale, everything was perfect! She provided everything we needed and more. The view is incredible, we loved spending time on the lanai and falling asleep/waking up to the sounds of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio condo right on the ocean was exactly as described and yes, we had trouble leaving sometimes! It has been totally updated inside and is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. But the lanai is the best spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner at sunset. We saw whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, and surfers. Holly was very responsive to questions and a minor problem that came up. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks Holly, for a beautiful stay!

We stayed at the condo for our 25th Anniversary trip. It was just as beautiful as described, directly in the water and perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have seen at a condo, tons of utensils, dishes, etc to be able to make yourself at home. She also provided a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler. She has thought of everything to make your stay super easy and convenient!

My wife & I stayed here for ten days, & had a very relaxing and rejuvenating time. The lanai is literally a stones throw from the ocean, & was ideal for morning coffee and sunsets. It was also so nice to have the ocean lull us to sleep at night.
The property is located a minutes drive from all the Kona amenities to the north, and also some nice snorkel beaches to the south. We enjoyed being close to all these options without being in the congestion and nighttime noise of Kona proper. A few minutes walk to the north is also a nice public white sand beach.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. Wi-fi had a great connection.
Holly was a highly responsive host invested in our experience and well-being. There were nice touches like little local snacks, coffees, etc set out for us. When we come back to the Big Island, we’d gladly stay here again.

We couldn’t have chosen a better property in Hawaii! The pictures are true to life- absolutely beautiful! The ocean sang us to sleep each night! No ac but you don’t need it. The ocean breeze blows continuously through the screens on the patio. Had to call the owner to ask a question and she picked up the immediately !! We loved it ! Can’t say enough of good things!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay! This unit is truly remarkable and every detail has clearly been thought through. Many rentals claim to be well-stocked, but this condo actually was and there's not a single kitchen or miscellaneous item we could have asked for. Additionally, everything in the condo is high quality and not just inexpensive items purchased for renters. We could picture living there. The only thing to be aware of is there's really no good spot to store luggage, which doesn't bother us, but might inconvenience some. It goes without saying but the view and sound of the waves was unbelievable - we're not normally ones to sit around on vacation, but we found ourselves lingering. The location is perfect for accessing all that the western side of the island has to offer and is nice being just outside of town. We hope to return - thank you for a great stay!

You can’t beat this location if you want to be close to the beach—it is just steps away, and you sleep and wake up to the sound of waves. The condo is nicely updated, and well stocked with everything you need. Holly was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only negative was the main door to the lanai, which was fairly tough to open. There was a note about it, but it was challenging, as we went in and out frequently. We loved watching boats, parasailers, surfers, and even whales from the roomy deck—beautiful spot to enjoy Kona!

Holly’s place is the perfect spot for a beach getaway in Kona. The apartment is well-stocked, clean, has a super comfortable bed, and an awesome balcony. The location is in a quiet spot in between great beaches (shoutout to Magic Sands) as well as shopping, restaurants, and bars. Plus, if you’re looking for poke, Da Poke Shack is right downstairs. Highly recommend!

Most amazing view from lanai, could not get any closer to the ocean. We spent a wonderful week enjoying the sights, including spinner dolphins and some surfing turtles.

The second floor corner location is fantastic ... and the ocean is right there!! Marvelous sunsets and, while close to Alii Drive, we didn’t even know it was there. We so much appreciated the very well done Hawaiian finishings, furnishings, and decor —- the local wood surfaces, tile floors, color palette, and special touches. While a studio unit, it has a “just right” size kitchen, efficient floor plan, and a very comfortable Lanai, where we spent a lot of our time. For two of us, it was perfect. When I saw the photos of the place (having stayed in many Hawaiian Condos over the years on many islands), I could tell this could be special — and it was just like the photos! Even better ... How often can you say that? While we never had a chance to meet our host, Holly, she was very accommodating every step of the way. The Condo facility is well maintained, our car was parked safely in the garage below the units, and we had a very good experience here. I’ll try to come back to this very spot on future trips!!

The view alone is worth the stay. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Even chairs, boggy boards and some small ice chest. This place has it all. It's a few minutes from kona and about 30 minutes from two step one of the best places to snorkel on the island. Lots of restaurants close by or stay in and make dinner and enjoy the sunset on your linai. You won't be disappointed with your stay here.

My husband and I spent 12 days in this little piece of paradise. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks (when they say oceanfront, it doesn't get much closer) and woke up with the sun and the birds and our coffee on lanai. Being an end unit on the 2nd floor, the lanai is super private and has the most beautiful panoramic view.
Holly made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived and was super attentive and accommodating regarding anything we needed.
The condo is nicely updated, had everything we needed, and was very clean. The only problem we ran into was the lack of space for our luggage. We stayed two weeks, and admittedly overpacked, but because it is a studio, there is limited space for baggage.
The complex is quiet, well kept and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The location is great because it's close enough to town to walk if you want to (about 2 miles), but away from the populated tourist areas. We walked in to town on a couple different occasions and found it quite enjoyable. There are also great little tidepools and coves right off the property where the sea turtles would frequent both in the water and up on the beach.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our stay here.

Our time at Holly's rental was nothing but fabulous! What a wonderful host she was! The location was perfect. Very easy to find. Right on the water. Dream of a lifetime! We were in Hawaii for almost 3 weeks and our week at Holly's was by far the best! It was well-stocked. We did not want for anything. The only thing we had to buy was our food. What a blessing that was! Going to sleep with the sounds of the waves, the smell of the ocean and a nice comfy bed... slept like a rock! Gorgeous sunsets right from our balcony.... Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean.... Wonderful church service right next door. Nice time in the pool and hot tub as well. I just can't say enough. Would give 10 stars if I could!!! We plan to stay there again next time we visit Hawaii.

Excellent property! Right on the ocean! The balcony almost opens on the ocean! You hear the waves whole night long!!
The place was clean and was well maintained - easy free parking. Drive 10 minutes north and you are in the hub with shopping and restaurants. Holly provided details to the dot and was accurate. Would go back again!
