We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean with an easy check in process. The master bed was so comfortable and the room got really dark and quiet which was nice. We loved the rooftop patio and first floor balcony. It was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Kailua Kona.

We loved the condo! Perfect location. Within walking (or crawling) distance from scores of great restaurants and shops. Small beach right across the street. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The condo is in the perfect Kona location - so much is within walking distance. The condo is spacious and clean, with great airflow from the ocean breeze. We loved the view from the lanai.

The place was great overall. It is right in the heart of the tourism portion of Kona, so that was great for our first stay. Next time I might want to be a bit further from the noise.
The only problem was the washing machine was wet and stinky. I told the owner, so he will hopefully address that problem asap.
Both the owner and property manager were great at communicating and very nice! A+ on that score!

We picked this location because we wanted to enjoy the restaurants in downtown Kona. This condo did not disappoint! Dawn from Hawaiian Isle Real Estate was easy to work with as well. Great Location!

Definitely a good spot to stay if you are looking to be right in the heart of Kona! Lots of action all around here! We were literally only steps away from amazing food, a convenient store, shopping, activities, and of course the beautiful ocean! The pool looks super nice, we didn't even use it because we were busy taking so many snorkel trips throughout the area!
Lots of great stuff to see on the west coast of Hawaii and this is a great spot to stay for that. If I were to hope for anything more it would just be a few extra beach towels in the place, we only found 2, but there was luckily a washer and dryer to use. Otherwise is was all quite nice. Modern, posh, clean decor.
I thought it said no AC and I had decided to live with that but then was presently surprised to find that there is an AC upstairs that you can turn on while you are there (just remember to turn it off for the islands sake)!
The beds were very comfortable and as always, the lanai is imo a necessity - so having 2 of them had us feeling nice and spoiled. Jetted bathtub downstairs was really helpful when we were sore from all the hiking and swimming. Sunset view was epic. Loved the egg chairs. Internet worked great for my online medical school work.. I definitely recommend this spot. Would book again. Thank you Hawaii!

We’ve rented nearly 15 VRBO properties in Kona over the years, and never stayed right downtown. This was a super location for easy access to everything you’d need, and very little road noise. Very quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved this VRBO so much! The location to restaurants and shops was just steps from the front door. And the views of the ocean and mountains were simply breathtaking! Clear instructions on checkin and out procedures and the unit was very clean. We appreciated the washer and dryer too.

Very nice and spacious condo. Beautiful view of the sunset from one of the balconies. Great location - in the heart of restaurants and shops along the coast. Owner was very quick to respond for questions or requests.
