This was a nice property with plenty of space. We especially appreciated how spacious the living area and both bathrooms were. The view from the balcony was nice and the beach towels, chairs and umbrella made it easy for us to enjoy the beach access. Landscaping was beautiful - especially enjoyed the path to the condo. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace which offered a variety of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better, and the property itself was exactly what we were hoping for—especially the quiet little beach and the pool, which became part of our daily routine. We even met a few friendly guests who made it feel even more relaxed and welcoming.The view from the unit was stunning, and the layout and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The A/C kept everything cool and comfortable at night, which was much appreciated.If I had to make one tiny suggestion, it would be to update the pillows in the Primary Bedroom—they’ve seen better days. But honestly, that’s a small thing, and we’d come back in a heartbeat either way.

Very nice central location. We were able to explore all sides of the island without too much time in the car on any given day. Lovely view from the patio. The pool is nice and there is a beach right there as well. There are ample pool/beach supplies in the closet on the patio - I wish that was outlined somewhere better, we didn’t realize it until the last 2 days of our stay, which were quite rainy and we didn’t use them. But we made do with several of the wonderful beaches of Kauai. Would love to stay again!

We loved our stay here. The condo was as described and had lots of amenities. The location was perfect for us. We are retired folks and were looking for a central location with a quieter environment- this was just right. The grounds are lovely, the view enjoyable, the area clean and walkable plus an easy drive to most places. We woke up to gorgeous sunrises and went to sleep with the sounds of waves crashing the shore. Paradise!

This condo was perfect for us. Very clean, plenty of space, great seaside location, we took full advantage of the beach, pool and grill. The unit was bright and cheery, lots of natural light. With open windows, ceiling fans and the trade winds, we rarely needed the air conditioning. But it was nice to have when we did. We would definitely stay here again.

View is unbeatable! Condo has great floor plan, privacy in two bed, 2 bath configuration. Well appointed kitchen. I would like to have a coffee grinder, didn’t see one. That’s a picky thing, just my preference. Nice Laundry facilities in condo. Provided beach towels, laundry pods, al the necessary things such as paper towels, trash bags, etc.. Beds comfy, slept very well, nice shower. A/C worked great, even have a supplemental a/c unit in primary bedroom.
Owner provided boogie boards, beach chairs, some floaties, very much appreciated!
Have some Cons. Although beds comfortable, mattresses seem old. Quilted covers could use cleaning. Pillows also old, but had plenty.
One window has a crooked lever and can’t close completely.
Really not enough towels, wash cloths, but we were able to wash and reuse.
Coffee is very important to us. Owners left some kurig pods and some packets of coffee like you get in a hotel, was very stale and very good. We are not kurig people, appreciate the effort, just not our preference. Also husband used cream and sugar. There was neither provided. Just a small thing we would like to see.
Location is perfect for a base to explore the island. Grocery store close by as well as restaurants.
The view and spaciousness is the real star, property grounds are truly like paradise!

Indoor climate not so great. Lack of air conditioning really inconvenient. With the humidity and the necessity to leave the doors open to keep air circulating wasn’t pleasant, especially at bedtime in the main bedroom.

Aloha~ The condo is spacious with spectacular views (minus the highway in the distance). Being on the 3rd floor made it a bit of a challenge to get our groceries and luggage up, but the view is definitely worth it. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with all of the extras and amenities we needed. It was awesome to have beach gear available for our use (snorkels, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, coolers, etc). This was a nice added bonus.
Per my sisters they slept well in the front bedroom and said the beds were comfy. I felt the king bed was much too firm and could use a mattress topper, but that’s just my opinion.
The condo is a great central location between the north and south shores. We also liked how close it is to the airport. Kapaa also has some great shopping and local eateries. You can walk to Lava Lava Beach Club and listen to live music while enjoying dinner and a drink on the beach. There is also a local shopping center that you can walk to as well.
The beach at the condo is small and quaint. I think it is swimmable but didn’t appear to be, during our stay. There are many beaches nearby to swim and snorkel your days away.
We had a fabulous time in Kauai. The condo is clean and comfortable with a fabulous view. Lots of windows that all open for great air flow in the morning and evenings. We also liked having the A/C to keep the condo cool during the day. ~ Mahalo ☀️ 🏝️

This is a very special property and was just perfect for our family of 4. The property gardens were just so beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The pool was pristine, and the condo had everything we needed, we didn't want to leave! One fun tip, we rented bikes from Hele On bike rentals. They delivered 4 bikes on the first day and picked them up after our week-long stay. It was so fun to bike everywhere we went. The 8-mile bike trail is right outside the condo. Finally, I really appreciated the communication during and after a huge storm that hit the island during out stay. They kept us informed and seemed genuinely concerned for our safety. They were very kind to let us have a late check out when our flight was delayed. Their email replies were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

What we loved about this property was the amount of space in the condo, the beautiful grounds, and access to multiple beaches. The spot to watch the morning sunrise was incredible. The only drawback was that the main room of the condo is not air conditioned and as this is a third floor condo, it gets quite hot in the main rooms. There were times it was more than 85 degrees inside the condo.

A very good stay. The only wrinkle: we were under the impression “air conditioning” meant the entire condo. Only the bedrooms have wall air conditioners. We adjusted, but had ceiling fans and a floor fan operating almost continuously.

We had a wonderful visit. Main highlight in addition to the beautiful island and all the delicious food and places to go was the convenience and beauty of the ocean view from this condo. We often sat and swam at the poolmwatching the ocean and could easily dip in the ocean, rinse off at poolside shower and go back in pool. Just gorgeous and amazing. We ran along the path over 4miles out and back from path by condo along ocean. Just amazing! Loved it! Plan to return again!

Premiere Lanakai condo is an excellent location if you want the quiet and away from the crowds. Walkable to shopping and few restaurants and coffee shops. You get both the beach and the pool. Amenities of the condo is amazing, pool, out door shower and the perfectly maintained lawn. The downside to the condo is the furniture and in general condition so dated, there a certain smell in the rooms as well.
The condo is so clean, it was pristine when we checked in. Cleaning crew is doing an amazing job!

Beautiful grounds and pool! Rental was very clean. We booked this unit prior to new ownership- when both rooms were king beds en-suite. Disappointed that one of the rooms is now 2 full beds. However, Cindy, the property manager was very apologetic and understanding.
A few suggestions to the new owners-
- Queen beds would be ideal in guest room
- better sheets/ towels
- replace silverware/ sharper knives

The location of this rental was great. I stayed here with my two young daughters, 7 and 8. It’s close to the airport and convenient to shopping. We cooked many meals but also were able to easily walk to other locations for food. The unit was stocked really well, very clean and pretty. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets with dinner on the patio.
Unfortunately only one of the AC units in the bedrooms worked. I did place a call to the property manager and I believe they called back but were we on the go and I likely missed it and didn’t have any messages. I just shared a bed with my 7 year old in the room with AC for the trip. It was just a touch too warm to fall asleep with only windows open for me.
I love the central location on the island. The beach right outside was great.

The condo was roomy and nice with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. It was great for two couples, and provided plenty of privacy. The location is perfect for exploring both the north and south ends of the island. The only downside was that it was very warm in the living areas and kitchen. We were instructed (understandably) to turn off the bedroom a/c units when leaving for the day. By the time we returned each evening, it was so hot that we didn’t cook the food we bought to prepare evening meals, and we certainly couldn’t enjoy lounging and visiting in the living areas. The master bathroom was also warm and took a while to cool off in the late afternoon/evening when we returned from our daily activities around the island. There were ceiling fans and floor fans available, and we used all of them. It was still uncomfortable in the living areas except in the mornings when it was cooler outside. The temps were in the upper 80s on Kauai the week we were there. On the positive side, the management was the most responsive we’ve ever dealt with. We had a couple of minor issues/questions, and she was quick to respond to emails during our stay.

We stayed here with two couples. When we booked there were supposed to be a king bed in each room but to our surprise when we arrived there was two double beds in one of the rooms. Cindy was amazing at rectifying the issue and compensating us for the change. Although it wasn't what we expected, everything ended up working out nonetheless and Cindy was very understanding and accommodating. The unit was right on the water, you can hear the waves at night, walking distance to coconut marketplace and lava lava beach club where there are games, a bar and live music in the evening (super fun)!. The unit looks exactly like the photos and was super cute/comfortable. The check in/check out process was very easy. Since the apartment is located in the East, it was a great central point to venture up to the North or down to the South. Compared to hotels around the island, I found that this apartment was definitely more cost friendly. The bedrooms have access to various tv networks making it fun to cozy up at night and watch tv. There is a grass area along the beach with lit torches and beach chairs at night for you to relax and listen to the waves. The ocean is right out your backdoor for a day time or night time dip. I would recommend staying here to anyone considering doing so. Definitely a lot of value in this apartment. A big thanks to Cindy for everything! Our first visit to Kauai was definitely a memorable one.

Originally we had booked at a different property next door with two bedrooms (king beds). One month before our trip we were contacted and notified there was an error in booking ( confirmed 1 year before trip). The property manager provided an alternative 2 bedroom (queen and 2 singles). Thankfully another location was possible on short notice. Other than bed arrangement the facility was great. Third floor if the building was not a hinderance to us - but could be for others. Even with the cancelation, we would use the same property management again - she went above and beyond to get us a place and offered large refund due to "screw-up". Location is good, there are several families and kids at the resort - if you are looking for a "no kid" location this may not be for you. This unit (not unlike most of the units) does not have air conditioning. The time of year we went (early June), this was not an issue with the fans and breeze.

We would highly recommend this condo, however as others have mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator so luggage must be carried up. We knew this prior to arriving so it was no surprise. This well stocked condo has everything you may need for an enjoyable stay on the island. Everything was fabulous. The ONLY drawback I could say is the condo is located on the third floor with no elevator….. unless you have younger people with you to haul up your luggage… it could be a struggle. We had a perfect stay on Kauai at Lanikai. The unit seriously has the best view of Palm trees, sand, blue ocean, and green mountains. It was relaxing and helped us to recharge and for me to rest after I broke my leg on a hike. Watch out for those tree roots!
The two master suites were comfortable and met the needs of us and our friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet setting of this small, intimate complex.
The unit came complete with 4 beach chairs and multiple coolers. The kitchen had everything you need, plus all the basic essentials for cooking.
Cindy was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with as she accommodated our slightly early check-in and a later departure. Check-in was a breeze with the directions sent early before our departure.
What we really enjoyed was the central location, which allowed us to easily decide if we wanted to explore North, South, or West of the Island. Nothing was too hard to get to.
For a great breakfast, be sure to try Kountry Kitchen, for lunch or dinner give Kenji's Burgers a try and you can't go wrong with Duke's.

This property fit our needs well. It was centrally located for adventures across Kauai, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The views from the Lanai are exactly as they appear in the listing, meeting our expectations nicely.
While mostly comfortable, there are a few upgrades that would help move this property to a 5-star location. However, the condo met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Very friendly neighbors made us feel welcome and right at home.

One day while out and about I received an email stating that Cindy had entered the unit to turn off the A/C. While there are signs saying to turn it off- and we were respectful of the policy; we did in fact forget on one particular day.
We never received a phone call, text, or email sending a friendly reminder or asking us to please turn it off or asking permission for them to enter the unit while we were away to turn it off-
Rather, I received an email saying they had entered the unit while we were away and done just that. We felt that our privacy was completely breached- In addition- we found the door had not been completely pulled closed when we returned, thereby putting our valuables at risk- there is no safe in the room so this is a notable risk.
Be Aware of their policy of entering a rented unit without notification and/or permission.
Other than that the location was nice- it was quiet and fairly clean. The check in process was efficient, and it was very centrally located geographically.

Staying in Waulia is great for getting to both the north and south sides of Kauai. Our Lanikia condo was perfect our party of four adults. Only the bedrooms have ac but it wasn't an issue even though temps were very warm during our visit and we only ran the ac on our first night. Kitchen is well equipped and the view from the lanai is great. Both beach and a great pool with easy access. Management was very responsive to any questions.

Amazing condo on the beach with a great view. The condo was comfortable and very clean.. Host was very responsive and location was stocked with plenty of beach gear to make our stay enjoyable. Surf is a bit rough near the condo but a secluded bay is a quick walk away. Only complaint is the latch lock on the front door didn't seem to work. Door still locked but needed a bit of muscle to operate.

The property is exactly as described. It's beautiful inside with well maintained outdoor grounds. We enjoyed the pool and rocky beachside area. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. They supply laundry detergent and fabric softener as well. Beach towels were huge and luxurious! The Lani was a wonderful place to watch and hear the waves, and enjoy a glass of wine! Coconut Market is within easy walking distance and Safeway grocery about 1 mile away ( but Safeway will deliver to this address). My only complaint would be that the floors left my feet dirty, a swiffer mop would be welcome. Host Cindy and the management was prompt and helpful 😀

The things that were disappointing was most of the beach chairs were broken, the sliding screen door came of the rails constantly, the bathrooms had a mold smell, all the towels including beach towels are small old and have bleach stains all over them.

We had a really wonderful time here! We woke up every morning to the most breathtaking view of the water and palm trees and quintessential Kauai. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The kitchen was stocked and the unit was well maintained. The only (sometimes) tough part was the fact that it was a third floor walk up. We didn't see that mentioned in the listing when booking, and it was sometimes and issue for me (almost 70) and my two grandchildren after a long day. That said, we absolutely loved the location of the Lanikai condos and the unit was beautiful. Thank you!

We LOVED being on the third floor of this beautifully kept condominium. The view of the Immaculately kept grounds, ocean, and swaying palm trees was divine. We loved the layout of the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the living space. It was stocked so well, we ne er wanted for anything. Being centrally located on the island, we were able to schedule everything from an invigorating hike up Waimea Canyon on one side, to a relaxing day on Hanalei Beach. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen supplied all our needs. The condo even had a cooler and beach chairs we borrowed. Came in very handy! I can’t wait to return to Lanakai Condos. What a little private oasis. Thank you, Cindy (property manager) for being so kind and helpful when I had planning questions! I can’t wait to come back!

My group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a great homebase for visiting the island, a scenic drive to either the north or south shore. We loved the proximity to some of our favorite dining options only a few blocks away (Passion Bakery, Street Burger, JoJo's Shave Ice) and in nearby Kapa'a. There is a shopping center within walking distance and only a 5 min drive to Safeway.
The unit itself is very comfortable and well stocked. We cooked some meals at home and always ate out on the balcony. The grounds are lush and beautiful. Great pool and beach. Nice stroll to Lava Lava Beach club. If you like adventure, the Sleeping Giant Trailhead is only 5 min away and was a highlight of the trip for us (moderate hike to a lookout).
The beds were comfortable and the condo provided extra fans (AC only in bedrooms but good airflow in living area), beach coolers, chairs, a boogie board, and in unit W/D which all came in super handy. 100% would stay again!

Great condo! Perfect location to get to the North or South part of the island. Super clean an quiet. Amazing views. Very responsive manager. The AC is located only in the bedrooms, so the living room can get quite warm. Well stocked kitchen. No elevator, you must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. Beach access from the pool. I would absolutely stay here again.
Recommendation: Island guide book would be helpful ( restaurants, things to do, etc.).
Also a laminated map would be helpfu as well to get the lay of the land.

This was a beautiful property in an amazing location. The view from the condo is even better in person. The property was sparkling clean and very well stocked- kitchen supplies, boogie boards, beach coolers, pool noodles. The landscaping is gorgeous around the property and the condo is definitely beach front. Lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance (Lava Lava Beach Club which you can literally walk down the beach to- and Coconut Thai were our favorites ) . The pool and beach both felt private and we saw a sea turtle on our first day while swimming in the little cove. It did get pretty warm in the main part of the condo a couple nights making it uncomfortable to make dinner and relax. Once the trade winds picked up the rest of the week it was much nicer. The bedrooms do have AC we would use at night and just close the door and that worked very well. The afternoon rain showers were quick and so nice as it cooled everything off. This place is on the 3rd floor so be aware if you have difficulty with stairs. It did not bother us and we loved the view. The location is excellent if you want to drive to the north shore or down to Poipu. I would stay here again over a large resort any day. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

We loved it all!! The condo itself is absolutely lovely with all the amenities one would ever need, it is clean and so well kept. The location is excellent and the view breathtaking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
