The condo was gorgeous with amazing views to boot! I Hotel is within walking distance for breakfast or dinner. Hideaway beach is just a short steep jaunt down to the perfect little secluded beach. Close to Hanalei Bay! Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!!

Extremely nice condo and location at Pu'u Poa in Princeville. Everything was amazing here, and by far nicer than our second condo on the south shore (albeit more expensive). The bed was super comfortable, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the AC blew ice cold which was incredible. View was perfect of the ocean, grill on patio was great for steak dinners, and everything in the condo worked as expected. Tons of gear and towels stocked at the condo. Owners were very great with communicating everything to us prior to our stay, and we never had to reach out for anything. This was an amazing place to stay in Kauai, princeville was our favorite location. Close to a great grocery store and all North Shore activities!

This property was absolutely perfect for our visit to Princeville. The unit is gorgeous and has everything a group or family would need. We loved using the kitchen which was all top of the line and so luxuriously done. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family as we were traveling with our kids ages 7 &10. The location is great and our kids enjoyed the pool and the trail down to Hideaway Beach was a fun adventure. Gorgeous beach and this property was absolutely perfect for our family and stay. We hope we can come back in the future!!

We had a great time and loved the layout of the unit. Spacious, clean and modern with everything you could need in the kitchen. We are a family of four and there was plenty of room. The shower was great and the beds were comfy. It was nice to have the pool as well as hideaway beach for swimming and snorkeling. Close to town and other beaches. The view from the deck was awesome too! Easy check in and out. Thank you!

The location is on a quiet area of Princeville. The condo had with a super clean interior and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay (coffee maker, toaster, full spacious kitchen). The living space is wide open and perfect for feeling relaxed. The rain at night sounded beautiful with the skylights in the living room. The views were amazing and although the currents were a bit too strong to swim while we were there (incoming storms) hideaway beach was beautiful and will have to come back again to enjoy. Overall great space, didn’t use the second bedroom but both bathroom and bedroom #2 looked just as nice as the first. Perfect if you had kids with you.

My wife and I stayed here while in Princeville for our wedding. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and the shower is amazing. We entered several other units at this complex where friends were staying, and ours was by far the nicest one.

Only improvement would be redoing the outside patio. The inside is gorgeous. The view is fantastic. The outside tile is cracked with weeds growing in it. Kind of diminishes one of the most important aspects of the experience.

The condo is clean, well stocked with what has been identified on the website and has an awesome view of the north shore. We loved the nice ocean breeze, the sound of the waves, and watching the surfers. Comfortable bed and great shower water pressure :). Stargazing was incredibly peaceful and amazing. Except for the noise that sounded like furniture being moved around in the above neighbors, and us losing sleep for one night from it, our overall stay was great. Thank you Jeff and Shana!

This property was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want for cooking, and all very high quality. Lots of thoughtful extras in case you forgot something. As pictured, the view was drop dead gorgeous!

We just loved the ocean view from our deck as well as our floor to ceiling windows. Even better, we were able to hike down to Hideaway beach for some great snorkeling. The place was very clean and well organized. It was perfect! Can't wait to go back.

This place is exactly as beautiful and luxurious as it appears from the photos. The condo is kept in pristine condition. The kitchen is beautiful, and is fully stocked with anything and everything you could want to prepare meals. The master bathroom is beautiful, and includes a large shower with two rainfall shower heads. The massive windows provide an amazing view of the ocean, and while the sunset may not be directly visible from the patio, you can take a short walk along the grassy lawn for a perfect view from the east side of the complex. It was nice to have A/C to keep us cool during warmer parts of the day, and there were ample fans to keep air moving throughout the unit.
The location is great. We enjoyed being a short drive from the beautiful town of Hanalei, and we never had a problem finding a parking place in the condo's parking lot. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and other items that we used on our trips to the beach. The water temperature in the resort's pool was nice and warm.
We loved our stay here, and would consider staying here again on our next visit to Kauai!

Perfect. Gorgeous, big, well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, & cool rain shower! Ocean view and large patio was great for sunrises and sunsets. Breathtaking island views out the back and along property walks. VERY convenient walks to fort alexander, hide-away beach and Queens pool. And short drive to Hanalei Beach.

It's hard to imagine you will find a nicer place to stay than Jeff & Shana's condo in eastern Princeville. The unit was renovated not long ago the finishes are very high-end, much nicer than one would expect in a rental property. Soap, shampoo, high-quality tableware and cooking tools (pots, pans knives) are provided in abundance. Nice full-size LG washer and Dryer (top rated by consumer reports). The furniture and beds are of high quality and comfortable. There are many other extras like boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids beach toys, etc.
The unit is on a cliff overlooking the water and a rocky beach (too dangerous to swim). It is an easy walk down to Hideaway beach (just east) where you can swim, snorkle and surf.
You will not do better on VRBO than this unit.
The only negative comments I have are that the second bedroom is small (considering how grand the unit is) without air conditioning (a fan is provided) and the grill was not hot enough to barbeque.

Wow, wow, WOW! We thought this property was gorgeous in the Vrbo listing, but it was even better in person! This is a prime location to zip into Hanalei and to check out Hideaway Beach. This condo is in a lovely walkable community. We had all the amenities we needed and more!

I have only stayed in a few rental properties before and was typically disappointed because they were rundown, even though pictures did a good job at making things look good. This was the exact opposite. It felt like we were moving into a new home. Everything was clean and was appointed with things like new plates and cookware. I would definitely go back.

This apartment is everything you could want it to be and more. The view is incredible and will take your breath away every morning when you wake up, and every time you come home from a fun outing on the island. The apartment lives up to the pictures in every way, and then some. Visiting with my family of 4, it provided the perfect base camp for our trip to the north shore; we regularly cooked breakfast and dinner in the apartment, and would spend most evenings on the patio, watching the marvelous sunset. The apartment is well appointed, and provided plenty of space for all of us to be together, or spend time separately, quietly reading, resting, or doing our own thing. Loved it!
