Loved this Condo! Location was excellent and beautiful. Mesmerizing views, watching sunsets, surfers, big waves (especially during the high surf warnings), cooking on the grill and enjoying meals on the Lanai Absolutely loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. As well as waking up to the crow of roosters, chirping birds and yes the waves!
Condo was very clean upon arrival and was well stocked which minimized what we had to buy in regards to spices, toiletries etc…
Communication with the owner was seamless.
Would most definitely recommend this condo!

A spectacular setting, within minutes of a number of world-class beaches. The property lived up to the description very well, with panoramic views of the ocean and complete amenities. The hostess is a great communicator as well and is very accommodating.
We strongly recommend this property for anyone looking for lodging on the North side of Kauai.

The condo is in an excellent location and has some beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place is very roomy. We enjoyed the interior amenities and the patio as well. It's located near many great restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed the place very much !!

This condo was honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed in all our years of traveling. By far! From the moment we booked it months ago, Anne has been nothing but a wonderful host. She reached out immediately with some details of how to make our stay enjoyable; restaurants to eat at and places where we should think about getting reservations in advance of our arrival. The check-in process was a breeze and the condo was in perfect condition. There were some nice welcome gifts and the condo was STOCKED. Everyone has experienced those condos where the host hasn’t even provided you with a knife to use. Not this place. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already available in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need and there were also all the things you need to go to the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear to just name a few.
The location is awesome as well. It is secluded from all the busyness of a normal resort and yet you are close to town, the beach and places to eat.
I have already highly recommend this place and these hosts to many friends and family. We will definitely go back. Thank you Anne for your wonderful hospitality.

Perfect property for a family of four looking to enjoy the north shore area. The unit is spacious, clean and well appointed. The entire condo and lanai were quite spacious and lovely. All the sofas and bedding were comfortable and the condo was super clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our time in the evenings making dinner and watching the sunset on the lanai. The location and views are amazing-very convenient to driving to other locales on the island.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Anne's place - the property was so clean and well stocked, was in the perfect location for exploring multiple beautiful beaches, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. In short - it was paradise! Don't hesitate for a second to book Anne's home. Anne was also super communicative and kind. We truly didn't want to leave and made a promise to ourselves that we would come back to this lovely, well stocked vacation home.

Anne was one of the best hosts we have experienced with VRBO. She had great communication, checking in on us frequently. The condo is so well appointed. She thought of everything from beach towels and sunscreen to extra towels, and blankets to guidebooks. I would definitely recommend this property to any friend or family member. From the moment we walked through the front door till we left the unit we were in awe of this unit! The unit was clean, well stocked, comfortable and the views were breathtaking! From a personal note of greeting and a couple of island treats to enjoy Anne was the perfect host. We didn't need anything at the unit, but Anne stayed in touch with us if we did.
One big perk to this unit is the added advice Anne gave on the island itself. We followed her tips and enjoyed fantastic food, excursions and the best beaches we have ever been on.
The view of the ocean was so nice! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening meals so much we stayed in our last night there and cooked for ourselves just to enjoy the sunset again.
Anne, you made our trip exceptional in ever way! Thank you for letting us stay at your place and we will be in touch in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Princeville! The condo was everything we needed or ever wanted. Incredible views, great pool, and close to golf for Hubby. Our first visit to Kauai was amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

This condo was the absolute best property we have ever stayed in. The communication from the owner was so helpful, friendly and informative. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. We have stayed in places that only had a few grains of salt in the cupboard and this home has all the basics and then some. The pictures are great but the beauty of the view cannot be captured by a camera. We enjoyed watching surfers from our lanai and the view of the ocean and cliffs were spectacular. We accessed three different beaches within walking distance of the condo. We were so grateful to be able to experience the perfect winter vacation here.

This property is absolutely GORGEOUS! From the moment I opened the door to this property I fell in love with the panoramic ocean view and sound. The sea turtle decor and furniture blend beautifully together all around the house, and each room including bathrooms and kitchen are very spacious, clean, and well taken care of plus it has all the essentials that you will need for each type of room like towels, pans, blankets, beach chairs, toys, board games, etc. This location is very calm and relaxing
and it embraces families with small and/or older children. Also, it sits in a great location where you can enjoy hiking, shopping, eating out, swimming (beach and/or pool). Overall I am glad I booked with Anne's property for our staycation because this property is a paradise on a paradise island and Anne's hospitality and communication is exceptional.

The condo was well appointed, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to provide an exceptional experience during our stay. Needless to say (and as indicated in the profile pictures), the views were spectacular. Sitting on the lanai with a morning coffee to the peacefulness and serenity of the ocean views was immediatley relaxing and soothing to the soul. The only downside was beach access due to the Hotel complex under construction at the end of the road, which was easily overlooked given the short drive required to the world famous Hanalei Bay town and beaches. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high end accommodation experience in the Princeville area at an excellent price for the overall value provided.

This beautiful condo met all of our expectations, and more, for our Kauai vacation. The photos do not do justice to the incredible views and, of course, they can't convey the sound of the ocean which you can hear through the large windows. The condo is equipped with everything you might need, including games, books and beach gear. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we've seen in our many VRBO stays, with quality appliances and tools. The owner, Anne, was immediately responsive by text message on the one occasion when we had a slight problem with the lights and wifi, and the local property manager was there within 15 minutes to fix it. One pointer--if you are looking to walk to restaurants, this might not be the property for you, since there really are no close-by options. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend this for anyone looking for a great place in Princeville.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and the pictures simply cannot fully capture the beauty of this location. The property is perfectly located in Princeville within walking distance to some wonderful beaches. The real highlight for us was taking advantage of the spectacular views from the lanai.
Anne & George were wonderful hosts and their place had everything we needed to get the most out of our visit. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Princeville, and we will certainly be returning here on our next visit to Kauai.

We loved every minute here. The property is exactly as pictured; and yes, the sunsets really are that gorgeous. Proximity to the ocean with the mountains towering over provide a magical atmosphere. If you want to enjoy the north side of the island, this is a great location - easy drive to a number of beaches and proximity to Hanalei. Everything you might need/want is included with this property (washer/dryer, beach equipment, well equipped kitchen, grill). Of all the places we have travelled, this property.location is one of my top favorites.

This place was everything we were hoping for an then some. Benefits include a great location in Princeville (including a short walk/hike to Hideaways beach), extraordinarily well-stocked, spacious living areas and comfortable beds, and patio with your own grill and AMAZING views.
I cannot recommend this place enough and if (when) we return to Kauai I will definitely look to stay here again.

My spouse and I stayed for one week in August. From the moment we stepped into the home, it took our breath away. The panoramic view of the ocean coupled with the gorgeous coastline view is absolutely stunning! The photos on the website can’t capture the feeling that overwhelmed us with joyful emotions.
Anne was always immediately responsive for any questions or needs. She is a delightful and caring person who I would want as a friend. She was always there for us.
The unit was immaculate, the kitchen is fully stocked with all things you would need. The patio was wonderful to sit out on and we enjoyed many sunsets out there on the comfortable furniture. Excellent instructions on use of electronics.
Anne accommodated us with extra pillows when we requested them. My spouse forgot an item there when we left , and Anne was so kind as to send it back to California. We just can’t say enough. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you, Anne and George, for a most beautiful place to stay!

We came out with our teenage sons after a short visit with family in Honolulu. And what a way to get away! Hiking, a perfect sunset view from the lanai (in Aug) and all the small town charm in Hanalei and Kapa’a. The property offered more than we expected and we were so happy here. Hope we can come back! Can't say enough about the property and the owner. It is in a beautiful location, and the hard to believe sunset picture on this site is accurate. Great view of the Napali coast and the coral reef below. I even barely spotted a turtle from the deck and we saw many turtles and reef fish while snorkeling in the water below. Family enjoyed snorkeling at Hideaway Cove below the unit, albeit a very steep and muddy climb that requires ropes for leverage, as well as several other more easily accessible nearby beaches. The condo itself was very well / fully equipped and just had a terrific feel overall. The A/C was great given the humidity and temps. We stayed 11 nights and felt very much at home. The owner was truly a pleasure to work with. Overall, an epic vacation for our whole family. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

The view; it’s better in person. Great lanai you enjoy it in the morning and an awesome glasses in sitting area for when enjoying the view when it rains. Condo is well stocked with many things you may want but don’t want to carry in your luggage. Owners communications are exceptional…way above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Would definitely come back.

My family and I stayed for a week in late May. We picked the condo because of the oceanfront view and size. We've stayed in Princeville several times while visiting Kauai and this condo was the best we've stayed at.
The interior is top-notch and the layout was great for our family of 4 (plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were modern); however, the highlight is the lanai and the view. They are spectacular! We ate every meal on the lanai and kept the sliders open most of the trip to enjoy the fresh ocean air (never felt a need for the AC, although it was warm).
Hideaway Beach is a short walk (drop down the cliff). We've been to this beach before, but having it close by was great. My kids and I went down there several mornings and the water was like a bathtub (the waves get bigger in the afternoon). The hike is a bit much for some, but the kids did it without a problem. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. The condo made our stay very memorable! Thanks!

Exceeded expectations. Amazing location, views and neighborhood/area. We regret not booking it longer. Thoughtful host and nothing that was missing. A perfect spot to enjoy the North Shore. Five stars, loved it.
