We visited Kauai for my Birthday. It is our second trip there. The place is nice and clean, the unit has air in the main room and bedroom! A plus since a lot of places here don't. I loved the sunrise from the balcony and the ease of watching the sunsets from the rear of the building next to the water's edge. It is an easy walk to Shopping, Sheraton Beach, and the spouting horn! It is a nice place for you and your loved one! The kitchen is fully appointed, although we don't usually make dinners in the unit. It has all the necessary accouterments to make you feel at home! I will consider renting again when we come back!

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time. This is a great location and well stocked condo. It had a nice homey decor. It has air conditioning which is nice when it's a little too hot. The location really is prime...loved the sunrises and sea turtles. We have stayed at Kuhio Shores before and this is by far our favorite condo. We loved using the binoculars at night to see the stars.

I’m so glad we ended up renting this gem over a resort. The locations is absolutely perfect. The view of both the ocean and mountains is excellent. The place is spacious with everything you need during your stay (and more). I can’t wait to return!!!

When we first walked in and saw the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling view of the ocean shore, we were amazed. The entire stay was wonderful. It is obvious the owners stay here when they visit Hawaii, and they maintain the place as they would want it to be--all the furniture, appliances, every detail: first-rate.

Wife and I were visiting Kauai for our 5 year wedding anniversary and this condo was perfect. It was a great central hub in Poipu for getting to all of our activities (Waimea Canyon, Sleeping Giant, etc.) And it also provided great amenities when we were staying in (kitchen, patio, etc.). Would definitely stay again!

This condo was a fabulous place to stay for our Kauai vacation. The vacation was a little different than many of our trips in that we spent the entire 10 days in the same place - and the condo was perfect. We have visited Kauai several times and would stay in the condo again.
Getting the (minor) imperfections out of the way first - there were no champagne glasses and there aren't many restaurants within walking distance. Neither of those should be considered complaints - there are restaurants a few minutes drive to the east, and more in Koloa, just a few more minutes driving away. There is also the Beach House right next door but we did not eat there. There were 2 beach towels supplied and it would have been handy to have a couple more - but there are laundry machines available in the complex, and the condo has a drying rack so we could hang wet stuff up each day.
There are so many positives - the location is incredible. The ocean can be heard all the time right outside the sliding door. Turtles visit the water below, and we saw them almost every time we looked. It is easy to get to other parts of Kauai from Poipu, and it was a perfect base of operations. The condo itself is very nice and very comfortable. We did not use the pullout bed. The bed in the bedroom is quite comfortable.
The condo is very well equipped - not only in terms of the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (things like towels, dishes, utensils, etc.) but also for beach stuff. 2 beach chairs, and umbrella, a cooler, and plenty of other stuff we did not use. Also - don't miss the binoculars on one of the cabinet shelves - we didn't find those until the last day or so!
We were there in October - at that time of year at least it is a great place to be a morning person. If the blinds are left open overnight the morning sun comes right through the entire condo. We were relaxing but it felt good to get up, get going, and see what adventures the day had for us. Once the condo was out of the direct sunlight, opening the blinds, windows and the windows in the bedroom made for a lovely breeze. We never had to use the air conditioner.
We were able to move our checkout time later because we had a late flight out, and the flexibility was certainly appreciated.
We definitely will be back to Kauai, and no question would stay in this condo again.

Nicely Updated, A/C, great covered patio facing east on a bay. Turtles can be seen feeding off the balcony daily, feeding on algae. Great spot! Would stay again!

This condo does not disappoint! Fully furnished with everything you need. Kali thought out every detail. The online listing is on point.
The location is perfect. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and beaches in walking distance.
Spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset. Awakening to the sound of the waves is so calming. Turtles pop up throughout the day. So peaceful; we will be back. Thank you Kali!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! Everything about the condo was perfect. Bedroom, bathroom (3 head shower!), living room, and kitchen (stocked with everything you could imagine) were all fabulous, but we couldn't get enough of the lanai! The breeze and being right on top of the ocean were hard to beat. We daily watched sea turtles from the lanai and even got to watch some frolicking monk seals one day from this perfect vantage point. The unit was also well stocked with beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Great location...walking distance to multiple beaches, close to fine dining at the Beach House, close to beachside snack/shaved ice stand at Lawai beach. We also really liked that the building was fairly small and parking was easy so it was easy to come and go without a lot of walking. Hard to imagine a better place to spend a vacation in Kauai!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The view was gorgeous. We liked being able to walk to Lawai beach to snorkel and to the Beach House for a delicious dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beyond what I expected. The place was extremely clean and nicely decorated, but the ocean view from the balcony was the best part. When we arrived we noticed the parking permit needed to park in the lot was not left for us but the local contact we called, and the office staff, were very friendly and helped us get one. The owner is quick to respond to emails as well. The location is great, it’s within a mile from Poipu beach, shops and restaurants. This place was amazing and we’ve already made note of the unit so we can stay here again the next time we come to Kauai! You will love it!

We first booked this property in
March, 2020, and needless to say couldn’t come for 2 years.
The condo was clean, well-organized and very comfortable. We were able to easily cook our own meals when we chose to because the kitchen was so well-appointed. The view from the lanai was jaw dropping! We loved the colourful, cozy furniture on the lanai.
The location of the condo was central, and handy for travel all over Kauai.
People in the building were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a malfunctioning toilet which was dealt with promptly.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and we plan on returning again. We love listening to the surf pound from the lanai and yet being able to walk a few steps past the Beach House restaurant to snorkel with the fish and turtles. Poipu is the best place to stay on the Kauai and this condo is very convenient to everywhere we want to go in the area. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lots of amenities including items for the beach and cooking extras in the kitchen. We loved the excellent view from the top floor, turtles at high tide clearly seen, great snorkel bay on each side of building, super comfy bed, love the 3- head shower and the kitchen island for cooking was perfect for us.
