The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
Why come to the Ko Olina Resort and Marina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. We would love to tell you more.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
This villa is ready to go for you to enjoy a great vacation. With 1,500 square feet with 3 Bedrooms (2 of which have their own private baths), this property is perfect for large families or couples traveling together. The Primary bedroom has a King, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd Bedroom is a suited Bedroom and Bath with twins which can be converted to a king bed upon request. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed, with linen upon request. We also have Floor Futons available for children Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests.
From the 5th floor, this Condo has an expansive Lanai connected with the master suite which has the same views as the living area. From the lanai you’ll have views of the ocean, coastline, and lagoons as well as the beautiful grounds and pools of the oceanfront Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
We think you’ll love the views and the comfortable lounging furniture on the large lanai. A dining room table for 6 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever the menu calls for.
Large TVs in the living room and all 3 Bedrooms with cable and Wi-Fi will let you enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet to spread out in.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
When selecting rooms in Hawaii, it is all about the view, and this unit will not disappoint you in the least. Here's your chance to pick up a 3-bedroom villa at the cost you might pay for a single luxury hotel room. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with men and women private lockers which each have a steam and sauna as well as showers (including a full access shower). And don’t forget the free sunset every evening!
During your stay, you'll get to know all the benefits that Ko Olina has to offer. Daily activities around the resort itself, a world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities. A Ted Robinson designed Golf Course and the Disney and 4 Season's resort on the next lagoon if you are interested in some fine dining. The four lagoons with their man-made coral ridges are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina has a friendly onsite staff who will do all they can to have you feel right at home. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted by us personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between now and your arrival dates, we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe and secure for all your family members or guests to enjoy and provides a beautiful backdrop for those Christmas photos to send to you friends. Other restaurants are located in the aforementioned resorts and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.
Just a few miles away in the center of Kapolei are all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices at Costco, Target, Ross and Sports Authority, Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Safeway, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. We loved staying at the Beach Villa condos in Ko ‘Olina, Oahu! The property was amazing and the condo was perfect for our family and so clean. We were able to order groceries through instacart and have them delivered and put away by the condo staff. Such an amazing service. We would highly recommend the Beach Villa condo with their private lagoon and multiple beautiful pools to anyone traveling to Oahu!

Family ultimate vacation to Ko Olina. We have four boys 17, 15, 13 and 8. They found everything and more they could ever want in this property. Running trials, golf, amazing pool and lagoon snorkeling. The pool at this resort is great for kids of all ages. Close proximity to shopping. InstaCart delivery on day one might be the most genius vacation hack ever. We walked in and within 20 minutes kids were fed and in pool. After a 9 hr flight the last thing we wanted to do was ship. We can’t wait to go back.

Kale Mohina is a beautiful property with a sense of community. My granddaughter, a friend, and I stayed in the Ocean Tower, fifth floor, with a view of the Quiet Pool, koi ponds, and the ocean. The place was meticulously clean and serviced by very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the bartenders. We drove to a waterfall hike one day and to the grocery store another, but Island Country Store was our favorite. Otherwise, we just soaked up the sun, the laughter, and the water in the property's own lagoon.

Outstanding property with all the amenities you could want. Very clean, plenty of room, lagoon is amazing - less busy than the Disney & Four Seasons lagoon as well as walking distance to restaurants at both Disney and Four Seasons as well as Marriott. Good and drinks are pricey but it’s Oahu and it’s an amazing location. Cooking in the room and grills was super easy and efficient - highly recommend using InstaCart from Costco or Safeway as well as Island Markets is short walk away.

We travel a lot and this villa is at the top of our list. The whole property has breathtaking views and is very clean. There were plenty of beach toys to utilize in the lagoon. The walking path was perfect for those sunset walks and great for photo opportunities. Our family will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great time at the villas. Michael (property manager) was very nice and was able to accommodate us with an earlier check in. He brought all of our luggages to our villa which was very kind! Also, anytime we needed help with something he was very quick to respond. We also liked that we were able to use instacart many times during our stay, which was very convenient for us. My family and I look forward to staying at the beach villas again!

We’ll definitely be back one day! Loved the area, resort and whole experience. They had everything we needed from beach towels to kids life vests to extra strollers and high chair! Such a family friendly resort and stay. 6 adults and a 1 1/2 year old stayed in the 3 bd and it was the most perfect size. The parking spots are VERY small but still manageable with our rental mini van, but honestly that was the only complaint the whole trip so I call it a win win!

All went well of the exception of dryer takes 3 hrs to dry 2 towels, and stove top takes forever to boil water or get hot for cooking purpose. When checked in we were given only 3 key cards when checked out they asked for 4, which we never received 4th, and was told that we are going to be charged $10. Please make sure when checking in you check your enevelope for all 4 keys .

This is one of the best stays we've had in Hawaii and we've visited over 10 times! This condo and its amenities were amazing. We were close to the beach, pool, Eggs N Things (make sure you try it) and easy to access any part of the island. We stayed on the go this trip but the condo was the perfect place to come back to every day. We enjoyed morning walks along the lagoons and lazy lounging on the grass in front of the beach. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. I HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a large family. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean to include the living room and kitchen. The property Manager had everything you needed for outdoor activities from boogie boards, snorkels, small cooler and a wagon which we used daily. I would get a rental car because not everything is within walking distance, ie Wal mart or Grocery store. These places were not far at all but definitely not walking distance. The entire staff are wonderful very courteous! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had trouble with tv’s. The one in master bedroom we couldn’t get to change channels. The one in living room keep having trouble too. I talked with property manager he was suppose to come by and never did. It was a beautiful place but probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Check in was a breeze and so was checkout. All staff very nice and friendly made our stay very easy. Enjoyed being on the calmer side of the island. Will definitely be coming back.
