We had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort with our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the pool area with the lazy river and waterslides. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Already planning our next trip to stay again!

We stayed in a ground floor unit with easy access to the pool.
The unit was very spacious for two couples. The kitchen was large everything you need if you want to cook. The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms are huge.
The air-conditioner worked really well which helps with sleeping.
I would definitely stay here again the pool is huge with 2 waterslides and 3 hot tubs.

Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, absolutely loved our vacation at Waipouli resort! The condo was even more beautiful than on pictures, very spacious. The pool was a huge hit with our kids.
Oasis restaurant is very nice and popular, reservations are needed.
The sunrise on the beach is unparalleled.
The beach in front of the property is nice but water shows are required.
We can't wait to be back.

This property was amazing. The location was at the back of the resort and very quiet. The accommodations and kitchen were perfect. I want to bring my family back. We were centrally located so we could get to all locations we wanted to see without going too far.

We absolutely loved the furnishings. Kitchen has upgraded appliances and quality dishes, pans, silverware. We were able to make breakfast and dinner easily plus had plenty of space in the refrigerator to store leftovers and water. The beds were comfortable and the living room is set up nicely so you can enjoy a relaxing evening. Pool is fun with a slide and the beach is just beyond the pool which looks amazing. It’s not really a swimming beach but you can lay out there and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We would come back for sure.

We were so very happy with the condo and the property. We were comfy and relaxed in the condo. It had everything we needed plus so much more. The property was stunning. We spent all of our down time at the pool, we even had a few meals there. At night we walked the property and sat and watched the ocean.

Everything at the property was fantastic. The condo was large with modern conceniences and the a/c was great. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The pool and grounds where immaculate and the location is convenient to anything you might want or need. I would stay here again for certain.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is at your fingertips. We loved the easy access to the pool from lanai. We also loved the location across the street from the Safeway. If we come back to Kauai, we will definitely stay again.

Nice, clean unit, while not beachfront, it has a beautiful view to the east of the common areas, pool and ocean, which made for some beautiful sunrise viewing. Location was a perfect midpoint for travel to the north and south areas of the island and close to numerous places to eat and grab supplies. We are a family of 5 and it worked well for us. Nice patio area for relaxing. Great communication from Kauai Calls throughout our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Shawn the security guy...a really cool person to chat with.

Overall, we did love the location of the room, being able to access the pool/bbq area easily! Had issues with the icemaker- it made ice, but it fell out onto the floor easily- needed some kind of latch or hook to stop it from falling. Had an issue with the stove not working, followed directions under FAQ's but it turned out the breaker was tripped but we didn't know that. Also, tried to use the dvd player but cables needed to be switched each time between TV and dvd- big hassle. We were told the room had jetted tubs but that was not the case. The system/password to get into the pool was a bit elaborate. Kudos to the concierge desk as they were very helpful in all of our excursions! Mahalo!

Wonderful condo and stay! This resort is the perfect location to stay in to do and see everything on the island! It is spacious and comfortable and packed with everything you need to prepare meals or head to the beach! Safeway and FoodLand are right across the street for groceries. Parking and access to the unit was easy and check in / check out was a breeze! We love to rent condos for cooking and clothes washing convenience and use them as a home base for exploring. The restaurant on site is good, but we like to get out and explore. We highly recommend this unit and renting from this resort.

We could not have had a better stay. The rental is clean, luxurious and equipped with everything you need for fun activities on vacation (boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, games). The resort was amazing and located right across from the safeway, starbucks and ABC store. Plus you're just a short drive or walk from a cute little downtown area with shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed many times at this resort, this was probably our favourite condo. Liked that it was ground level, very close to pool, barbecues and fitness centre. There were also two king size beds, and very well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and an awesome blender which made great pina coladas.
The resort itself is wonderful, we mostly like the walking path along the ocean can do 10 km return hike to beach and back. The location of Waipouli is central which is less that an hour drive to either south or north shore. This is definitely our home away from home. Love this resort😍!

Absolutely top notch facility! Super comfortable beds... Fully stocked kitchen, excellent in every way! Our kids absolutely loved the pool! The concierge booked our trips win ease and both trips were home runs! My wife and I both had probably one of the best massage treatments we've ever had....
I would recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely stay here when we come back!
