Everything was good in condo except blinds in living room. Some of them had brown stains on them. They were very hard to open & close. I called on them & they came but just adjusted cord.

We stayed here last month and the condo worked out perfectly. We were up early to walk across the street to see the turtles in the mornings and centrally located for all other activities. The pool was great for the late afternoons once the trade winds picked up. No complaints and no issues during our stay. Thank you!

Great location, Plenty of outdoor/ocean toys i.e Coolers, Beach umbrella, Beach chairs were great and we used them too. Plenty of pillows to pick from. Nice furnishings. Nice Hawaiian pictures on the wall

My family of three enjoyed coming back to this condo every night after our adventures all around the island. It's located in a perfect area to easily drive in any direction accessing all the must sees and dos. Our only complaint would be that the freezer smelled like fish and all our ice, in turn, smelled and tasted like fish. But I'm sure with a good cleaning, it will be fine for the next guest. Over all, I would recommend this condo! Thank you!

Property interior a bit dated. Small parking spaces, even for s small car. Was mostly clean. Beach chairs and toys nice bonus.
Good location, close to markets and restaurants. Easy beach access, almost guaranteed of seeing turtles. We saw lots of turtles in the fish trap and some whales in the distance.

My first trip to Maui didn’t go to plan however it was still nice, the only issue we had was that the water in the tub drained slow and underneath the tub Mat was extremely dirty.

We spent wonderful days in Maui and staying in Kathy's property help us a lot. The property is well located with the possibility to enjoy nice sunsets just across the street. The property is as described with enough room for us (2 people). Kathy is a wonderful and very receptive host.

I have been coming here for the last 15 years nothing is changed absolutely beautiful grounds. The condo was immaculate fully equipped with beach gear. I would recommend to anybody come to our way to stay here. Also, recommend a free car to go through Kihei car rental

Our time at the rental went very well. Unit ended up being more spacious than originally thought. The unit was well stocked with items for cooking and was nice having in suite laundry. The beach chairs for use were awesome and made things much nicer well on the beach. Would recommend and stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Watch out for angry aggressive people around the BBQ, who will cuss you out for using the BBQ.

We had a great time in Maui and our stay at this condo was fantastic. I feel it is in a great location to easily access all areas of the island. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, 30-45 minutes to Lahaina depending on traffic, about 30 minutes to Wailea.
The condo complex was very nice. The pool and grounds were attended to everyday about 7:30am.
Inside the condo we had everything we needed. There was also the added addition of beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkling equipment. We did bring our own snorkel stuff but having the chairs was very nice.
It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. I would stay here again.

Such a clean, lovely condo. Wonderful place for a vacation. Beautiful beach right across the street. All the stores and restaurants were right down the street from us. I really miss this place! So much fun and so beautiful! The only thing to watch out for are the ghost ants. They will be all over the counters in the morning. Change your trash and don't leave any food on the counters!

Had a great stay at the Kihei Bay Vista! Apartment was clean and well-stocked with towels, toiletries etc. Great location as well. The apartment did have some ghost ants, especially in the kitchen, but nothing unmanageable. Overall would definitely recommend and would book again.

We don't have to have fancy! What we got was everything we wanted. Great location! Easy access to beach where turtle spotting is awesome in the mornings. They even made my stupid mistake of losing a key a bearable experience. Great Job!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME HERE. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ENJOYABLE AROUND THE POOL AND GRILLING AREAS. A SMALLER MORE FAMILY LIKE ATMOSPHERE. THE GROUNDS WERE MAINTAINED VERY WELL AND ANY SMALL PROBLEMS WE HAD WERE PROMPTLY TAKEN CARE OF.

This was a condo on the second floor (stairs only). It was very nice, and the owners really tried to think of everything they could to help any guests. There were books, tv, laundry facilities, basic kitchen items, and a bunch of beach accessories. We used the pullout bed for the kids and it wasn't really comfortable, but most pullouts aren't. The kitchen was great to use - the only thing I wish we had was a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl when I made pancakes. The beach accessories were helpful - the chair, the boogie board, the towels. We brought them to the beach, and was disappointed to find that the umbrella was broken (I wish the former renters would have told the owners!). When we checked in, we saw that the towel rack was broken and called to report it. It was no big deal, but wanted them to be aware; she sent someone over the very next day to replace it.
The only really negative part was that we arrived after sunset, and we had a heck of a time trying to read the letters on the buildings to try and find ours.
Parking was great, the pool and hot tub were wonderful.... it was a great experience.

We stayed here for six days. It was nice and chill. The location is very convenient to drive to different parts of the island. There's a beach across the street that's very nice in the morning, but the wind picks up in the afternoon. There is plenty of parking a the complex. The pool was nice. It was pretty quiet and the place was clean and comfortable. All the beach gear was really convenient too.

Kihei Bay Vista was the perfect spot to call home during our visit to Maui. After 18 months apart, my mom and I were able to reconnect and really loved the coziness. We had a view of the bay from the lanai, which is also surrounded by beautiful plants and the ideal amount of birds and little lizards. The pool and hot tub were lovely.
The property manager was immediately attentive to a problem we had with a light.
The location is perfectly central for getting to all of Maui's hot spots and the park acrossed the street is amazing for relaxing, snorkeling and hanging with the green sea turtles.
Overall a very easy stay!
