We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It’s our second time at this resort but first time at this unit. The resort itself is awesome for kids and the separate hot tubs for adults and families is great. We saw a seal one day on the beach! Having Safeway across the street, walking distance was super convenient. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen. Driving North/South from Kapaa was super easy and Kapaa is a cute town with many places to eat. A condo when traveling with little ones is a must for the washer/dryer use, full kitchen, separate living space and lanai areas especially with grandparents and this unit checked all the boxes. Milo is super responsive and all the info you need is communicated well and ahead of your stay. You’ll love the spacious bathrooms and living areas.

Excellent location. I would definately stay again. Host was very communicative. The only suggestion would be to add location of trash containers to the written instructions for the renters. We found it. Stay was amazing!

We had a fantastic experience staying in D407 at the Waipouli Beach Resort! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the host's communication was top-notch. Our condo was just as promised, clean, roomy, and with great fully stocked kitchen area. Property was immaculate and the pool area is beautiful. Milo was attentive to my emails, and all inquiries. Unit is across the street from a Safeway and small strip center. I highly recommend this unit.

This condo was amazing! Great location and views of the mountains, right across the street from Safeway. The condo has a full kitchen and has lots of kitchen items. We did have to buy the basics like cooking oil, foil/Saran Wrap for saving leftovers. There was salt and pepper and minimal spices. Lots of towels and super clean!!!!
The boogie boards, beach chairs and ice chest was excellent. We used the cooler every day to take with us to explore the island. Milo was excellent to communicate with and was very helpful and texted back right away. Excellent host! We were very happy with this condo and the resort. Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful and well designed condo with gorgeous mountain views and amazing pool area. Well appointed with beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc for exploring the island and close to shops, restaurants, etc. We loved the pool area as it offered something to do even if the weather was wild (still hit the sandy bottom hot tubs in the rain and used the gym). Slept well in the beds. Nice vaulted ceiling in the living room due to top floor. Milo was great to work with and let us check in early on arrival day. Would definitely recommend.

Milo and Theresa were very communicative and their directions made getting into the room and navigating the resort a breeze. When there was a minor AC issue, they were able to get someone to come in and get it fixed within only a couple hours of letting them know.
The room is very spacious and allows plenty of area to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to cook if desired. Lanais offer beautiful views of the mountains, especially at sunset. The location on the east side of the island was convenient for traveling to the North and South parts of the island. The beach on the resort isn't the best, and I didn't see many people on it, so if having a nice beach is important to you, would recommend elsewhere on the island. It wasn't a problem for us though, especially since it doesn't take long at all to travel around the island.

Milo and Theresa are great host. They answered our questions within minutes. The condo has everything you could need and was beautiful and very clean. We cooked a lot in your gorgeous well stocked kitchen! The pool and hot tubs were a huge plus. We also enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The guest books they left for us to read gave us insight to all the interesting places to visit and eat. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The central location and amenities provided including boogie boards & cooler & well stocked kitchen …allowed our family to explore the island, have family meals together, and have great place to host an 80th birthday party!

My family enjoyed our stay. The rental have an amazing pool with two water slides, a waterfall and cave feature, and a shallow sandy beach section for kids. Clean pool towels are provided dialy and there is a restaurant in the pool area with limited hours. There is also a grocery store across the street and amazing shave ice. The beach at this location was not ideal for kids during the summer, the waves were too big, but that may be different during other times of the year (we stayed during summer). The rental had a nice kitchen and having a room with two beds was ideal. We also borrowed the rooms beach chairs and boogie boards which came in handy. I would recommend this location for the amazing pool and large apartment.

Milo and Theresa have a beautiful condo and not one detail was left out. The condo is in a great location to hit all the fun island spots . The pool was fun and everyone was so nice. The kitchen and condo are well equipped. We could not have found a better place to stay. The place was spotless on arrival. Milo was great at communicating any information we needed and even patiently resent emails I missed! Everything was labeled in the condo as to how to use it (remote controls etc) and they had a very helpful notebook of useful information. It was like staying with a friend that is local. We even had a post card waiting for us when we arrived home thanking us for our stay. They were the best VRBO hosts. I would definitely stay again!

We loved the layout of this condo. It was so nice having that extra bath, so that I could be up early in the morning and not wake the rest of my family who was still sleeping in the bedrooms. The kitchen was very nice for cooking, and had a nice pantry area to store our food items. The curtains in the bedrooms are great, they block out all light and this helped my kids to sleep in later. The condo is located on a busy road, as he explains in the listing, so you can hear a bit of road noise in the bedrooms when you are trying to sleep (even with the door closed) but it is pretty faint, you will only notice it if you are sensitive and a light sleeper. I got used to it after the first night, so it wasn't a problem and I would definitely stay there again.

This condo was a perfect home base to explore Kauai, to rest after our outings (hiking, surfing, golfing, jumping off things into water) all around the island, and to plan the next day's adventure. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and extremely well-appointed. Loved being able to walk across the street to Safeway, Starbucks, the ABC store, and Wailua Shave Ice, which the kids are addicted to. The kids loved using the provided boogie boards at Kealia beach just up the road, which is our new favorite beach. You can walk, bike, or drive to dozens of solid places to eat, including Kapa'a's bustling food truck scene. We loved rejuvenating in the sand bottom hot tubs and the end of a tiring day. The owner, Milo, was extremely communicative, helpful, and friendly. I could go on and on, but it was overall a great experience and one of my favorite rentals ever! Highly recommend Waipouli Beach Resort and this condo in particular!

We’ve stayed at Waipouli multiple times over the years…we agreed this was our favorite unit. It’s wonderful being on the top floor and in the front building. Super fast access to shopping across the street, the pool, the gym and the spa. And we loved the decor. The layout is great for a group trip and the pool is gorgeous. We also give high marks to the oasis restaurant and spa by the sea. One note: the pull out couch is, like most pull outs, a bed of last resort. Finally, the unit owners were really responsive and with a nice personal touch. We look forward to staying here again.

This is a wonderful condo. We loved the location in every way--close to stores, restaurants, a 5-mile oceanside biking/walking path, pool, and beach. Our boys loved the ice cream at Tropical Paradise across the street! The resort rents bikes and snorkel gear and the lovely Sleeping Giant hike (East Trail) is nearby. The unit itself is a pleasant place with a large, well-appointed kitchen and huge bathrooms. The windows really kept out the noise--no roosters woke us up!--and we enjoyed the view of the mists over the mountains every morning. Milo was helpful and accommodating. We stayed in this one place for our whole nine-day trip and thought it worked great as a home base for all of our activities on the island.

We stayed her for four nights in early March and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It's roomy, well maintained and nicely furnished with a very well-stocked kitchen. We traveled with a 9- and 11-year-old who both loved the pool and the room they shared. Both bathrooms are huge, plus a powder room. Owner was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Having been to Kauai twice, I didn't know much about Kapaa except for the traffic, but we came to really appreciate the town--lots of places to eat, quick access to rental gear, some decent bars and about the roughly the same drive-time to both Hanalei and Poipu. The beach is pretty much for sunbathing only but you can swim and snorkel at Lydgate Park only a couple miles to the south--perfect for kids. Would rent again.

The condo at Waipouli was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the west-facing view provides beautiful mountain and sunset views, albeit across a busy road. The resort and the pool were also meticulous and quiet. The location is convenient, both for day-to-day needs at the mall across the street, and for days trips to any destination on the island.
Communication with the owner (Milo) was fast, clear and helpful. They even allowed us to check out late to accommodate our evening flight departure.

This place is a must! Everything was exactly like the pictures and better! Milo was WONDERFUL to work with over the phone and email... Always extremely prompt and helpful with any question we had, going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable! The unit is immaculate. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is large and spacious and full stocked with anything you may need to cook your own meals (which we did a lot of). My husband and two girls shared the place with my sister and her husband. It was great. The walls were thick and we never disturbed them with our noisy kids :) The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathrooms were large and spacious. The lanais provided a nice place to sit out in the evening with a cup of coffee. It does overlook the street and mountains, but this was another nice amenity. You would be surprised how many times we walked across the street to Safeway! and it is almost quicker to walk than drive! I was amazed at how accessible everything was from the beautiful beach to the pools to the north and south sides of the island we felt that everything was within an easy distance which was great with kids.
The resort itself was also great. The staff was helpful. We spent A LOT of time at the beautiful pool sipping mai tais and watching the kids swim. The restaurant Oasis is right there and serves delicious food! I would definitely go here again! In fact I want to because 2 weeks wasn't enough time to enjoy everything this place had to offer! Thanks Milo for a wonderful time staying in your beautiful home!
