We stayed here for a week in mid November. The views from the balconies were incredible especially when the sun was rising. The condo was adequately furnished and comfortable. The grounds and pool/hot tub area were well kept and beautifully landscaped. The location of this condo was perfect for us to be able to explore the island in both directions. Would definitely recommend this vacation spot and would definitely return.

Exactly as described. Unit is spacious, clean and fully stocked. The view is stunning and it’s literally steps to the ocean. The pool is refreshing and has a kid and adult area. We had monk seals on the beach every day. We didn’t love the area, high traffic road and very commercial surroundings but once inside you don’t notice. I would recommend this unit to anyone who lives an ocean view, the sound of waves crashing on the shore and a spacious place to enjoy.

Overall the property was well maintained. Was a little surprised by the additional fees (for example resort fees and a $247 cleaning fee) after booking but overall we had an excellent time at the property.

Beautiful condo in the prime building of this gorgeous property!! Views from every room and 2 lanais to enjoy them. Oasis for Happy Hour or one of the best dinners on the island. Amazing pool design with waterfalls. We definitely plan to return. This is a very special spot! Thanks Candace!

This was our third stay at Waipouli Beach Resort, first stay in this unit. It exceeded our very high expectations. An incredible view, perfect location, with all the comforts of home. It essentially has two master bedrooms each with an en-suite which was the perfect layout for us - a married couple and our exchange student, who was tremendously impressed. Loved it.

Wonderful condo and property. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Too many codes to get into pool area. We could not get oven to turn on, but probably user error! We used the toaster oven/air fryer the one time we cooked, a pizza.

If your checklist for a Hawaii condo includes things like high-end, modern, spacious, oceanfront, top floor, terrific view, clean, well-stocked, and located in a well-maintained complex with fantastic amenities, then you’ll love this place as much as we did. The unit is professionally managed by a great management company. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely be back.

I love the Waipouli Beach resort been coming here for years and I will add this unit for future trips for sure.

Five college roommates celebrating our 65th birthday - this could not have been more perfect! Beds and sofa sleeper were comfortable and the condo was supplied with everything we needed. Two showers, two tubs, three toilets, and five sinks for five women - what more could you ask for? Well, maybe a lanai and two other balconies, washer/dryer in the unit, and an amazing pool with a lazy river? check! Oceanfront views with amazing sunrises - we were in heaven. And Candace was a dream to work with! We’d be back for every birthday if we could! Mahalo!

First and foremost, the property manager was outstanding. They were always responsive, helpful, and accurate. Would most definitely use them again.
The property is as pictured in the listing save for some minor wear and tear and aging to be expected on an ocean front location. The kitchen and baths were top of the line and the view from the multiple decks was stunning. Though not a morning person, it was impossible not to wake up to view the fabulous sunrises.
The pool and gym were very nice and the multiple (large) hot tubs were great after a day of hiking Kaua'i hills or golf. The beach is beautiful though not so much for swimming. (Note: almost all beaches in Kaua'i have warnings on swimming due to the rough surf. Just use common sense and you'll be fine)
The restaurant on the property was fantastic and don't miss the Wednesday happy hour entertainment.
One drawback is the traffic on the island. You need to pick your times or plan your trips, especially where they are doing construction. Waze works well and was very helpful in determining the best routes and times. Even so we nearly missed our Helicopter experience due to an hour in unexpected traffic. Our bad for not planning that better! The benefit of being in this central location is your option to go North or South and beat the rush hour.
Given the often $500-700 per night for a single hotel room at a nice resort on the island, the price for this property is a tremendous bargain and offers so much more. Booking a condo just makes much more sense!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. The view was spectacular and the resort was quiet at night which was very nice. The condo was clean, up to date for the most part and the bathrooms were huge with awesome with walk in showers, large tubs and awesome views of the ocean. The TV's could use a little updating as they were on the small side but who really watches TV with those views! The restaurant on site, The Oasis, did not take to go orders or pool orders after 5p which as very disappointing. We had to leave the pool area and try to find some food we could eat by the pool. The resort was near a Safeway, restaurants and shopping as well as bike and snorkel rental shops. Therefore, we were able to grab some food from a nearby restaurant to bring back to the pool and enjoy the rest of our evening. It was a little inconvenient though. The unit we stayed in also had a full size washer and dryer which is great for long stays. I loved the morning sunrises! We had coffee each morning on the patio and watched the sunrise. There is a coffee making and the kitchen is very updated with everything you need. The check in process was easy, convenient and fast. Thanks to Candice for being such a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will be back! See ya soon!

The condo was the nicest we’ve stayed at with multiple trips to Hawaii. With 4 kids it had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. It was extremely clean and quiet. The views were beautiful as well. Finally, the kids loved the pool and we all loved the Oasis by the Sea restaurant. We would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing sunrise views, beds were comfortable and home was well stocked. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice central location on the east side of the island. Pool is lovely and heated. Restaurant on-site is delicious, be sure to make reservations.

Enjoyed this condo and would definitely come back. Best location with amazing ocean views. A few repairs were needed. The sliding living room door was too hard to open. Kitchen is well equipped. It is nice they leave instructions how to use everything. I would definitely return.

This was the 3rd property we stayed at during our time on Kauai and by far the cleanest. The unit was everything we needed and more with a beautiful view from every room! I definitely wish we would have had more time here. Pool was great too, very kid friendly and great spots for adults to hang out. Beach was excellent as well. Overall a wonderful experience!
