Beautiful suite, and well set up. If you are looking for any feedback on things that would be great additions; a folding laundry rack and some BBQ utensils would be great. But no complaints from us, we would gladly stay here again.

Excellent communication from the hosts and a great location. Walking distance to fantastic food, coffee shops and mere steps to the ocean. Definitely windy in the later afternoon but the mornings are worth its weight in gold. The space had more than everything we needed down to containers for leftovers. A few homeless folks in the area but nothing disruptive.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Unit is exactly as pictured with thoughtful touches throughout. You can tell this unit is well cared for by its owners. Minor issues during our stay (power outage, wifi down, and smoker in neighboring unit - none of these were the units fault) were all responded to promptly by manager. We already booked our next stay!

The unit was completely updated and lovely. Its clean and well stocked. Its right on the water so the view can't be beat. The beach isn't crowded and the area is quiet. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely one of my favourite rentals to date. The renovation and styling is on point. The cleaning protocol was outstanding and it felt easy to cook, to sit on the beautiful patio and enjoy sunsets and to get a nice sleep with whisper quiet AC and comfy bed. I especially appreciate a variety of quality pillows. I would love to return.

This property is a must. fully renovated and on the top, third) floor. You can sit on your Lanai forever to watch the surf and world go by. The sandy beach is within a 30 second walk, location is within walking distance to several restaurants(with happy hours), groceries and shopping. Our host also offered grocery delivery. As our flight arrived at 2:00 am, this was a bonus not have to have go and shop for supplies the next morning! BOOK IT, you can't go wrong!

Many times some property photos aren’t as accurate as to what the property actually looks like. The photos we saw of our condo were spot on. Everything we expected was surpassed. Cleanliness and updates to the condo are stellar. The property managers made sure all my questions were addressed promptly prior to arrival and they were sure to check with us once we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed.
Oh and can we now talk about the view and proximity to a quiet beach?? I found myself spending A LOT of time on the balcony or heading straight out to “our” beach. The location of this property is so convenient to dining, shopping and grocery runs. All are within walking distance. We will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property for a week and wished we didn’t have to get back to work so we could stay longer!
The condo has the most amazing views from the third floor unit! You can hear the ocean and wind on the palms with the doors open and feel the fresh ocean air.
The location is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and even a nice grocery store.
The beach is pretty quiet and doesn’t attract a lot of people, which was great, since we spent a lot of time on our chairs (that are provided) in the sand.
The unit has pretty much every amenity you’d need to have a top-notch and relaxing vacation. When we come back to Maui, we will be staying here again. Communication with owners was always very nice when they checked in to make sure we were all set.

This was a terrible stay. The worst. We left early due to inhabitable conditions.
Infested with cockroaches. Multiple photos.
Super run down building.
Poor comminication with management company.
You can tell cockroach indlfestation is not a big deal to them..excuses, trying to drop off traps and bait. Discount 10%....the level of back and forth and arguing i had to do to get an unsatisfactory refund was unacceptable.
Will never do business withbthis company again. Making formal complaints to get this place checked out and potentially shut down until solved....so disgusting.

We were in Kihei for a family destination wedding and rented this condo. As it turned out, we were right next door to the home that the wedding was being held at! The complex is right on the beach, with a beautiful greenway between the units and shore. Whoever designed the remodel of the condo has, literally, thought of everything for their guests!! Very cute decor, very clean and well maintained, many great extras! Highly recommend!!

I stayed here on a business trip and the condo was exactly as listed! Very clean, comfortable, great location, had everything you needed! Two AC units created a comfortable unit, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area. When I return I will stay here again!

We honestly cannot say enough good about this condo! Everything about it was perfect! It was very clean and well stocked. They use high-quality appliances, furniture, etc. The view is spectacular and the beach is perfect for taking a stroll on. It's not crowded and if you hit it at the right time you'll see some turtles and a beautiful sunset! We were there for eight nights and were very pleased with everything. The location is awesome! There's a grocery store and drugstore and several restaurants right around the corner. It's just a short drive to many beaches and many many more restaurants and shopping.
They were well stocked with everything high quality and working perfectly in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable enough and the air worked perfectly. We would love to come back and stay there again!

This condo is wonderful. It has been recently updated, so everything felt clean and modern. It is really well stocked with everything you need. Having access to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler made our beach trips so much more enjoyable. With the ocean right outside, relaxing on the balcony was amazing. While the beach this condo is on isn't the best for swimming or snorkeling, you can get in the water there, and there are plenty of beaches within minutes to visit as well.

This property was outstanding. Very clean and it had everything we needed. The book of recommendations came in handy and it was so easy to get to EVERYTHING on the island. Best of all, so much was within walking distance. The beach was great. Saw turtles everyday on our morning walk and whales all day long from shore. I will recommend this unit time and time again.

This property is undeniably amazing. Nicely updated in each space and so much attention to detail, these hosts know exactly what they're doing and they're doing a great job. The location on the island is fantastic, and to be able to walk less than a minute from door to sand whenever you want is literally all you can ask for when you're looking for a place to stay in Hawaii.
Unfortunately, there was construction happening within the condo beneath this one for the majority of our stay, and some of the neighbors were extremely loud and inconsiderate. This is definitely an older building so there was a lot of noise bleeding through, it's just the reality of it. The construction was constant though and it did take away from the experience.
Minor knocks (within their control) for our stay is that it was a little dirty when we checked in and there was no toilet paper for the first day. They did drop off more than enough on our second day, though. Nothing above changes the fact that we will absolutely return to Maui in the future and consider this exact condo all over again.

My husband is pro-hotels and wasn’t jumping up and down with Joy about staying at a vrbo property. That all changed once he stayed in this lovely unit. The decor is beautiful with ever detail well thought out. The beach is beautiful and loved seeing the turtles. Nothing was missing from this unit except an elevator. However, the flight of stairs is pretty short and easy to climb. Can’t wait to stay here again

We had a lovely stay in Kihei. The apartment was clean and well-furnished and -equipped. The view from the Lanai was beautiful and the big fridge allowed us to store all the fresh fruits and Poke we bought at the market. Light-sleepers should bring earplugs as it is not perfectly soundproofed towards the parking. However, that didn’t lower our experience.
All in all, modern furnished with everything you need (in the kitchen area or at the beach), a beautiful view watching the sunset and perfectly location.
Lastly, a helpful and fast responding AA Oceanseafront team. Thanks for making our Maui stay super easy.

This place was perfect for our second stop on our Maui Honeymoon. The unit was clean, stocked and very cozy. We had some issues with the locking mechanism and were able to get in touch with the on call manager who fixed it within a half hour. Highly recommend booking with AA Oceanfront rentals!

This condo was perfect on all levels. Strongly recommend. The location to the beach is great for morning walks. Restaurants are walking distance or a very short drive. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I cooked breakfast every morning while watching the waves. Great place for a couple - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

From the moment we entered we could see all the attention put in to creating a calming space to spend a week on the beach. Kihei is a great location and central to everything we wanted but by far, having the beautiful ocean view and direct access to each sunset was the winning feature.
