This was a great vacation. The place included snorkel gear, a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler which all came in very handy! The entire place was beautiful.

The property was perfect and great.
Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems.
The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better.
I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

Loved the condo and the property. Definitely felt at home and appreciated the space for a family of 6. The half bath was a nice bonus. The resort area is in a convenient spot to so many different activities on the island.

ESCAPING FROM THE SNOW OF MINNESOTA, KO OLINA, OAHU WAS PERFECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR 6 ADULTS AND A 3 1/2 YEAR OLD. LOVED BOTH POOLS AND THE LAGOON BEACH. THE CONDO MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND THE ON-SITE STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY, SMALL COMPLAINT, WAS THE OVEN AND STOVE TOP TOOK FOREVER TO HEAT UP TO COOK. MINOR COM PLAINT AND WE ADJUSTED. THANKS FOR A GREAT PROPERTY.

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo villa for six days in September 2022. The place itself is heaven, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. The location of the condo villa is perfect and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in Kapolei that I have been meaning provide some feedback. Overall, the condo villa was gorgeous - true to its description. Our holiday was made more special and memorable because my family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Koolina before but this is our first time at the Beach Villas. We loved it as the lagoon closest to it is the quietest among the 4. The condo is amazing and has enough room for 7 of us. We will gladly stay here again

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach which is just steps away is phenomenal. It’s not crowded at all and the lagoon keeps out the choppy waves. We love that one of the pools was quite warm so that our kids always wanted to swim there. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Our kids had lots of space to play and take bubble baths. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were so accommodating in providing us with a pak n play, stroller and high chair for our baby. Would definitely come back again.

This condo was exceptional and the complex was better than a resort. We had 8 in our party and we had a lot of space. Great accommodations and wow amazing views of a beautiful and quiet pool and the ocean. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner or a drink. We went to several beaches on the island and felt that the lagoon here was the best beach for kids and snorkeling was good too. Visited the shops and restaurants nearby, loved walking the pathway along the ocean and other resorts and recommend the turtles at paradise cove. This place succeed our expectations. Will book again.

Checking into the property was super easy. It was in a perfect spot to view both the ocean and the garden area. The room itself was beautiful and really worked with my family. We had 6 people in total and it was spacious for everybody to stay there comfortably. We knew all of our information before getting there which made us feel confident in what we were supposed to do and go.

Everything about our experience was great! Property was gorgeous and well kept. The condo itself was awesome and so spacious. It had everything we needed, even beach toys, snorkel gear and chairs! 10/10 recommend. And will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Let me say that our family travels frequently so we can be hard to impress. This condo and location were excellent especially when compared to how busy other locations and properties were. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is located on the quiet pool. I thought that was a joke at first since all pools are noisy. Nope, not a joke. There is a quiet pool and a loud pool for loud kids and the property enforces the rules. We also loved the grills that were available on site. More than once we got fresh fish at Costco and grilled it for dinner. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of snorkel equipment, a rolling cooler, 2 boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, a small beach bag and 5 beach chairs. Love, love love the ability to use those. Management was very responsive when we requested additional blankets and toiletries. I do have one area of improvement. The condo needs wifi extenders for the bedrooms because there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms which was incredibly frustrating. When you wake up at 3:00 am due to time change and you can’t go out to the kitchen because someone is sleeping on the hide-a-bed (which was also surprisingly comfortable), you can’t use your phone to access Apple news or stream your favorite TV show. It also means that at the end of a fun but exhausting day your teens can’t access their social media or stream their favorite Hulu show while laying in bed. I know that may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are with a group of people and you just need some space, not being able to access wifi from the bedrooms was an annoyance. Other than that, this property was wonderful and I would return here and recommend my friends and family come here as well.

We absolutely loved out stay in this condo. Michael met us at check in, walked us around, explained how everything worked (shades, multi microwave, 2 air units), where everything was. Unit exactly as shown, very clean. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 sons, one girlfriend and Mother In Law. The property is beautiful and short walk thru to the lagoons. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Will be back!
Tip - plan your luau's, tours, etc in advance. Everything is booked! We were so busy worrying above covid testing, plane tickets etc, we forgot about that.

This 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in the Beach Villa Resort Ocean Tower complex worked perfectly for our family vacation. The floorplan flowed smoothly from bedrooms in the back, all the way out to the lanai. The master bedroom had a beautiful walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The well appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and having stores 10 minutes away made shopping very convenient. Opening up the sliding wall of window doors, the view from the 3rd floor lanai was amazing, as it overlooked the quiet pool courtyard, palm trees and ocean visible in the distance. There were two highlights for the kids; feeding the abundant koi in the ponds, and swimming in the lagoon pool. The sandy beach and shallow swim area at one end were perfect for the younger ones. Just behind the pool, you left the gated property and crossed the walking path to a man-made lagoon, connected to the ocean by shallow inlets. These inlets allowed sea water exchanges with the lagoon, but kept the water calm at the beach for the children. There was an ample assortment of reef fish in the rocky parts of the lagoon for the snorkelers.
Being on the dry side of the island the weather at the resort was the best on Oahu almost every day. Travel time to the various sightseeing destinations was usually under an hour. Closer to the condo, it was only a short walk to the Ko Olina marketplace with its Two Scoops ice cream shop, ABC Store and the very popular and delicious Monkey Pod restaurant.
All of these elements made for a wonderful family vacation. The condo staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Michael and Vicky, who manage the property, helped answer our questions, provided a beautiful welcome basket of island treats, and oriented us to the condo, property and amenities. We would not hesitate to recommend, or return ourselves to stay during a future Hawaiian vacation.

We would like to Thank Michael and Vicky for a wonderful stay in the Villa located in Ko Olina. The Villa was well appointed and had everything you need for a great time. There was plenty of room. Michael and Vicky were there for any needs that we had or assistance that we requested. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and a nice view to the ocean off the front and a beautiful view of the mountains in the back. Parking for this villa super convenient. The Beach Villas is a wonderful family oriented property. It is much quieter than any of the surrounding properties like Disney Aulani or the Marriott Beach Club which have many more condos 800 vs 250 at the Beach Villas. You can truly relax and enjoy yourself. Ko Olina seems so private and at night everything quiets down and you can enjoy walks along the ocean path without crowds or noise. Beaches are large and no crowd. Ko Olina is close to everything you could want. Waikiki is 30 minutes away. The airport 20 minutes. Pearl Harbor 20 minutes. and most important Costco is 10 minutes away get your steaks, burgers, Ahi, Poke and many local foods for a great price along with the things you need every day. Thanks for letting us use your Villa hopefully we will be able to do so again.

What a wonderful Vacation Location. My family of 8 stayed in this wonderful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath. It was home away from home. Wonderful spot, large villa, great pools. The resort and lagoon was not overpopulated.
Michael and Vicky were amazing and always just a call or text away. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
The whole family was very impressed and happy with the location and the space of the villa. It was also in expensive compared to our other choices.
We were able to park in the facility and had reserved parking near the elevators which was a huge plus. We were able to travel into the city, north shore, hanauma bay quickly. Traffic was never really an issue.
Thank you for everything this villa, location, pools, staff (Marcy, Michael, and Vicky) were all amazing! We couldn't of been happier with our decision. Thank you!
