PROS: Property was well appointed. Kitchen is fully stocked although could have used some ziplock bags. Close to stores/restaurants and beaches. Easy beach/pool access. Has a lot of beach equipment which came in handy. The balcony/living room furniture is comfy.
CONS: The beds are very mushy. If you like mushy then perfect for you.
Tiny ants on kitchen counter. Do not leave any food on the counter or they will pounce.
Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Kauai. This unit was perfect - clean, spacious, well stoked, awesome location. The rental company was great - very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions.

We loved it here! So peaceful and relaxing. The floorplan was perfect for us, and we had so much room to just unwind and enjoy the beautiful views after exploring Kauai each day.
Our son loved having his own bedroom & bathroom. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai and early sunrises. We loved the condo so much that we picked up food at Costco & Safeway and just enjoyed the space and had dinner out on the lanai.
I wish we had more time to stay longer, but we’re already dreaming of coming back again!
This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

This top floor condo was the perfect accommodations for our two couples visiting Kauai. Only a short distance to airport, this place had a resort feel without the big resort hassles. Beautiful views, close by restaurants and markets, and the comfortable condo had all the necessary things. Should we return, this will be my first look to see if the condo is available to book. The photos don’t do this place justice! The view from the balcony and living room afforded us and incredible sunrise view, and it was so relaxing to hear and see the ocean. Everything was super convenient, even had beach towels/chairs/umbrella and board games. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. The location was great, we enjoyed viewing tide pools on the private beach, and it was an easy drive to the airport, central to going to both north and south shores. We enjoyed the coconut market and other shops and restaurants in Kapa’a. Loved staying here and hope yo return again soon!

We stayed at the gorgeous home and we were all blown away with the location, views, comfort, well maintained home. The owners took care of every detail from beach chairs, towels, well stocked kitchen, beach toys, and amazing comfortable deck furniture. I could go on and on!
Love it so much we sat on the well furnished deck and talked about how we are coming back.

Very spacious condo with beautiful views. Unit has A/C but we didn’t need to use it with the cross winds. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything you would need. Pool is heated. Central location that is close to most everything on the island. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great condo in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Well stocked kitchen. They have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkels. We spent every morning out on the spacious lenai drinking our coffee and every evening taking it all in. Location is perfect. You can walk to the coconut marketplace, Lava Lava club (a must), there is also a cute little bakery a block away as well. Passion Bakery Cafe. You are 15 minutes from Lihue and 40 minutes to Hanelai, one of our favorites. We will definitely book this property the next time we make it back to the island!

Ocean front, quiet and small condominium property. Well kept and tastefully updated. Property management team easy to reach and helpful. I've been all over Kauai starting from hanalei to the west side and visit at least twice a year because I have family there. This property if went up for sale, I would definitely want, but guessing their would be a line! Loved it.

This property is beautiful and full of amenities to make your stay on Kauai perfect. My husband and I stayed with my adult step-son and his girlfriend. We had plenty of room and were able to enjoy the ocean view whenever we were at the condo. The location is very central, roughly half way to the South or North parts of the island. The entire rental process was fluid and the property was very clean. I would absolutely recommend this property.

This is one of the best homes we have ever rented. The condo is large and very well appointed/equipped. It’s very quiet and private being an end unit on the third floor, and the view is incredible! You can see and hear the ocean from all except the 2nd bedroom, and the lanai runs the full length of the condo. You can sit outside at a dining table, on an outdoor loveseat and chairs or on a chaise. The perfect place to spend your time when not out exploring the island.
Kapaa is a nice, central location from which to explore the other parts of the island. And, it has its own cute downtown with some fun boutiques and restaurants.
We had an incredible stay, and we really don’t want to leave!

The condo was amazing, it was everything we were looking for. Great furnishings, everything we needed in the kitchen, very comfortable bed in the master, and the lanai with its stunning view was awesome. We loved watching the sun rise while sipping coffee out there every morning. Pool area was nice, and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. Would love to stay here again sometime.

The location is excellent - so close to the beach. At night with the windows open you feel like you are on the beach with the waves crashing at your feet.
The unit has been tastefully remodeled recently, and is very well stock for cooking at home and hanging out at the beach. It is on the third floor, so there is no noise from units above you, but you do need to walk up stairs to get there.
We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo, well equipped with everything you need. Communication with property manager, Cindy, was quick and very friendly and helpful. Location convenient and safe. Quiet neighbors in surrounding units. We were able to walk w kids, ages 8 and 6, to nearby shopping and restaurants (check out Lava Lava Beach club 4 minute walk away!). Pool was heated and had it to ourselves most of the time. Beach had sand for kids to play in and ocean area blocked off for safe swimming. Sunrises Beautiful! I would give 10 stars and can't wait to return! :)

This condo has Amazing Views! A beautiful long lanai from living room to master bedroom! You can hear the waves crashing when you open the windows. They provide pretty much all the amenities needed during your stay (beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, laundry/dishwasher soap, small bottles of shampoo/ conditioner/lotion, fully equipped kitchen, exercise equipment,, and much more)!!! We definitely recommend it!

This condo was everything as described (and pictured) in the listing...and more! We were not home much due to exploring Kauai sights and activities during our 4-night stay, but when we were, we loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and sound of the ocean. We almost wished we had more "down time" at the condo to use the beach and pool more, play board games or work on a jigsaw puzzle (all provided). We did manage to fit in an afternoon of beach time and were thankful for the available umbrella, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and cooler. This super clean (THANKS!) condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights, but we are strong and healthy so no issues for us there! (We appreciated the exercise and ideal top floor view!) We had a problem with the freezer not working, but the property manager was responsive and came by to check on this unexpected issue. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few times, but we mostly ate out. (We LOVED eating on the beach at Lava Lava, which you can walk to from the condo.) Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Over the years, we have stayed in about 10 different properties in Hawaii, and without a doubt this was the most comfortable and luxurious one. The beds and linens are really nice, as are the showers. The lanai is huge, and the view is wonderful. Every appliance worked well, it was clean, the AC was great, it's spacious, and the property manager is responsive. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We have stayed in Kapaa several times but this is by far the best condo we have stayed at.
This unit had amazing ocean views from the unit and patio, private pool and beach access.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone!
