The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest and most exclusive ocean front condominium properties available for rent on Oahu and are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive in to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet in Ko Olina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas are not time shares or hotel suites... The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are zoned resort to allow short stays in a resort setting on private property on the 2nd of 4 lagoons at Ko Olina.
This 2 bedroom and 2 bath on the 14th floor of the Ocean Tower directly faces the ocean with some of the more fantastic views available at the property. The Villa easily accommodates up to 6 people with 2 Bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. (Maximum occupancy is 6 excluding children under 2 from that total) with the following configuration of beds in each room:
The Primary Bedroom is large and there is a King-sized bed with a 5-piece bath including an extra deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request.
The living room has a full-sized sofa bed if you need some extra sleeping space for your guests with linens provided. We do have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces due west with comfortable furniture and nice views of the resort and sunsets,
Located on the 14th floor of the Ocean Tower your elevator will open to only to 2 villas on your floor. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home. A dining room table with chairs for 6 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
This villa has been updated with a large smart TVs in the living room and 2 additional smart TVs in each of the Bedrooms including cable and 400 mb Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,170 square feet to spread out in.
The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street and if you want to golf while you’re out here, we can even have some golf clubs ready for you upon arrival (extra charge applies).
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities of this property may be hard to beat with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all the property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers. Each of the private areas have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps, and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Other restaurants are in the local resort and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!

Awesome property and beautiful location! We can’t wait to come back. Beach villas are much less crowded than the surrounding resorts and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The grounds and property are well cared for and within walking distance to Paradise Cove, shops and restaurants.

This is our second time staying with you in Ko Olina. This was an easy, quiet, peaceful, enjoyable central location to all of Oahu experiences. Our room was a special lifetime memory with our grandson and his wife. The view, kitchen and facilities were first class.

This was one of our favorite trips as a family. The unit was top notch, completely updated and the most exhilarating view from the lanai.
Tons of beach toys to take to the lagoon.
Spacious master bedroom and bath. Second bedroom was perfect for our kids. Kitchen and laundry are a major convenience to have in unit. Very clean.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was equipped with everything you can think of. All you need to do is buy groceries at Costco, Target, Walmart, and/or Foodland, which are all nearby.
Family friendly, quiet. peaceful, and significantly less crowded than Aulani!
My favorite part was the incredible view of the ocean and sunset on the lanai side, and sun rise above the mountains on the bedroom side!
We will definitely book here again!

The property was just perfect. Stayed here with my wife and 2 adult children. Very well appointed with all the appliances I'm excellent shape, all the glassware, silver, pots pans whatever you could need. Nice linens and towels, beds firm but comfortable. View from the unit was awesome. Property is lovely, clean, and all around perfect only thing we needed was an additional chair in the living room. But, we provided when needed and pulled one in from the lanai. Highly recommend

Had a great time here for vacation. It was in a very convenient area and was easy to get around. We stayed here as a family of 4 and had plenty of space in the unit. The lagoons and pools were easy to access and not crowded at all.

The property was great, clean and secluded in the building. The floor only had 2 rooms so we never had to share an elevator ride. Getting to and from the room from the garage was also easy as the elevator provided direct access to the room.
The location of the room in regards to the rest of the facility was great; it provided a perfect view to sit in the lanai to watch the sunset.
We stayed here with a family of four adults and two kids and it fit just fine with each kid sharing a room with the adults. Access to the pool and the beach was also easy to get to, which made it great with kids. The four lagoons surrounding this resort was wonderful for kids as they provided no waves and easy access to sitting areas, it’s also great for strolls across the four different resorts.
I would highly recommend this place for family travels to Honolulu. The distance from here to some eatery is around a 25 minute drive which you should account for as most are located in Waikiki.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Michael met us at check in and gave us the introductory tour. The unit and entire property were gorgeous. We especially loved the view from the 14th floor, and couldn't get enough of it. Enjoyed that the resort's lagoon was much less crowded than the neighboring Disney Aulani and Marriott properties. The mattresses are definitely hard as other reviews mentioned, the paint could use some touching up in a few areas, and we had some trouble getting the clothes dryer to function correctly, but none of this took anything away from our enjoyment of our stay. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended to friends. Mahalo!

The Condo was absolutely amazing! The lagoons were perfect for hanging out especially if you have small children. So we’re the pools! My family and I went on adventures to rougher waters for body surfing and snorkeling, and coming home to this condo was like coming home to the lap of luxury!
I would highly recommend…. You won’t be disappointed… worth every penny!

The view alone was worth the price. Loved the lanai and the fully opening glass doors. The condo had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to washer/dryer and bedding. My only complaint would be the beds were rather hard. Otherwise the grounds were well maintained and location was nice. I was thankful we choose to stay outside the city, it was far more peaceful than downtown hotels. Plus we had our own beach that was also less populated than most others. All around I’m happy we chose this condo and would definitely stay here again.
