Paul’s condo was everything we hoped for during our first trip to Hawaii! The condo was super clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the snorkel and beach gear was a bonus, the grounds were stunningly beautiful..
Right next to a lovely little beach and historic park. Quiet neighborhood, close to Poipu beach and convenient to other destinations. Paul was easy to reach and always responsive and helpful. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Place was ready for us, clean and neat. All advertised features were available and easy. Pool is nice. Location is nice. Only minor drawback is limited parking in the lot so need to park in the street often.

Provided items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, etc…but lacked some basic necessities such as shampoo and conditioner. Overall it was a good stay. The unit is a bit dated though so don’t expect high end appliances or furnishings. Nice pool to swim in. Across the street from the Beach House restaurant and small beach where you can snorkel. Ocean view from balcony but no separation between neighbors so lacks privacy if other neighbors on their balconies too. No AC in unit so need to open windows and use fans. It was warm in the morning in bedroom because curtains were not blackout curtains to keep heat out. Washer and dryer in unit so that was very convenient. Well stocked kitchen.

We were here on the island 37 years ago on our honeymoon and it's taken us this long to get back. Loved this part of the island! Convenient to shopping, and restaurants. Loved the Cabana Bar and Grill. Unit had everything we needed, parking garage a plus. Centrally located to all our day trips.

With the sound of the ocean across the road, and the views of the lush tropical garden from one side of the condo to the sunny lanai overlooking the Prince Kuhio Park, this condo was a treasure that we feel that we were lucky to find! The pool was warm and inviting, the bbq's were well-maintained. The owner provided everything you could possibly need: snorkel equip, boogey-board, beach chairs, washer & dryer (!), well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher! It was super comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay in Kauai! Now that we're home, we miss watching the Island chickens running about in the park while we sip on our morning cup of coffee!!!

Our condo in the Prince Kuhio was a great location with plenty of things to do locally but not bad for getting to the north of the island. It was so nice to walk out the door to the beach and snorkel or watch the sunset. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

This rental had everything we needed. It was quiet and it was a larger space in person. The grounds were lush and lovely. We were close to everything and enjoyed our stay. Parking was close and easy. We had a great time!

The property was exactly as advertised - the fans provided and the winds on the island made the lack of AC a complete non-issue. It was wonderful to have the additional amenities (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, surf boards, etc.) so that we didn't have to rent them during our stay and could just pull them out of the car as needed depending on the activities we chose to do in any given day. The owner was very communicative throughout and the instructions were clear. Highly recommend this place for anyone else looking to visit Kauai

Place was clean and fully equipped with what we needed. Pool great. Neighbors were great! Help us out with our rental car situation. No A/C but the ocean breeze kept it cool enough. Paul quickly responded to all out questions..

This is a wonderful condo to spend time at in Kauai. It is a great location close to Poipu and other sights and beaches on the south shore and not that far from the north shore. It is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We were there for 10 days and it was hard to leave!

The condo was a clean, quaint spot right by the ocean. Paul was a very welcoming host when I called him with a couple questions. The spot is in a good location and there are a bunch of shops and beaches within a five minute drive. The front parking lot was a little tricky at times but there is plenty more parking in the garage on floor level

I have visited Kauai for 3weeks and stayed in 5 different places in multiple locations. This place is the best. Great location, close to many nice beaches for all kinds of activities, close to the sprouting horn park which I go everyday on foot; close to the world famous botanical garden and the farmers market with innovative local stuff beyond fresh fruits. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable life. The internet connection is great and sufficient for my routine work. The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies you need. Save me some trouble to get small quantity of everything. Paul is very responsive and I really enjoyed the stay, and would definitely come back!

This was our first experience renting a condo in Hawaii instead of a traditional hotel/resort. The condo experience was pretty good, fine little unit, just no “resort” quality amenities. But it served our purpose. And the location is really pretty good, conveniently close to many south destinations including a number of beaches, Spouting Horn, shopping, dining, etc.

Gorgeous garden view. First floor unit very convenient, close to beautiful pool. Unit is well stocked with everything you could need. As a frequent Kauai travel, Prince Kuhio is our favorite place to stay.

Can't beat this location. The condo was perfect for the two of us, and had plenty of fans to keep us cool. Also, nearby was Papalani Gelato, which we visited daily. The owner and check in was extremely easy. Definitely recommend!
