Recently took our 3 month old on our first vacation and shared the condo with my brother in law and his family for one week. Plenty of space and privacy with 3 bedrooms. There was a lanai in the master room which faces mountain side/sunrises. We were able to cook breakfast each morning in the spacious kitchen which provides enough dish ware, cutlery, pots & pans, as well as a rice cooker. Great top floor views of the pool areas, the ocean and sunsets. The property has its own lagoon, which was perfect for the little kids without worries of waves or crowds, and it sits between the Marriott and Disney Aulani (we watched their fireworks on Saturday) Although, the bed in the master room is lopsided, somewhat dented in. I wouldn’t suggest to WFH here as the WiFi is literally non-existent, but there is a Starbucks a few blocks down. The check-in clerk couldn’t grant the 2nd parking spot that was included. I guess it’s assumed that our party of 8 could fit in one car with luggages and car seats. However, we did speak with a different clerk on a new day and she was able to provide the pass for the 2nd vehicle. I read the reviews about the laundry but we found the user manual and were able to get it to work more efficient. Overall, it was a good stay! It was my first time staying this far west of Oahu, yet very glad we did. The pace is much much different than that of Honolulu or the North Shore, etc. which wasn’t far to get to, you would just plan your days accordingly.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and was perfectly situated with stunning views and easy access to shopping and nearby (walkable) resorts for restaurants. Mornings on the lanai were easily our favorite thing - but we loved the easy lagoon access with reasonable prices on umbrellas and lounges as well as our evening sunset swims. The staff were helpful, responsive, and attentive - we didn’t want to leave and we will for sure be back!

We had a amazing time staying at the 1205 villa. The views are spectacular from the 12th floor and the condo did not disappoint either. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed with appliances and cookware. We saw tons of whales every morning on the lanai while drinking coffee! We will be back!

Overall, this unit was beyond perfect for our stay. Beautiful, relaxing and fun. Just wonderful. Or biggest issue was that we were counting on a pull out sofa / Murphy bed in the living room, but there wasn't one. There was a dual reclining sofa and two arm chairs. So our youngest, 6 foot tall teenager had to make do with the sofa. I also hope the dryer gets fixed as the vent seemed to be blocked. The dryer would run. Get hot, but not dry. However, the unit and location were so stunning that we still absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again!

Loved this property, suite and view. Loved the three different areas to sunbathe. The quiet lap pool was non chlorinated so getting a swim workout in was great. Gym could use an updated spin cycle like a Nordic Trac or Peleton. Beaches were amazing and wander pools for sunbathing and the BBQ areas were a great touch!

The photos of the property and unit do not do it justice! View is amazing, we watched sunsets every night! It is on the leeward side of the island, so while not as tropical and green as the east side, also not as cloudy, windy and rainy! My only complaints: the property does not have a restaurant or even a beach cafe. the a/c is not very powerful and we slept fitfully every night. The washer and dryer are small and the drier struggles to dry even the smallest loads. One unexpected surprise that was wonderful: two elevators dedicated to the wing of the building the unit is in - we never waited for an elevator or stopped on a floor to pick anyone up!

We had a great trip - we loved this place with the beach view from the lanai. We enjoyed grilling multiple times by the pool and playing in the pool and in the beach. It was a short enough walk that the kids loved going to the beach along with the grandparents in our party. The lagoon was perfect for our 5 and 8 year old to snorkel in, and we even were lucky enough to have them snorkel with the sea turtle. Our host Michael was very helpful and the place was amazing. We all wished we could stay longer...

The location was outstanding. Access to Lagoon & pool were lovely. We loved our view & the fully furnished kitchen. The Manager was accommodating. The condo was fine, but furniture, beds and walls were a little worse for wear and tired. It could use a major refresh (new coat of paint, replace slip covers & cushions for couches, get rid of dusty silk plants etc.). We were grateful to be there - and can't say enough about the beauty & warmth of Hawaii. :)

The property is beautiful. Amenities are excellent. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Especially Angel, our agent to check us in and show us around. The maintenance crews were very responsive for our problems. They even came out late to help us. Thanks Angel, you are great and helpful. Hope to see you next time when we rent again.

We were very impressed with the property and with the service. Upon checking in there were 3 items that needed attention. Within 10 minutes maintenance was there fixing it. The view was out of this world, the location was perfect and the facility was great.

This was by far our favorite part of the island. The unit was well appointed and nicely decorated. We used all the snorkel gear and boogies boards daily in the villas lagoon. Plenty of towels. A big and little ice chest. Beach/lagoon about a 3 min walk, go past 2 pools and the cabana bar through the gate across the sand and you are at the water. There is a quiet pool and a large family pool that is really cool for kids. Next door is the Disney resort. Shopping center is close with a small grocery store that sells liquor and a good coffee shop with bad lines. The lagoon appears man made. That was good for us with a 10yr old kid. It was very calm water and you could actually see fish while snorkeling right there. Nice family atmosphere while still being a quiet place to stay. The grounds were wonderfully maintained. The resort staff was genuinely friendly. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were good. The pillows were good. There was no bothersome road noise. Unit was quiet. 2 soaking tubs and a large walk-in shower. Exceptionally clean when we arrived. The only item I wished this unit had was a wagon to haul the boogie boards and snorkels and fins and towels down to the water. But that is not their fault my kid wanted everything to come with us to the beach. The view is stunning.

The views are amazing. We stayed at this resort 5 years ago and loved coming back. The penthouse was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come back and stay in this exact place. Thank you!

Great location in Ko Olina sharing the shoreline with the Four Seasons, the Marriotte, and the Disney Resort. Beautiful pools, great fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room, and your own lagoon to snorkel with tropical fish. Bedrooms and beds are outstanding and kitchen with walk out deck was beautiful. With a rental car you can play all over the island (35 min to the North Shore). We never even went to Waikiki Beach the whole week.

This is the second time my family have stayed with VRBO here. The condo is perfect. It accommodated my husband and I and my daughter and her family with plenty of space. The beach lagoons were easy for the grandchildren and the location was an easy drive to the spectacular beaches on the east side of the island. All amenities were there so there was nothing to pack for the trip but our clothes and beachwear. I would definitely recommend the beach villas for a great stay on Oahu.

We had a fabulous stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas! Our family was able to spend quality time together enjoying the amenities and location. I love that there is an in-suite washer and dryer which means as a family we did not have to pack too many clothes as we were able to do laundry. We love the location and ocean views. When our daughter and niece wanted to snorkel, we would sit on the beach and enjoy the lagoon and some days they just wanted to enjoy the pool. We took full advantage of the gym which has up to date treadmills, ellipticals, weights and other equipment to utilize. We appreciate the parking spot that was provided and the ease of check-in and check-out. This unit also had great wi-fi, a lot of TV channels to choose from and the air-conditioner worked great so there were definitely no hot sleepless nights. Thank you for providing beach chairs and towels! There were so handy and allowed us to take full advantage of the beach and pool. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful time on this property! There were 6 of us: 3 adults and three kids ages 9, 7, and 4. The place was perfect and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was great to be able to do laundry too. The lagoon here is so much quieter and less busy than the Disney Aulani property next door. We considered staying at the Disney property but after visiting we are so glad we didn't and stayed here instead. Their pool decks were so crowded and the Beach Villas pool decks were so calm and relaxing. Being able to open up the full length of the doors on the patio made for a breathtaking ocean view. The sunsets were gorgeous. One morning we were up so early because of the time change from NY we watched the moon set! It was a gorgeous red color as it reached the water. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and it felt like we had the luxury of a great hotel paired with the comforts of home. Next time, and there will definitely be a next time, we will stay longer than 6 nights.

We stayed in PH1205 for my dads 60th birthday vacation. We were 6 adults and 2 children. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The entire Ko Olina property is immaculate. The beach is gorgeous, the pools and pool bar are really nice and a fun area to hang out. The villa itself was amazing - spacious, modern, very well maintained. Having our morning coffee on the huge lanai overlooking the ocean was the best, second only to having a glass of wine in the same spot and watching the sun set in the evening. We were so sad to leave at the end of the week. I would strongly recommend the beach villas for a family vacation. I can't wait until we get to go back!!!

This property was perfect! We spent a lot of time on the lanai eating meals, watching the sunsets, and gazing at the ocean. Vicky greeted us and was available to meet our every need. We were able to book the "owner's lounge" for a large dinner with extended family that lived on the island and it was a perfect venue ($500 deposit which was returned after we completed our event). The pools and hot tubs were all great and the music by the bar was lovely. The lagoon is the perfect size and was never, never crowded (unlike the neighboring resorts). We had rented cars and had easy access to attractions all over the island--only had one day of bad traffic (the Saturday that we arrived and drove from the airport to Ko'Olina), so we were really pleased with this location. Will do it again in the future!

Property was beautiful and well maintained! Loved the view and found the managers very accommodating! They seemed very sound proof as never we heard any neighbors! Seemed private and less crowded than neighboring places. We enjoyed the close by restaurants. Our lagoon was the least crowded although we did go to Disney to paddle board. We enjoyed coming back each day after fighting crowds and traffic....seemed so relaxing and laid back and perfect for families. We enjoyed our visit and hope to stay there again!

This is our second time to the Ko Olina Beach Villas in Michael's units and they are always first class. We stayed in the OT 1205 and the unit was nothing short of spectacular. The accomodations were very capacious for my wife and 3 children and we didn't feel like we were fighting for space. The decor in the units is always top notch. My kids love having the Tommy Bahama chairs and snorkeling equipment available to go down to the lagoon and play. Very peaceful place and not overrun with tons of people at the pools and lagoons. We will be back.

October 2011
THIS PROPERTY/UNIT WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTING FOR ANYONE. We had the BEST 7 week vacation ever. While staying here we were positive this unit was the very best location in the complex. Well stocked, but sheets were not the best - some had small tears (wear) but I don't believe these were owners sheets as quality of unit didn't match the sheets. One problem is mosquitos-No screens on bedroom windows so had to keep them closed at night which meant turning on the air conditioner as soon as the sun went down. TV in second bedroom only had output in audio - no picture, but was not an issure for us as there are 3 other TVs. There was a false fire alarm one evening about 10:30pm so from the 12th floor I would not recommend anyone not capable of treking that 12 storey flight to the ground level as elevators are not in use. If available, we would stay in this condo/unit again in a minute and plan to return to this unit our next trip to HA which is usually every 3-4 years. We had the best fireworks display ever from our 12th floor Lani put on by the Marriott hotel. A car is a must if you plan a longer stay or tour the island. The garden grounds are so beautiful as you walk thru to a great ocean front walking path which we enjoyed nearly every day. YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO and not want to leave. Deposit was returned promptly and we thank you for allowing our family to have this time at your property. I wish your availability calendar was displayed as before. I don't waste any time looking for a condo that does not display this information and I'm sure others feel the same.

January 2011
We recently had the opportunity to stay here for two amazing weeks as our family rented the unit for a month long visit over Christmas and New Year's. The resort was amazingly beautiful, the staff were friendly, attentive, helpful and very informative. This unit was incredible! Our parents had the incredible good fortune to stay for the entire month, but our two weeks staying here with them was truly one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. Renting this unit online was a concern at first, but the owner quickly and professionally put all those fears to rest. The owner and his assistants were incredible to deal with, they made sure that our family stay here was a vacation to remember. Everything was taken care of and explained to us right from the outset, nothing was left to question. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, lovingly maintained and offers incredible views of the ocean at any time of the day. We had the incredible joy of watching the Humpback Whales swim by everyday from the balcony. The building itself has an amazing range of amenities available which we got to take advantage of, from the pools to the fitness center. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown Honolulu, we managed to see all the sites that Oahu has to offer, from shopping at Ala Moana, visiting Iolani Palace to shark diving off the North Shore. We will definitely be back!

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
