You are basically on top of the water. It is an amazing location. Private lanai with excellent views. Plenty of parking.
I must have a different idea of clean than most people. The unit was definitely not clean. Hair in the tub, stains on carpet, just not up to my standards.
Kitchen had anything and everything you needed. Even a waffle maker!
Sliding glass door didn't lock. Contacted management and they said they would have someone take a look. Someone did come out but it was never fixed. I'm not ok with doors not being locked.

Great location near Historic Kapaa town. The place was clean, quiet, and had an amazing view off the balcony to the ocean. Plenty of parking and a completely no smoking facility! It looked newly renovated with all the amenities you would need. I would stay here again.

The place was in need of updating! The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the shutters did not close properly either. The listing did not mention no elevator. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs every time we went anywhere with all our groceries and luggage. Was hard for us as an older couple. Pub high table on the balcony- really?

This condo was perfect for my friend and I on her first visit to Kauai. It was super clean and well stocked. The only thing missing was some binoculars to watch the whales.
I admit that at first the location was not what I expected, as there is a shell gas station right behind the condo. And there was bridge construction happening. BUT, the only noise you hear is the ocean!
Safeway, Starbucks and Longs Drugs are less than 1 mile away, so super convenient for shopping.
Swimable beaches are in walking distance of both sides of the condo.
We had a great stay and would stay again. Thank you!!!

I took a fall in the bath tub on the first day no mat in place and no grab bar. hit hard on my neck and head which split the surround panel. I still have neck mussel spasms 2weks out which is why I am questioning my refund of my deposit. I expect a full refund, safty features were lacking.

My wife and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and chose to visit Kauai. This place was well located in Wailua, just south of Kapa'a...pretty much the center of the island. We were able to visit almost every corner of the island within an hour from this location. The room itself had a great view and was well equipped. Schedule breakfast at the Passion Bakery (right across the street) every morning and especially on days when Malasadas.

Had a great stay at Wailua Bay View. Great location, quiet building, and we had access to everything we needed within walking distance or a short drive. It is also situated well on the island.
The bed was comfortable and there was AC in the room which made it easy to deal with the heat at night. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with basic cooking ingredients. We would love to stay again.

This property is well appointed with everything you need for a long stay. Roosters are loud, price you pay for paradise right on the water. Beautiful views, easy walking to restaurants and bike trail. We will be back.

As a first time visitor to Kauai, I thought that the location was perfect as it was about halfway between Poipu and Princeville. It was also only 10 minutes away from the airport. The view was amazing. The condo came equipped with all of the necessary beach items.
It is right along the main road, but the chickens were more noisy than the cars. The only difficulty was left hand turns on to the road during the morning “commute”.
Overall, we would definitely stay in this area and this condo again.

This was such a disappointing stay considering the photos. Here's the real deal:
LOCATION:
- Majority of the building faces & locates right next to THE only highway on Kauai. Our unit is the furthest away from the main road and still the noises are loud
THE UNIT
Here are a few things to be aware:
- There's shaggy carpet in the bedroom & living room. It's gross.
- The bedroom constantly has a smell of mold. When you open the closet, it smells like pee.
- The main condo door has this huge hollow core in it with glass blinds that never fully closes. This doesn't help with the noise situation, especially when the bedroom is located by the hallway/door.
THE SERVICE
I should've known this wasn't going to be a good stay the minute we walked into the condo:
- when we checked in at 3:30pm, there were bedsheets in the dryer, which the cleaner came around 5pm to collect, then proceeded to fold it on our bed.
- There was only 1 key in the unit when we were told there would be 2. That felt unsafe
- Wifi cannot be found. We had to reset the modem. My call to Cindy was returned with an email, the next day. That was completely unhelpful.
- The food disposer and the kitchen plumbing completely broke and leaked everywhere. We had to clean it up. The next day, the cleaner begrudgingly came and washed whatever we didn't clean. But she didn't bother to wipe under the sink mat.
- The night before check out, Cindy sent an email telling us to do laundry, trash, dishwasher".

A short ten minute ride from the airport and very easy to find. Minutes from the town of Kapa'a and everything you might be looking to buy or to grab some great food! The condo had beautiful views and EVERYTHING you might need to feel right at home.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly and described and included a fully equipped kitchen which we appreciated. The ocean is right out the beach door and made for an excellent sound machine for afternoon naps. The pool was beautiful and other residents and guest were friendly. We enjoyed driving out to different beaches as the one out back was not best for beach lounge days but used by surfers a lot. There is a bakery across the street and you are not far from all the shopping for eats of Kapaa. Great stay over all and we hope to come back soon!

Great location, comprehensive amenities and overall a wonderful experience. Some maintenance issues with window above entry door not being able to be closed (which allowed hot air from AC in) and sliding glass doors sticking but they did not affect having a positive stay.

Overall we liked the condo - it was clean, but the window air conditioning did not work well the first night - might consider changing it for a newer model. The patio screen door also should be replaced as flies are able to come in so we had to close the glass doors while we were in the room - and the a/c was located in the front of the unit in the bedroom. The people that we worked with were very responsive to our needs and came to our room to help us with the a/c unit which was operating well our first day, and the tv in the bedroom.
