We had stayed in this unit previously, so we knew exactly what we were getting.
This unit is value priced and not fancy but gives you exactly what you need.
Location is amazing; it's a very quiet complex, with a lovely beach that is just across the street.
The complex is centrally located for going anywhere on the island and is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei.
If you are looking for basic inexpensive unit this is it!

Let’s start with the good!!! We loved the property, very clean! The staff there took a lot a pride in keeping the place looking good! Walking to beaches was close and the beaches were very nice! Great location. The condo had everything we needed, from kitchen stuff to beach gear!! It was clean, little outdated but other than that it was great. Now for the bad, which isn’t even really bad. 1. The bedroom gets way to HOT! Fans didn’t help much. So my husband and I had to sleep on the couch pull out. Which wasn’t exactly the most comfortable thing in the world. But we made due. The kids slept in the bedroom a few nights but it was even to hit for them so they slept on the floor in the living room. They are 7 so it wasn’t to horrific for them. Next the tv. We got there and the tv didn’t work. Which I know in Hawaii who really needs tv, but after a long day of traveling and nights it kinda entertaining for the kids. The guy from the property management brought us a tv (from his own house) the next afternoon. He said the people before us had the same issue with the tv. My last issue was everyone else around us checked in at 2, we weren’t allowed check in till 4 and arrived in Maui at 11. We asked for earlier check out and we’re told no. However in the condo binder it said checkout was at 11 and checking was at 2pm and they were very strict on the times. Guess that’s only for checking out. But overall the place was great, I would stay there again, but would request early check in.

Several maintenance and housecleaning issues: TV stand not dusted in weeks; Bdrm curtain couldn't be opened (severely restricting open window circulation in bedroom (a fan helped some) and window A/C in living room was only minimally helpful in bcrm); wall outlet was uncovered and very loose; headboard on bed was badly worn and scratched. Arrived on Friday evening, Called Bello reality 1st thing Saturday morning, left voice message, called again Sunday morning, again no return call. They called me Monday and said repair on the outlet and curtain would occur Tues (curtain couldn't be repaired on Tues - broken beyond repair and some parts missing) and Housekeeping would dust and vacuum on Wed (we left wed). Other minor stuff like loose remote control hanging brackets, etc) Additionally, no chair(s) in living room, only couch (did contain 2 high top chairs for the bar at the kitchen); TV is very punny in size (I didn't expect a 65", but 25" is not adequate); No shampoo provided (was a bottle of body wash); Kitchen well stocked with plates, silverware, pots/pans but minimally stocked spices and condiments; no bathmat in the shower room. Generally, minimally decorated.
Our stay in Maui was wonderful. I didn't expect luxury accommodations, but it was only moderately acceptable. If we hadn't been out all day, only returning for bed, it would not have been comfortable.

The two of us stayed here for 6 days, lovely location with everything we needed for our trip and really close to the beach. The AC was in the living room so the bedroom gets pretty toasty so we opted to sleep on the pull out couch which was just as comfortable so no complaints at all!

This was my second stay at this location, and it did not disappoint again! I even kept the reservation when we were told that the pool was scheduled to be closed for maintenance during our trip because these condos check all of the boxes. It was a great surprise that the pool closure was actually postponed, and we got to enjoy the pool after all. I will definitely be back to Maui for a 4th time and these condos will be at the top of my list. Everything was easy, clean, and convenient.

This place went beyond our expectations. I felt right at home. The temperature of the condo was great, and the water heated up quick. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to beach items. We loved having the beach chairs to take with us to the beach. The beach right across the condo had meany sea turtles and during the right season you can even see whales breaching. The location was right off the main road of Kihei, was to access and just a few minutes from the main grocery stores/shops/restaurants. It is also locate off the main highways to get to other parts of the island. If I ever go back to Maui I would stay here again.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Condo has everything you need. Nothing fancy but it worked well for the 4 of us. Nice central location. Beach is a short walk away. Bedroom doesn’t cool very well since the unit has one AC in the living room. We did have to purchase another fan to help cool the bedroom. We left the fan so hopefully it can stay in the unit and help the next guest. Unit was clean. Check in was easy, even able to check in a bit early (thank you!). Communication with property manager was good. Overall great value for the price.

Other than a toasty arrival. Every thing was great. Kitchen just like at home. This apartment fit the bill for our family of 3. Right across the street from the ocean with the circle cove. Lots of sea turtle sleep in the cove starting just after sunset and sleep on the beach until 7-8am. So fun to so easily see the turtles and beach and all of the area!

Great apartment at a perfect location. There is a beautiful beach just across the street. The apartment complex has a pool and a hot tub. The apartment is perfect for 2 guests even though we stayed there as a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is very clean.
The only thing is that there is just one AC in the living room. So it gets warm in the bedroom. The AC unit is old and not really quite.
All in all, highly recommended!

Spacious 1b1b in a great location. Everything was clean and kitchen had all utensils and was very well thought out. They even had boogie boards and snorkel kits for the guests to use, which was such a pleasant surprise and super useful! The swimming pool in the community is also well maintained and a great amenity!

The AC does not reach the bedroom. It was hotter than hell in that room. Additionally there is a black out shade on the bedroom that was broken and could not be raised. It was pitch black in that room and there were 5 watt bulbs in lamps on either side of the bed. Very dark. Like living in a tomb.
I called the realtor the day after I arrived and Bryce nicely stopped on his way home to get the TV to work. He said he sent the repair man but it was a specialized fix and they would contact the blind guy. Time to leave after a week in the dark. This guy is in training to be a slum lord if he can’t maintain his property.

Condo was clean and cozy. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. My only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable I even attempted to sleep on the couch bed. Upon booking the pullout bed was suppose to have a memory foam mattress and it did not. Many sleepless nights but other than that it was great!

This was a great unit! Very clean when we arrived, zero bugs our entire stay. Had everything we needed, great location, affordable! Only feedback I could give is to provide better pillows to make the stay more enjoyable & maybe a couple more pans and cookie sheet, we didn’t have one to make Christmas cookies. I would definitely would stay here again in this unit! Outside grounds were well maintained, clean pool area, the lanai overlooks the pool. Had plenty of beach chairs and towels, snorkel gear, several boogie boards, cooler. Great experience!

We have vacationed in Maui 11 times, this condo was not the nicest. Cabinets desperately need updating, coffee maker didn’t work from day one, and bathroom light bulb went out on us 3 days in. Carpeted floors was a bit weird too for Maui. Condos are right across from a decent beach but not really walking distance to shopping. I must day though, the Bello realty staff was very courteous. They got us a new coffee maker quickly.

We stayed in the condo in February 2022. It was fine for our needs (a retired couple), but it could have been better stocked, particularly the kitchen. There were only 4 plates and few baking pans. We bought and left a cookie sheet. We would also have liked a table for eating inside, but the weather was good so we were able to use the lanai. The location was good--quiet away from the bustle of south Kihei. And we enjoyed the lanai with quite a nice table and chairs and a constant breeze.

It's in a great location, the sunniest part if the island. With a very clean pool and the apartment was also very clean. It was great using the boogie boards and beach supplies that was provided. Loved this spot, would definitely stay again!

I love staying here at Kihei Bay Vista! This unit was clean and comfy, and although a bit dated, I’m not sure how you can beat it for the really economical price. Edward, the property manager does a terrific job keeping the pool and hot tub area nice and tidy. We came with two young adult kids and they slept on the sofa bed and said it was just fine. I would rate 5 stars if the unit had good beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however in the master closet was two broken camp chairs and two very large heavy lawn chairs. We had to go and rent ours for the week which was an unexpected expense. But, all in all we had a great time there and would definitely stay again! Better than expected! Mahalo!

Coming off of 24 hours of straight flights we were very pleased to arrive at such a pleasant place to stay! We stayed for two weeks and did not see a single bug in the apartment. Just steps away from the beach and minutes away from amazing restaurants and food trucks. The apartment had everything you could possibly want…snorkeling gear, beach chairs, rice maker, and so much more! The pool and hot tub were cleaned every morning and were great for morning swims!

The condo was very nice and clean grounds was well maintained and the beach across the street was beautiful. The only negatives was no spices or condiments and there was no non-stick cookware everything else was available. I am blaming the spices and condiments on Covid would absolutely rent again.

We liked the location a lot but the unit itself was a little questionable. When we arrived, the kitchen counter had crumbs all over it and I spent the first 20 minutes cleaning up. We saw at least 3 dead roaches in various places. My husband and I, each killed a baby roach crawling on our legs while we were sitting on the sofa. Not a pleasant vacation experience. There were plenty of other amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, extra towels, toilet paper, etc. But I think I would have preferred a roach-free zone over beach chairs. It is a spacious apartment but there isn't a dining table. The window shades/blinds didn't function well, so we didn't really touch it. Overall, good location but roaches.

The condo was in a good location. The only problem we had was all the cockroaches! I'm not talking a couple we probably killed 30 or 40 and there was more! I couldn't cook in the kitchen because it grossed us out. It was nice to be right across the street from a nice beach. We bought a ice chest and left it for someone else to use.

Quiet location, 5-10 min drive to the main Kihei strip, 5 min walk to great Indian restaurant, beach across the street and a nice pool.
Bedroom is roomy and comfortable with a nice walking closet.
Windows might need an upgrade, not easy to slide open/shut.
Unfortunately some small cockroaches in kitchen, apparently several places around with the same problem.
Washer and laundry machines are up for an upgrade, very loud functioning.
Wifi worked well, plenty of TV channels, only in English, nothing internationally.
Still, a nice place to stay.
