Loved being close to the beautiful pool, beach and bike path and a grocery store across the street. Condo was very nice and well equipped in the kitchen. Nice to have snorkeling gear and beach chairs in the condo and being able to rent bikes at the spa in the front. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!!

My husband, daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Waipouili Beach Resort. The unit was better than advertised with so many amenities including a purified water station. Saved us a lot on bottled water! The location of the unit was right across from the gym and the pool, both of which we used daily. The pool is beautiful and was a huge highlight of the trip for my 7 year old daughter. I loved being able to walk right to the beach and watch sunrises and sunsets. We booked this unit last minute when we had to reroute from Maui and were so happy that we got to stay here. I know we will book here again when we return to beautiful Kauai.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place for kids, there were a lot of families there.
The unit was really nice, high quality everything, fully stocked kitchen, huge bath tub, super spacious place, and it was great to have the sliding doors out to the lawn.
My 2 & 4 year old boys loved the pool so much. 4 waterfalls, 2 water slides, and the sandy pebble beach part. The hot tubs have pebbles at the bottom, a nice touch.
Beach isn't very swimmable but still fun to explore, play in the sand, and there are is a sheltered spot with little to no waves.
Location was convenient, Safeway right there, restaurants nearby, equidistant drive to north and south parts of the island. Go to Hanalei bay beach, most beautiful place on earth. Go to Anini beach for the kiddos, no waves and warm water. Lydgate park and Anaina Hou have amazing playgrounds.
Can't go wrong for the price.

Great place to celebrate a birthday,New Years and being with family again. All the requirements to hang by the pool or load up the rental and follow the sun. Location is everything and this is perfect. Go North and follow the ocean up to the Napaili trail and go south and take in turtles at Poipu. Clean, and comfort for family of four with kids not teens.

Was pretty. Bar sucked. Was usually closed. Food service not existant pool codes ridiculously long. Fun haters around pool. Cant order refreshments at pool! It was like work staying there i wanted to be pampered it was vacation and felt like being at home

Staying in this unit was the ultimate convenience. Super quick to park (plenty of spaces always), a few steps down the hall, and right outside to hit the pool. Kind pool staff, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, refreshing pool, well-kept grounds. We appreciated the cloud magic bed. A wonderful stay.

Best location on 1st floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator.. It was straight from the parking slot to our condo. The complex is located across from Safeway and lots of casual eating options. The condo is first class with everything that you would need including snorkeling equipment and small boards for kids and teenagers, Pool was nicely maintained. Great central place to stay when in Kauai!

Highly recommend this rental especially with kids. The pool is fantastic, clean, and not over loaded with chlorine smell. So many fun areas of the pool. Never too crowded. The beach in front is phenomenal and barely anyone out there, you really feel like you are escaping. Kids loved the beach too. The condo itself is very nice. Its super clean, big, stocked very well. The bed is super comfortable and the location to the pool is ideal and surprisingly very private. We would come back in a heartbeat. 11 out of 10.

We booked this property for our honeymoon and were extremely pleased with the room and the facilities. We were able to make some home cooked meals, and also took advantage of the bbqs at the resort as well. Would highly recommend this property for couples and even a family. There is tons of space and the front patio is lovey.

The resort overall was great. The issue with elevator being in building E instead of building F, was a bit of a walk. Construction in building E, that cut off a second path to building F, was unfortunate, but we understand repairs and maintenance needs to take place. Thank you for working out the Condo change, once we got there we were able to rest our concerns. Kaui is a beautiful island.

The condo and resort were very nice and inviting. Resort staff and condo host were very helpful and engaged in making sure we had a comfortable experience. Condo provided everything that we needed with nicely equipped full size kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, easy climate control system, comfortable bed as well as outdoor beach items we could borrow. These beach items of the folding chairs, ice chests, umbrella, snorkeling gear, and kids sand toys were very useful for us. The floor level condo was convenient as we didn’t have to deal with the elevator and provided direct access to the pool area and koi pond. My son really enjoyed the slides and wondering swimming water ways the pool provided. Right off the pool area there was direct access to Oasis restaurant and the beautiful beach. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend renting this condo to anyone and if we ever come back to Kauai then we would probably see if we could stay here again if available.

This property is my "go to" spot when on island. I prefer the G & H buildings, however they weren't available until later in my stay. This unit was available. It was clean and quiet, even being located "close" to the pool.

Our stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort in room D101 was fabulous.
The winding river-shaped pool alone makes it worth the stay! We spent hours floating along the twisty pool, then relaxing in one of the three hot tubs. We never found the pool or hot tubs to be very busy and always found lounge chairs without having to run out early to ‘reserve’ them.
D101 was in a fantastic spot. It was tucked privately behind the pool area and was a few quick steps to the lounge chairs. Being on the ground floor, we went back and forth to the pool all day, so easy!
The room itself was more than we could have hoped for. When they say the kitchen has everything, they were not kidding! It had more than my kitchen at home! On top of that, there were boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and everything else you could need for a beach day.
There were two toilets, a shower, and a separate bathtub. The kind-sized bed was by far the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. There were two large flat screen TVs, brand new washer and dryer in the unit, and plenty of seating inside the unit for relaxing.
My only complaint (and it’s a small one) was the construction fencing outside our front sliding doors that obstructed the beautiful view. During the day there was also light construction happening that was slightly annoying but easy enough to ignore. It didn’t impact our enjoyment.
Although we did not go with children, this would be an excellent resort to bring them to, especially with the water slides, kids pool, and kids hot tub.
We ate one dinner at the resort’s restaurant, Oasis on the Beach, and the food and service were top notch.
Highly recommend this resort and this room in particular, and we will definitely be back!

We had stayed in this condo complex before and this time rented this particular condo. Even though it's a 1 bedroom, it fit 4 of us easily and the 2 separate toilets was a huge plus. Everything there is well cared for and upgraded. The appliances were all excellent and everything was well stocked. You are right by the pool and it's a quick 2 minute walk to see the gorgeous sunrise right on the beach. The pool here is incredible which is why it's my family's favorite spot to be. I appreciate that it's on the beach. You are close to all amenities and it makes it the perfect spot for a vacation. We definitely all want to go back. They said it'd be noisy with painting the building next door but it was never an issue. We rarely saw the workers and when we did they all were friendly and quiet. What a perfect vacation spot!

D101 was everything we hoped for and more. Clean and well supplied. The location was excellent as well. Transportation was a challenge - **Don't book speedy shuttle**. Taxies are hard to come by and do not want to do the "shorter runs".
The concierge was AMAZING in helping us find a car and even offered her own for a short trip to Wailua River Cruise. The resort was lovely and well maintained. Beach is not really a swimming beach, waves are quite rough. The restaurant was excellent as well.
If I had to come up with something to "complain" about is that the next-door unit patio is at a bit of an angle with ours so the grass in front is shared. We didn't realize this until a family checked in and the teenagers ate their dinner and hung out on the grass which happened to be in front of our living room patio. Not really a complaint just an FYI as far as privacy goes. We will be back!

Wonderful pool for kids. Great location for traveling North or South for day excursions. Location across the street from Safeway was very convenient. The co do itself was stocked with most necessities and staff were very attentive and helpful. No complaints!

This condo online looks beautiful but once you see it in person it blows all expectations out of the water. It really is a beautiful place to stay. It has all you could ask for in a place. The kitchen is just amazing and I didn't want to leave. The location is a must have in Kauai as well. It's conveniently located near some amazing restaurants and you can easily drive to any where on the island which we did!! The resort itself is good. The restaurant located inside of it has great food and views of the ocean. We frequented it when we weren't running all over the island. I hope one day soon to return to this condo!

What a perfect condo!! Centrally located on the island so the drive to the north shore and south shore is easy. There is a supermarket , Starbucks and ABC store right across the street with great restaurants nearby for convenience. The best part is how wonderful the owner is ... Always there to answer a phone call and help with any questions. We will definitely be back to Kauai and only stay at this condo. Thank you to Chris for making our honeymoon the best !

We stayed at the property this September. The location could not have been better 10 steps to the pool and workout area. The peekaboo views of the ocean was also a nice surprise. We have stayed at the complex a few times in different locations this is a great location especially for the price. Having stayed here previously we know that most of the furnishing are original to the construction but all in great condition. The Condo was immaculately clean and there were plenty of towels for use We would recommend this condo to any of our friends and family. There was some confusion with the the reservation and we had to reconfirm it and get the code for the condo. All in all we plan to come back again next year .

I waited until a few weeks before my flight to find a condo for my stay on Kauai and am glad I held out for this fantastic unit at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Top of the line fixtures (Sub Zero, Wolf etc. ) and comfortable furniture and bedding. I'm very happy to have stayed at a property with Air Conditioning as it can get a bit hot and humid outside at times. The owners do a terrific job cleaning as everything looks brand new!
There were only two minor areas I think could be improved.
- While the owners were very responsive and happy to answer questions, I was receiving email from several different people with sometimes conflicting information. There should just be a single point of contact to send/receive info from.
- While the Waipouli Beach Resort has a free Wi-Fi access point, the quality of the connection was poor. I could not browse the internet during peak times, and all other times was very slow. While this usually isn't a concern for most people going on vacation, don't rely on having a reliable connection during your stay. Also note, Verizon 3G and LTE is unusable in this area despite their coverage maps to the contrary.
Overall this was an amazing vacation and I would highly recommend this property.

Right next to the pool and workout facility, perfect for families with small children. Ultra comfy bed, great kitchen, and two flat screen TV's
Would stay again in a heartbeat.
