Condo has your basic needs. I have stayed at Kahana Reefs before, this unit is very nice. No A/C, but the fans did the trick. Would stay again. Only real issue was the elevator closest to our unit only worked two days of our 13 day stay, but gives you exercise.đ

The property location is great, and it's in good condition however the elevator only worked about 50% of the time. This unit had everything you'd need for a nice stay for 2-4 people. Downside is that there is a bright walkway light right outside the bedroom window which made it difficult to sleep with the window open, also the air doesn't circulate in the bedroom, it was hot in midMay the rest of the apartment was perfectly comfortable but the bedroom was hot even with all four provided fans on high. The bed was much too soft for us, but we prefer medium to firm. The view is beautiful, the apartment is well stocked, it had nice beach gear, chairs and towels which we really appreciated. Internet worked very well.

Balcony view of ocean and private beaches were outstanding. Unit was great for 2 of us. Very quite, doesnât seem busy with people even though parking lot was full. Shopping and other amenities are so close.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great top floor, end-unit which allowed for nice air flow. Super clean, updated, tasteful furniture. Lanai is a nice size and you can hear the waves throughout the condo. We appreciated all of the beach accessories and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom is a little tight but it was fine for us and bed is comfortable. Pretty grounds and centrally located.

We ate every meal on the lovely lanai watching the whales and sunsets. Location made it easy to hit the highway and get to places quickly. Little Chinese restaurant right across the street, McDonalds, coffee shop and brewpub nearby. Beach with playground just down the road.

There is no a/c in these units. It was 85-89 degrees everyday we were there in mid October and the humidity was 85%. It was almost unbearable to sleep at night. The ceiling fans simply did not move the air around enough, and even with every window open, it was very uncomfortable. Be sure you ask about fans. We were not provided with fans upon arrival. The one box fan delivered was cheap and ineffective. I ended up driving back to Walmart to purchase a good fan (we saw the $20 fan they provided us there) to put in our room so that we could sleep. If they don't provide you with adequate fans that are good quality, then your stay will not be as comfortable. In my opinion, multiple quality fans should have been there already, not upon request. Next time I will not stay in a place that does not have a/c. Otherwise, it was absolutely gorgeous. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and had great kitchen amenities. It was nicely located between Napili and Kaanapali, so we could head in either direction. Lots of potential here!

Well kept unit with amazing views. Grounds were well kept, clean and outdoor pool was great with lounge chairs. The unit itself had everything you needed, all appliances and utensils in top shape. Very clean unit and end unit making it private overlooking the water. Patio accommodated 4 without any problems. Still had room to walk around. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Will surely come back and stay here.

Great location . Slept on the very comfortable pull out bed in living room to be closer to the sounds of the ocean . Loved watching the sunset from our own lanai . Rental company was so easy to work with . Valerie and Nicole were fantastic. Highly recommend this rental unit !

This ocean front condo was absolutely perfect for us! We loved sitting on the lanai every morning with our coffee and every evening with a glass of wine! The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need. The beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler were an added bonus. Also loved the location - some great little restaurants nearby and only 10 minutes from Kaanapali with more great restaurants and shopping. The property managers were also very helpful with recommendations and even let us print our boarding passes. We definitely plan to come back to this particular unit!

This is the second time we have rented this unit. With an ocean front view and all the amentities of home, we have recommend this condo to all of our friends. The condo is furnished nicely, clean and has everything you could ask for during your stay. Within walking distance to great little restautants and shops, many days we didn't need to leave the property. The beach steps away and pool provide plenty of fun for our little one. We will continue to stay at Kahana Reef every time we visit Maui. It is our home away from home!

This top floor, water front, ocean view unit was a wonderful place to stay. On our first full day we saw a pod of two hundred plus dolphins, numerous turtles and tropical birds right from the lanai. We walked the beach every morning and enjoyed sunsets in the evening as we ate dinner.
The unit was super clean and comfortable and great to come âhomeâ to at the end of a day of snorkeling and/or hiking. The condo was in a great location for day trips or getting groceries by car, or walking distance to a small store, Maui Brewing Company pub, coffee shop and dive shop.
The management team, Quam Properties Hawaii, were very friendly. We went to their nearby office to say hi and ask about a late check out; very helpful. Quick to respond and all necessary information sent to us ahead of our trip.
Honestly, another review said âwhat you see in the pictures is what you getâ and this is so true but even better as the warm air and breezes flow through this wonderful rental condo.

The view was definitely the best part about the entire rental. The unit was very nice as well. The bedroom felt a little cramped as well. When booking the unit, I was asked to provide date and time of arrival and departure. Prior to arriving on the island, I received an email from an employee of the property management company asking approximately what time we would be leaving the unit on the day of our departure. I thought this was a little strange but I understand trying to accommodate early check-in requests from other guests. I responded to this employee via email with the requested information. A few days prior to my departure, I had not yet received check-in instructions and was becoming a little anxious. A short email to my contact at the property management company prompted a response with check-in instructions. I was extremely irritated, however, when two days before my husband and I were going to be leaving the unit on Maui and heading to Kauai, I received a phone call (unanswered) and voicemail from the property management company inquiring (yet again) on the anticipated time of our departure from the unit a few days later. I had already provided this information. I felt it was unnecessary to contact me while just beginning my vacation to ask me when I plan on leaving. Very unprofessional in my eyes.

This was the perfect place to explore beautiful Maui from! We watched sea turtles, paddle borders and even a few surfers right from our lanai. Great location allowed us to get to all of our planned trips easily. Loved the beach access.

We were very happy with the location! It took only 10-15 min drive to Lahaina town. Only 10 minutes drive to a beautiful Honolua Bay. There are so many restaurants , grocery stores, supermarkets nearby!
The views from the balcony - oh, there are no words to describe this beauty!
The condo grounds and the swimming pool were very well maintained.
Such great rental expirience!
I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends!

The condo was excellent! We had such a great time! The attention to detail, location, and amenities were spectacular. The condo is on the top floor, and is a corner unit. Condo's are very quiet, and clean, with plenty of parking available. The condo provides many extras I hadn't seen before. They have a chest with beach supplies. They included beach chairs, pool toys, a small cooler, and boogie board. There is a restaurant right across the street, or if you go a few minutes away, there are plenty of choices. There are grocery stores nearby, if you want to cook. The kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you'll need. Thank you so much, I've definitely told my friends how awesome you all were and how awesome the condo was! Mahalo!

It's all in the view. The condo was so wonderfully redone. Better than the pics. Quiet area and easy access to everything. It had everything that you could possibly use. Trade winds were wonderful! Loved the grounds and the small beach. Condo was clean and well maintained. We would definitely return to this condo. Thank you for sharing your condo. It is near Gazebos, Fish Market, Sea HOuse as well as others. 10 minutes from Front Street activities, and Honolua Bay for snorkelling. 45 minutes to 1 hr to Paia and Kihei.
