Loved the 2 primary suite condo. It was decorated beautifully and had beach access, beautiful pool with slides, a fabulous workout facility, onsite restaurant/bar. Also we could easily walk to Kapaa and Coconut Market shopping center and there is a Safeway directly across the street. There was a welcome gift of wine and snacks when we arrived, coffee and condiments, and the kitchen had a full array of cookware, utensils and dishes. There was also beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear available for use. Highly recommend abd would definitely come back!!

Checked into unit late due to Dollar Car rental delay about 6pm. Unit was a mess and required cleaning. Called and met agent who performed cleaning while I was at dinner. Everything else for unit and stay was amazing. Would like you to do something about first night. I have pictures and I know these things happen. This is second visit to complex and would like to visit many more times. Thank you for an amazing visit.

We absolutely loved the condo in Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo was exactly as described. But reading about it and seeing it are not the same thing. We were amazed at the beauty of both the condo and the overall resort. It was beautiful. The kitchen was so well equipped it made any cooking we wanted to do very easy. We can't wait to return.

Great stay at Waipouli Beach Resort Room F404. This 2 bedroom unit with a good view over the pool and ocean was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with both kitchen items and beach necessities. Communication with owner was timely and accurate. We had a great stay.

The unit is extremely well equipped and spacious. It was very convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen, linens and toiletries, and laundry. The resort is nicely maintained and modern. The pool and hot tub were fun for both adults and kids. We did not use the outdoor grills, but others did and they were always cleaned nicely.
The beach at the resort was nice. The ocean was okay for kids to wade in and adults to swim, without the huge waves you may get elsewhere. It is possible to walk out several hundred yards before you approached the reef. There was not a lot of marine life, but it was still fun to snorkel and free swim. (Owners left plenty of gear to use.)
Pack just a minimum of clothing and necessities if you are selecting this unit. Stop at Costco and go the farmer's markets to get food and necessities. Safeway is literally right across the street if you need other groceries or personal items. It is also a pretty short drive to get to restaurants if you want to eat out or go to other stores in Lihue. Travel light, get what you need when you get there, and enjoy a very relaxing stay like we did. You will not regret it!

This was one of the most relaxing trips to the island that we have ever experienced. We have done most of the "touristy" things on previous trips, so other than a few short excursions back to our favorites, we spent our time in the fantastic pool, at the very nearby beach, and in the luxurious home at this property. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and eat most of our meals in the condo. The main lanai lends itself well to relaxing with family while taking in the views during a meal - night or day. We were so laid-back by the end of the trip that it was extremely difficult to make that short trip back to the airport!

We had a wonderful experience in F404 from beginning to end. Greg was incredibly responsive and helpful - gave great advice on activities and lots of necessary details. Also, the unit was beautiful in so many ways. Great view of the pool, gardens, and ocean. Fully outfitted with kitchen supplies, cooler, beach gear, etc. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of comfy linens and towels. I didn’t hear any complaints from our 17, 16, or 11 year olds. The facility as a whole was very comfortable as well. Every employee I encountered was lovely. We spent lots of time relaxing by the beautiful river-like pool and also went over to take dips in the ocean. We rented bikes (look up Biking in Paradise - they are phenomenal!) and explored the seven miles north of the resort - absolutely beautiful ride along the ocean, like stunningly beautiful! We also explored south of the resort on foot and by bike - trails led to cute shops, restaurants, and other resorts. We had drinks at the Lava Lava Club and also found a little spot that has great fish tacos called the Sleeping Giant Grill. As far as activities / there are lots of hiking spots nearby (we conquered the Sleeping Giant, actually!). It was also very worth it to venture out to Hanalei Bay to the north, Poipu to the south, and Waimea Canyon on the west side of the island. We explored caves at the Napali Coast using Capt Andy’s- and we had a great experience with them snorkeling and speeding along the coast taking in awesome views. Overall, we had an excellent time and the comfort of Greg’s place played a huge, huge part in that. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I came to Kauai for a short 5 days to visit friends on the island. The unit was great, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool facilities were fantastic, with 2 water slides, 3 sand bottom hot tubs and four waterfalls. The Oasic restaurant was right on the beach, with gorgeous views and delicious food. Great location as well.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many VRBO's and own a couple ourselves. We are traveling with small children and found swim diapers, sand toys, DVD's and more to entertan. The kitchen is spotless, and well stocked, I was impressed with the quality of the kitchen supples, they provide quality cutting knives that are sharp. The grounds are well kept and the condo is in a GREAT location. My family loved the Pool, water slides, "beach Pool" with real sand and my husband and daughter loved the 7 mile walking path along the ocean that starts very close to this property. We will definitely be returning.

We loved the ocean and pool view from this spacious penthouse condo! The room had everything imaginable that you could ever need including a pack and play which was priceless as we had a two year old and a three month old with us. The owners were very helpful with detailed and easy check-in and pool and gym access information. The on-site restaurant/lounge Oasis had amazing food and cocktails and the most warm and friendly staff. We can’t say enough about how great this amazing top floor room was and the resort in general. If we visit Kauai again we definitely will be coming back to this resort and this specific room!

Ownership
The owners of this room know hospitality. They emailed us all the information needed plus more to help navigate the island and make our stay much more enjoyable.
The Room
The amenities in the room were much better than expected. They have everything you would want/need plus more. Make sure you don't go to the store before you arrive to your room. Most likely, the room will have items that you were thinking of purchasing.
The view from the room is perfect for watching over your kids as they swim in the pool. We decided to take the second bedroom instead of the Master, because the balcony off of the room had a table with four chairs. It was ideal for us to get away from the kids and relax by ourselves while they hung out in the rest of the room. My wife and I spent every morning with a cup of coffee, an avocado and papaya.
We have three boys, the room is large enough for the boys to do their own thing. There are three bathrooms in the suite, so it made it very easy for everyone to have their own place to setup their personal belongings. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have, however the dryer tends to be fairly slow at drying clothes. The HVAC system in the room is setup perfectly and not really any need to make adjustments. Make sure to keep all the balcony doors shut otherwise the A/C turns off.
Housekeeping
Cleanliness is the most important area that I look at when I travel and on the job. The housekeeper who cleans this room is outstanding. She is very detailed and she knows how to do her job very well. I can't say enough of what a great job she does.
Maintenance
The room looks great, you wouldn't know that this room was 16 years old. The room has been kept in good shape. I will say that the shower doors are in need to be re-caulked and sealed. They do a great job at maintaining the Suite.
Location
We could not be happier with the location. It is centrally located to get to the North and South shore. Traffic gets a little bit busy going south, but that is mostly due to construction being done on the highway. Every morning, we would walk down to the beach and catch the sunrise. There are lounge chairs setup for us on the beach. The Sunrise is simply amazing. There is great shopping near by and local coffee houses as well.

This was a fantastic condo in a great location. The kitchen was stocked better than most homes. We really appreciated all of the chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and pool equipment that was available for use.
The property manager was communicative and answered all of our questions in the three months leading up to check in. We really appreciated the quick communication and accommodation to allow us to drop off our luggage and food prior to check in.
The resort was great as well. I enjoyed using the fitness center and the kids loved the pool. We also ate dinner in the restaurant.
We would definitely return to this condo in the future.

Beautiful home, well equipped. Luxury for sure, yet it still felt like home. The three lanais look out over the pool and the ocean. You can do sunrise at the beach or from your bed! Spacious and the vaulted ceilings add to the open feel. Perfect location to venture to all parts of the island. Oasis re-opened on our last night and we got dinner to go - ate poolside. It didn't disappoint. Great staff, big portions, tasty food. Even better than before! Other best eats include Lava Lava Beach Club, Rainbeau Jo's, Leong's Meat House, and Aloha Aina for acai bowls. Saturday Farmers Market in Puhi for fruits and veggies and get the poi bowl from Hanalei Taro! We loved staying here. Greg was communicative and responsive and the condo may have been the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Overall an excellent experience.

We had sought a place to stay near Kapaa for months prior to our trip and were pleased to have found this gem , but when we arrived were very surprised, beyond our expectations how great a find, it truly was , in that it offered.

Created wonderful memories here. Plenty of space and extra bathrooms was awesome! Saved lots of $ by eating many meals in and cooking in super big kitchen with high end appliances. Pool was fantastic. Beach isn’t best for swimming but a short trip up the coast unveiled beautiful “hidden” beaches. Very exciting excursions. And Naplai Coast is something you can’t miss. Greg, our host was very speedy with his replies to my questions, and he provided a list of things to do in Kauai. The place is really gorgeous. I live in a fairly large very beautiful house and Greg's place was absolutely the best VRBO/Air BNB I've ever stayed in. Everything is quality - Wolf range, Sub-Zero fridge, Cuisinart small kitchen appliances. The two king beds are extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. Greg has multiple snorkel, fins and masks. He also has beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, children's sand toys, a cooler. The place was very clean when we checked in. The pool is large with multiple slides, waterfalls and hot tubs. The pool is kept immaculate. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Everything was perfect for our stay! The location was great—we could easily travel to the north and south parts of Kaua’i within 30-40 minutes. There are grocery stores and places to eat all within walking distance. The place was very clean and quiet.
We loved the biking/walking path and enjoyed morning walks along the path, watching the sunrise. The pool and hot tubs were an added bonus!
Greg was always responsive to our requests and inquiries! Thanks for an amazing place to stay! We hope to stay here again in future visits to Kauai!

Cons: Penthouse was smaller than advertised. Towels were white but dingy with red stains that probably could have been removed with some bleach. Glasses smelled like vinegar.
Pros: Great view of pool area and sunrise. AC worked wonderful to keep us cool. Location was close to amenities. Pool area was well kept and had very fun slides. Having a washer and dryer was great! Bedding was wonderfully soft!

Fantastic stay! We had everything we could need and so much more in the condo. Resort and pool were perfect! Great sunrise and breakfast at Oasis. We were lucky to see a few seals on the beach, which was awesome. Beds were super comfy and we made several meals and grilled out. So many great restaurants nearby made it hard to want to stay in and cook! Staff at the resort were super friendly and knowledgeable of the area, things to do, where to eat and shop. Great location as it was a short drive to Poipu and the south shore as well as Hanalei and the North Shore. Almost seemed like a hidden secret location to stay as you aren't in the middle of a full resort area, you really got the native feel of being on the island and meeting the locals. We absolutely love it and had a great time!!

This was my 18 yr old granddaughters 1st time visiting Kauai with me and my two sisters. We loved showing beautiful Kauai to her and it doesn't get any better than once again staying in this gorgeous condo. The owner Greg was very gracious and provided everything we needed to complete this wonderful vacation from the beach chairs water shoes and snorkel gear in the closet to the immaculate spacious surroundings of this unit. For our relaxing down time we enjoyed the large flat screen tv's in the bedrooms and the 3D in the living room! I took a lot of pictures of unit F404 and plan on sharing them with my co-workers so they too can enjoy Paradise in 1st class style. I cannot wait until my next trip and hopefully soon. Aloha

We were 2 couples from Oregon and Pennsylvania meeting in Kauai to celebrate birthdays and retirement. We picked the right place to do it. Everything at the condo was exactly as stated. The only snafu we had was upon arrival when we kept overlooking the # as part of the code to enter the unit. Greg was very gracious and helpful even though it was simply our user error. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about this condo! It was FULLY STOCKED--Everything you could need down to a rice cooker in the pantry! It was super clean, and very well-kept. The 2 king beds were perfect, and very comfortable. You have a nice (partial) ocean view/pool view from the living room, but the patio view (where you can sit outside) is a bit blocked in terms of view by the palm trees. Still, it's great to sit outside in the mornings and drink your coffee/eat breakfast while you listen to the ocean waves roll in.
The bedroom closet is STOCKED with everything you could need to enjoy your days on the beach. Beach chairs, TONS of snorkel gear, coolers, boogey boards, you name it they have it! I also noticed (if you're traveling with kids), it looked to have a high chair and pack and play in the closet as well. The kitchen has tons of pots and pans, bakeware and tupperware which makes it super convenient to cook-in. We enjoyed making breakfast in the condo and then eating out for the majority of the meals. There are three large grills on the property near the pool which are cleaned daily--a great place to grill out if you're into that.
Great location on the island, as you have easy access to Princeville or Poipu since you're smack dab in the middle. Lots to do nearby the condo as well, with tons of local shops and restaurants just up the road.
We got so spoiled at this condo in Kauai, that our new condo in Maui doesn't even come close! You will be so spoiled by the time your trip is over, you won't want to leave!! We will definitely be back--5 stars ALL THE WAY!!

Greg has taken the time to provide you with everything you need to explore the island. Whether your going hiking or to any of the beaches you have everything you need. We just got home from our three island trip, with Kauai being our last stop. What a way to end our vacation! This condo is simply amazing, as is the resort itself. It is EXACTLY as pictured, very elegantly decorated and the location is central to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The resort is very well maintained and the staff works hard to keep it spotless.
Our son loved his room but most importantly he loved, loved the pool. The slide was tremendously fun. He is a beach guy, but the days we didn't go to the beach he was never disappointed staying on site. The restaurant on site was also very good and we would have eaten there numerous times had there not been so many great options on the island.
Greg was amazing to work with. He is extremely conscientious and responsive and he provides tons of fins, masks, snorkels, etc. Trust me, you do not need to bring any of these things when you come. Greg has them all there waiting for you.
You will not be disappointed with this rental. Definitely one of best we have stayed in. We would come back to Kauai and Greg's condo tomorrow!

Enjoyed the 2 bdrm. penthouse condo F404 at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The pool was wonderful, and chairs and lounges always available. The unit was equipped with everything needed to cook, clean, wash, and dry. The only thing I couldn't find were place mats, when we ate indoors one night and on the patio the other night. The Oasis restaurant near the beach had a limited menu and was expensive, but their ocean view was supreme. However, the ocean at this resort has a deadly rip tide and there is no swimming there. We did see Monk Seals on the beach twice, which was a treat, as they are the most endangered creatures on earth. Happily, both were pregnant seals, so the population is slowly growing. Across the street from the beach resort is Safeway and it has a Red Box for renting movies. I liked the separation of the 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms for sleeping and privacy. One of the lamps was not working in my bedroom, so it was difficult to read at night in bed. Otherwise, a terrific vacation condo with high end appliances!

We truly enjoyed our experience and stay. The pool was fantastic for the kids and we played in it every day after visiting parts of the island. Although we didn't get around to grilling, we saw people every night using them. Looked like people were pleased.
The location of the condo was perfect for the island. Easy to get up to the North Shore and easy to get South to Poipu. Grocery shopping right across the street.

We had an amazing time spending a week in this unit. Our kids loved the pool which was more like a small water park and the unit itself had everything we needed for a week in paradise. Greg went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and had great recommendations. This is a great location if you want to travel to various parts of the island as it is in the middle!

Greg was incredible to work with and was able to accommodate having a rental scooter delivered for my husband the Friday before we arrived on Sunday as the rental place wasn't open on Sunday or Monday. He was also great to correspond with me via email and phone before booking and then leading up to arrival. Everything was as described. The resort beach is not a swim beach due to the rocks so if you want the kiddos to swim at the beach, you'll have to go to the nearby Lyndgate Park. Greg has beach chairs, coolers, snorkel sets, boogie boards and noodles for your use. Loved having a concierge and a lunch/dinner restaurant on-site. Don't miss the sweet potato chips with poblano cheese sauce at the Oasis! Grocery, fast food, ABC and ice cream all across the street. Condo has high end furnishings and appliances. I would definitely stay here again. Family enjoyed the slides and waterfalls at the pool and pool staff and security were very friendly and helpful. Mahola Greg.

This was our 5th trip to Kauai. We have stayed up North and down South but this was the best location and rental we have stayed in. Everything was as advertised. The facilities were great. We can't wait to come back for trip #6.

This unit is well worth your investment. It is exactly as the pictures display. The owner of this unit was extremely helpful and provided everything you would need for your vacation. I would highly recommend you spend the money on this unit and enjoy your vacation in style You will enjoy incredible views of the ocean and the gorgeous pool every morning and every evening from your balcony. The property spares no expense for maintenance on the grounds which we personally appreciated. We search several other locations on the island while we visited and found nothing that we thought compared.
On another note, the owner of this unit spent the time to tell me some secrets about the island, where to shop and things to do that might save us some money. Great experience.

Pretty new with great appliances and all the kitchen gear you would ever need. Private separate bedrooms, each with nice separate bathrooms. King sized beds, flat screen HD TV in both bedrooms and also one in the living room. The living room one can play 3D movies. They have a lot of items you can use, such as beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, kids beach toys, boogie boards, a fan, etc. Enough to fill most of the closet in one of the bedrooms. If there was anything negative about the place, it would be that due to all this stuff in the closet, it was hard to hang up any clothes. The condo was well stocked with towels galore, TP, soap, detergent, dish soap, lots of spices and BBQ items. The unit has a good view between the buildings out to the sea.
The pool area was very nice. The Oasis restaurant is good. They had 4 large gas BBQers that we used. They have a pretty nice exercise room with quite a bit of equipment crammed into a small space. Both weights and aerobic machines. The beach is nice, but not the greatest for snorkeling or swimming. Parking was no problem. The traffic light to get out can take a little time. There are lots of conveniences within walking distance.
They don't use door keys or cards. There is a combo door lock. They change the combo for each new reservation. The one we had was the pound sign # plus 6 numbers (ex - #123456). Took us a day or so to memorize it. They have a combo to get into the gym and pool areas. But you have to have a special code for that as well. Every day we watched newbies trying to figure out how to open the gate. The combo for us was 6404# plus the room code. 6 is the number equivalent of the F building (A=1, B=2, etc), so remembering this extra stuff is just your room number. The trick was that at first we were only using one pound sign # in between the two codes for instance 6404#123456. Turned out you needed two pound signs so it was 6404##123456. If you forget it, or can't get it to work, sooner or later someone will exit or come in and let you in.
Overall this was a great stay and very nice condo complex. I would recommend it highly.
A few other tricks. The stove top is locked so you have to unlock before you can use it. Some of the heat elements have tow or three rings. You can just use the inner one, or inner and middle, or inner, middle and outer rings.

My sister-in-law and I returned from Kauai this past Monday. This penthouse condo F-404 was hands down the most awesome condo we have stayed in and we have been traveling to Hawaii for the past 20 years!
Greg, owner, has been super responsive and helpful throughout the whole rental process. We very much appreciated the email attachment from him outlining all the wonderful restaurants, activities and local spots to use during our stay. The Resort was wonderful and spotlessly maintained and we couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it was. With the lanias open at night you can hear the surf on the beach!! Lovely!
This condo, F-404, is equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. And all the appliances are top of the line brands. So nice to work with!! The 3 widescreen TVs popped on immediately and worked flawlessly. So nice for 2 women residents!
The ocean and pool views were wonderful and we never had need for AC, which is available, as the Trade winds kept us cool and comfortable.
Kauai is a breathtakingly gorgeous Island from the Taro Fields in Hanalie on the North end to the Waimea Canyon Weat and the fabulous Napoli Coast. Do not miss taking the boat tour on this coast. Incredible!! We saw a total of 30 whales during the trip.
Last but not least, this condo is a great location. 10 minutes from Lihue airport and centrally located to all the fun spots and activities. We will definitely go back to F-404 at Waipouli Beach Resort for our next trip.

This is one of the most beautifully decorated and maintained condos that I have ever rented. The owners clearly take great pride in their home. They are also good hosts with a closet well stocked with beach toys, coolers and beach chairs. The owners have provided everything you need to explore the island.
The property is very pretty and well maintained. The pool is spectacular and if our kids were younger we might not have been allowed to leave it. The on sight restaurant, Oasis, is ok on the food side but great for drinks and with a jaw dropping view.
The only issue to be aware of is that the condo sits back from the beach. That means the view is more of the pool than the ocean (and it is a beautiful pool) and if you want to go to sleep to the sound of waves this might not be the perfect unit for you. While we were in Kauai it was too hot to leave the windows and doors open, and rather than listen to waves we were very appreciative of the excellent air conditioning!

Was everything promised, villa was really nice and the 3D T.V. made every evening exciting, we couldn't wait to watch a new 3D movie each night! The location is perfect for exploring the entire island! Stores and restaurants are within walking distance and so many to choose from!

When we walked into the unit we all let out a "wow" - beautiful large unit with great view of pool and the ocean. Complete gourmet kitchen, high end, with everything you could possibly need to make a meal. Spotless. Comfortable beds and pullout couch, our family is now six adults and it was plenty of space and we were all comfortable. Loved that the living room sliders opened up all the way - so it felt as though you were outside. The balcony/terrace was great for eating and we loved that the palm tree in front of it gave us shade and privacy. Also - unit is full equipped with water toys - snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, noodles! Owner was fabulous, very detailed and worked in accommodating a late check out request. For those who have never been to Kauai - this resort is centrally located great for site seeing to north or south - additionally lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Restaurant on resort is right on beach and food was good. Finally, resort has chairs on beach that you don't have to pay for! Pool is great and we had no problem finding chairs anytime we went down to pool. Overall highly recommend!

Penthouse F404 is a GEM!! In preparing to attend a wedding in Kauai, I did extensive research on VRBO and was attracted to Waipouli Beach Unit F404 because of its amenities, location and reviews. The owner, Greg, was very responsive, available and facilitated an easy rental process through HomeAway.
Since the wedding was being held on Tunnels Beach (northern part of the island), it was an easy drive from Waipouli Beach which is a much drier part of the island. From the moment, we opened the door to F-404, we felt at home. The unit is exquisitely decorated, and all amenities are upscale. Modern kitchen is well equipped. Two lovely master bedrooms are large and complimented by spacious bathrooms. Beds were divinely comfortable. There are balconies off each bedroom and the living area. The view of the swimming pool below and ocean are spectacular. Local relatives informed us that Waipouli Beach in Kappa is one of the more luxurious properties on the island. Guests loved the pool with lazy river and extensive slides. Also, the restaurant on the property, Oasis on the Beach, was convenient; and the wedding party enjoyed happy hour and dinner there. Food and service were excellent!
We very much enjoyed the location of Waipouli Beach since it is centrally located and an easy drive from the Lihue Airport or to the north (Princeville) or south (Poipu). We enjoyed snorkeling at Tunnels Beach, the beautiful drive to Waimea Canyon, and helicopter ride over the beautiful island of Kauai, truly paradise. Kauai is a favorite island, and there is a plethora of activities to meet everyone's interests. We highly recommend the gated Waipouli Beach property and Penthouse F404 to which we shall return!

This entire resort was gorgeous, but our condo was so beautiful. Better then we could've ever imagined! Everything from the linens to the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, excellent view, to the gorgeous would and granite countertops. Everything was literally perfect! The descriptions for this condo do not exaggerate at all. We had been given perfect instructions on where best to park, how to locate the condo and how to get in the condo prior to arriving. A quick 10-15 minute drive from the airport and we were inside unpacking and heading to the pool. A perfect start after a long day of travel.
Since we rented almost one year in advance the communication was perfect. We received updates on the status of the reservation and downloaded the HomeAway app which was a great companion since it had all of the information we needed at the tips of our fingers.
The condo was very clean and the property staff very friendly. The appliances in the condo are very nice high-end that my wife wants to get for home.
Kapaa is the perfect location when staying on the island and the condo was walking distance to FoodLand, Safeway and Papayas Natural Foods. If you can't be without a Starbucks there is one across the street in the shopping center.
We drove 20 miles to Koloa ZipLines, 10 miles for Back Country Adventures tubing and 15 miles to the Airport for a doors off helicopter tour from Mauna Loa. All perfect activities and would do them again.
One morning we drove to the north shore and snorkeled at Tunnel's Beach where we swam with sea turtles. We also saw Monk Seals on the properties beach.
We have already started to save our pennies so we can return soon.

My husband and I just recently returned from a week stay at the Waipouli Beach Resort with our 3 high school aged children. We had a fabulous time!! It is hard to find a place that can accommodate a range of tastes and activity levels and this resort did it for us. The feel at the pool/beach/restaurant is more of a full resort with the luxury of leaving and going to your upscale condo instead of a small hotel room. There was quite a range of ages this time of year, from grandparents to babies and my family felt right at home. The unit was well appointed, clean, had spectacular views and had obvious hands-on owners who care about their investment and hope you enjoy your stay.
The staff at the concierge desk was very helpful finding day excursions and making all our reservations for us. As this was our first stay on the island, however much research I did, the concierge staff knew their business and made that part of our vacation that much easier. Having such good shopping and restaurants nearby was an added bonus! We walked and used our rent car the entire week. Owner Greg was very helpful from the start and we utilized his advice on several occasions.
If you are sitting on the fence about this property, just do it! You won't regret your decision. We would go back in a hearbeat!

Right from my arrival and upon opening the door to the suite, I was in awe. Everything you needed was provided for. Even all the kitchen amenities. The Cal king beds where so nice, to include all the luxious linens. The Resort was emacunlent in all the details. The staff was super friendly and helpful. After taking it all in. I had trouble deciding what to do next. Go to the beach (a few hundred feet away), go poolside or sit in one of the 3 sand bottom hot tubs. There was so much to do in kuai. Multiple tours (kalua rum tour or kuai coffee)or beaches to visit around the island. We traveled all around the island. We swam with sea turtles and saw monk seals sunbathing. Beautiful scenery all over. I recommend swimming in queens bath or hiking up the wimea canyon. Great shopping nearby too. Grocery store across the street from the resort. Although there is a Cosco up the street a few miles. I wish I had booked longer. I can't wait till my next visit. It definitely is one of my top 3 vacations. Thanks for the wonderful memories!
