A little about the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings compliment the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina
in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, personal escort to your villa, orientation of your villa, and snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest included in each of our villas. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive.
This 3-bedroom and 3 bath on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower faces the pool and lagoon 2 and 3. The Villa easily accommodates up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and allows for a maximum occupancy of 8. This villa does not have a sofa bed in the living room and sleeping arrangements for more than 3 couples will be accomplished with a rollaway bed and floor futons.
The Master Bedroom is large and includes a private bath and a sliding door to the attached lanai with a view of the lagoon pool and a southwest view of the coast. There is a king-sized bed with a luxuriously deep tub, double sink and separate walk-in shower. The second Bedroom has a queen bed with a 3/4 bath directly outside of its door in the hall. The third Bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request and its own private bath also.
We do have Floor Futons available for children and we also have Pack N Plays, highchairs and strollers for our smaller guests. The open lanai off the front of the living area faces the lagoon pool and the lagoons with comfortable furniture and nice views of the resort and sunsets.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower you'll love how close you are to the ocean. The best part of the Beach Villas is the how much you will feel at home. A dining room table with chairs for 6 along with the kitchen island seating will give you a great place for gatherings and the fully equipped kitchen will let you make and enjoy whatever you feel like making from the kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
There is a large TV in the living room and in each of the three bedrooms with cable and highspeed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise with 1,500 square feet to spread out in.
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and this villa will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all our property's amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers. Each of the private areas have a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. The four lagoons with their man-made outer reefs are a swimming and snorkeling paradise and great for folks who want a calmer setting or for parents with younger children. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee per vehicle upon arrival.
You'll be greeted personally when you arrive, and we'll help you get settled and answer any questions you have when you arrive. If you have questions between your arrival time and your reservation, just let us know and we should be able to take care of those also. We live in the resort and look forward to welcoming you to the neighborhood.
A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk to along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Other restaurants are in the local resort and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has are all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches. It was great to have so much space for our little family and utilize the fully stocked kitchen to save a bit on food during our trip. It was super nice to have use of the toys in the closet - beach chairs, sand toys, snorkle gear, boogie board, soccer ball, etc. (Although quick note- you can't use the balls in the pool only near the beach). We added a football, dive toys, and more goggles to the supply for the next guests. Very friendly staff working the villa. Breathtaking sunsets on the beach. Restaurants & shopping within a 15 minute walk nearby. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Ko Olina often and like this location in the Beach Tower overlooking the pool and ocean. The local manager (Michael) and his wife are exceptional. Very quick follow up on everything. We like 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Works great for three couples.

Loved the lagoons, and the staff at the resort was amazing and so professional, helpful and courteous. Exceptionally clean with people working so hard to ensure our enjoyment! Small things that could be improved... Kitchen knives need replacement & outdoor furniture only average. Need end tables outside. Loved our stay , and would definitely go back again.

We loved the property and all of the amenities it offered. The beach front it was on and all the opportunities to go and explore the are were great.
Our communication with our VRBO host was fantastic, but they were not our main point of contact when in the property. The property was a hotel/condo set up and our service felt similar to that of a hotel. Our communication with the people on property was slower than we expected but when reaching out to our host they were able to contact the property much quicker.

We rented three condos at KoOlina (2 managed by Michael) and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Michael is very responsive and friendly. The condo is accessible and with views of the pool, we felt as though the entire family was together the whole time. What an amazing experience.

There were 6 adults - 3 siblings and their partners who stayed for a full week. The spaces were perfect (pictures don't do it justice) - each having a separate private bathroom was amazing. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen and lanai were perfect for cooking and relaxing and the amenities could not be beat. Would definitely stay here again with a group of 6! We had the most relaxing time.

The location was just perfect! Beautiful views. Our Villa was Big and spacious! The lagoon was only a 5 min walking distance and the kiddie pool down stairs. The only down side was the television signal never worked at all. I texted the owner and there was never a response. Also there was no cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own!
Btw we really enjoyed our family vacation! Definitely going back one day!

Our trip was 2 years in the making and rescheduled 3 times thanks to COVID. Michael and Ashlee were great to work with and helped make sure we could travel from the east coast once it was safe and permitted by the State of Hawaii. This place is incredible. Safety, privacy, and a relaxing slower pace than other parts of the island. We saw a seal in the lagoon on the second morning which was pretty awesome. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and next door to the Disney resort where we attended our first luau. Great gym with updated equipment. Lap pool and walking path, around the lagoons, made for awesome morning exercise. Michael met us at the front desk when we arrived. He helped unload our bags, helped with parking, then took us to our room and showed us how everything worked. The pictures do not do this place justice. Thanks Michael and Ashlee for helping us get here. My family will be talking about this special place for a long time. We will definitely be back.
