The property is beautiful with an amazing view. Very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, BBQ access, spending the day at the beach, or relaxing at the pool. There were 4 adults in our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool. The sunsets were amazing and you can walk to several restaurants. There is an Island Country Market close by, and Costco is only a few minutes away. We love the location of Ko Olina and would definitely stay again!

Don't hesitate to book this property. It was an amazing vacation for our family of three and my son's first time on a plane. What was important to me is that it was accommodating to our two year old. Nalani had a pac n play for him to sleep in and there is a bathtub in the master bathroom. She provided beach toys and chairs which was a nice touch when walking out to the lagoon. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Location is amazing, right on the lagoon. Both pools are beautiful, quiet area but with plenty to do.
The condo itself is also fantastic. It is clean, spacious, upgraded, and the beds are super comfortable. Keith and Nalani met us to show us around, they made us feel at home immediately. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying here again.

They welcomed us to the condo, showed us all around, and gave us FANTASTIC pointers on things to do/see on the island and in the area. They communicated with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well, let us know of a check of the condo during our stay, etc..
This condo was the perfect location and size/type for our family of 4 and we can't say enough about the condo or the facility. We would highly recommend this condo and the Ko Olina villas. We will stay here again!

The condo was very clean, very well kept and the beds are very comfortable. It is about a three to four minute walk to the lagoons which are fantastic for little ones as the breaks are very small. It is, in my opinion the best lagoon of the four lagoons available there. This is a great location to rent if you have little children as there are several pools and barbecue grills and other fun activities to do around the different resorts. The owners of the property were very responsive and helpful, this is the third time we have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, but this is the first time we've heard about the ko. Olina lounge access at the airport. Nalani made sure to mention that to us before we left at the end of our stay so that we can make use of one of the benefits of renting at this Villa. We would definitely come back again as we love staying at here!
Only one last thing I'd mention is that some of the furniture, particularly the coffee table and bar stools were not too kid friendly because our 5 year old was able to accidentally push the table over and it fell on my 2 year old's toe. The table is a pretty heavy glass table but sits on 2 feet only so it's not super stable. The bar stools were great for us adults to sit on but anytime the kids tried to climb up to sit, they would either fall backwards or the stool would flip when they were trying to get up.
Other than that, I would 100% recommend this unit. It has great views, TONS of beach accessories you could use, and all the kitchen, bath, and bedding supplies.

We had a great time! The owners are fantastic. They met us at check in to orient us to the resort and communicated with us throughout the stay. The unit is well appointed with great appliances which we used for meals at home. The reason we booked in Ko Olina were the lagoons - and our 4 year old loved it! Staying in this area allowed us to venture up with West Coast, the North Shore and over to Kualoa Ranch without always having to contend with Honolulu traffic! We would love to come back and I'm currently working on a retirement plan for Hawaii :) Great stay and would love to stay again! Condo had everything we needed and was beautiful. We want to thank Keith and Nelani for their hospitality. It was nice meeting them and we found it necessary to be able to access different areas of the resort and everything in the villa. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The view is amazing. The workout facility is fantastic. They have a locker room and showers. There's an adult pool and and a kids lazy river like pool. Parking is tight for SUV's, stay in the lines. The beach is quiet and relaxing. There's a poolside bar and 4 BBQ grills. The local store has souvenirs, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals cooked to order. There's a Foodland Farms that is outstanding in Kapolei. We had a party of 2 couples and were very comfortable. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful hosts (Keith & Lanali) who greeted us on arrival to show us through the apartment and to answer any questions we had. Well appointed apartment. The view was stunning overlooking the pool and out to sea. The apartment resort is a fabulous way to holiday with the best lagoon right opposite. It was fun being able to go to the supermarket and use the barbecue facilities and to have a great kitchen in the apartment. We enjoyed relaxing in the evening on the terrace having a glass of Pinot Noir. Thank you so much Keith & Lanani xx

Arrival at condo great with Keith and Nalani greeting us and getting us checked in. Condo has a semi private elevator so never had to wait for one. Condo fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee filters, salt/pepper, snorkel gear, boogie boards and even sun screen!

Ko Olina opened our eyes to what Oahu has to offer. Close to shops and amazing food that can be had at Monkey Pod and Island Vintage Coffee! I have to say this space has one of the best beaches ever! Soft sand and grass you see on a putting green. Not crowded like the adjacent lagoons between us. This is definitely somewhere you want to stay, and hate when you have to leave. Keith & Nalani were perfect hosts from initial booking to the end of our stay. They met us at check in and helped us have a smooth check in process. Keith helped us with our numerous suitcases too! Their condo is well equipped and very well cared for. We have stayed at Beach Villas since 2014 at different condos/both towers. Keith & Nalani’s condo is one of the top on our list due to their great communication, super clean condo-interior/exterior, and everything in the condo was in great working condition. First let me assess the obvious -- the rental unit was fantastic -- clean, comfortable, convenient to pools and lagoons, etc. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We loved to sit on the lanai overlooking the "quiet" pool, with a peaceful view of the ocean in the background. The kitchen is very functional and we used it often. Beds were very comfortable, etc. However, I would expect other units in the Beach Villas to provide a similar experience. What sets this rental unit apart is the personal touch of the owners/hosts. Nalani and Keith were very communicative leading up to the trip, personally answering our questions. When we arrived they were waiting for us at the main desk. Keith took our luggage up to the room while Nalani gave us a thorough tour of the grounds. We all met up in the room for the final "lay of the land" and then they wished us well. We had a very long day of travel (from NY) and their "gift bag" of snacks were VERY welcome! They are clearly hosts that care about the experience of their guests, including sending the occasional informational text ("American Idol is filming in the area" :-) We also ran into them a couple times around the pool area and chatted (they also live locally). At the end of our trip we left with fantastic family memories and look forward to our next trip to Oahu -- and we would definite stay here again. Highly recommended.

This property is beautiful and Keith and Nalani were excellent hosts. They even greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the grounds, so we knew where things were! I highly recommend the Ko Olina area as the lagoon is peaceful and uncrowded. The pools/hot tubs on the property are well maintained and the Koi ponds, fountains and walkways are a bonus. The condo was exactly as described and we had an amazing experience. We highly recommend!

This is our go to place when we come to Oahu. Spacious and clean luxury condo with all the amenities. We love the pools and the easy beach access. The condo is fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and coolers. The owners greeted us with a warm welcome and were so nice and easy to work with.

Perfect stay in Ko Olina. Beautiful views from the lanai. Perfect for families with kids of all ages. We stayed at the resort in 2014, when our kids were much younger, and they had a blast both stays. Super quiet resort, great pools, and a lagoon. Walking distance to some great restaurants, and an ABC market is nearby. Keith and Nalani were excellent hosts.
