Whaler #813 is an adorable studio suite with ocean view located on the popular courtyard side of Tower One. Sitting on your lanai you can enjoy views of the lush West Maui Mountains to your left and Kaanapali Beach and the neighbor island of Lanai to your right. King bed, Queen sofa sleeper, and standard kitchen. Two adults and one child max.

All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, wi-fi, and a large private lanai (balcony). *Daily maid service is not provided, but can be added for an additional charge.* Complimentary washer and dryers located on every floor.

NOTICE: Tower Two is currently undergoing a spalling project thru April 26th. This does not affect this unit #813 in Tower One. However, there will be scaffolding in various locations on Tower Two.

In addition, this home includes a complimentary "Starter Kit" of supplies: Paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, new kitchen sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar soap, shampoo, and lotion.
*Starter kit items are not replenished.*

Check-in time is 4:00pm; Check-out 10:00am

***Our minimum stay is 5 nights and 10 nights during the Christmas/New Years holiday. However, we may approve shorter stays if they back up to an existing reservation. We will do our best do accommodate you.

Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to $35/day. This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon arrival at the front desk.

*Condo is just as described and photos are accurate. Great space and within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and of course close beach access. The beach is very swimable and gets lots of sun. Modern amenities were appreciated, such as the beach towel service and friendly hotel staff. Would definitely recommended this unit to anyone!

*Beautiful unit! Enjoyed the stay very much. Close to the beach, access to the beach walk, plenty to do! We had a late flight out and even after we checked out of the unit, we could still use the pool, towels, and had access to showers before our long flight home! Can't wait to go back. We loved everything about this resort it was quiet in the evenings the pool right at the front of the hotel was fabulous. The grounds were very well-maintained. The front desk staff were so nice. We will definitely be staying here again. We also love the free complementary breakfast coffee every morning at 6 AM down in the lobby.

Upon checking in we examined the room. We found the bathroom filthy with a large amount of hair on the floor. The shower handle was falling off. The toilet was dirty and ran constantly. The old carpet was soiled and ugly. The owner needs to spend some money and install laminate flooring. The bed skirt was old and torn. The linens were dirty and needed to be replaced. This was unit #813 not managed by Aston. Dont waste your time renting other units not managed by Aston. Beware and check before you sign up

My fiancé and I have stayed numerous times at the Whaler in Kaanapali, we love the property but we were disappointed in the state of this room 813. For the price you are paying per night I would expect the small details to be better attended to. The bathroom had a damp/musty smell. The shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It took a minute or more for hot water to come through the taps, my father in law had to have a cold shower at one point. The toilet would constantly run after flushing unless you jiggled the handle a bunch. The AC was not working properly and barely cooled the room when set to the lowest temperature possible (65F). One of the king sized sleeping pillows had a regular sized pillow case that did not fully cover the pillow (which is gross when they have multiple guests sleeping on these). The main door did not close fully (to lock it) until forcefully pulled shut. They supplied a coffee maker but no coffee filters. Carpet is outdated and pretty gross. Mostly little things but still disappointed for the price you are paying! Recommended the Whaler 100% but I suggest finding a different room.

This was a great u it in a great location. It definitely needs more cooking supplies. Bowls, Tupperware or something!! Also we stayed for 12 days and it didn’t come with any cleaning so we had to wash our own towels etc.
