This unit is great! We had two families stay in this unit and it was perfect. The huge patio was so great and has great views of the ocean. It’s also a quiet part of the resort! Highly recommend.

We stayed here in Oct 2023, and the property was exactly as described and so wonderful. The place was super clean and the resort personnel were helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with the property when we checked in, and the owners immediately responded and cleared up the situation, which proves they are committed to providing an incredible experience for their guests. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

A group of 8 of us stayed in this beautiful condo. The grounds, pools and facility are all exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai is amazing. There were plenty of linens to go around, and some beach equipment in the closet to use. I would definitely recommend this condo, especially for larger groups.

Traveled with a 3 y/o and 1 y/o and the villa had all the things to accommodate my little ones. Easy access to the pools and beach was our favorite! My family and I had an amazing time and hope to make this our annual trip!

The place is awesome. Very spacious and well furnished. Three bedrooms and three bath large living kitchen and dining room. The view from the linai was incredible. Clearly see the ocean or all the stuff going on in the pool and outside bar area. Grills available in the pool area. It is about an hour drive with traffic to get to the Waikiki area where the charter stuff happens and no one picks up that far out but worth the drive. Also had to pay for parking in Waikiki everyday. The resort was awesome and if we go back will definitely book there

Nice condo in great location (great ocean view); however, we had to wait three hours for cleaning crew to finish! After three hours of lost vacation time, tired from a 5 am flight, a $100 gift card was offered (what a joke, you could tell the owners don’t understand customer service)! Owner blamed it on previous renters, but how and why is that my fault. Condo is showing its age. Carpet needs cleaned; missing shower wand; missing smoke detectors, dryer touch screen wouldn’t work; shower slow to drain; provided chairs and snorkel gear falling apart. FYI, this condo is not part of the Marriot (No restraurants, no market, but able to eat at nearby restaurants). FYI, they only provide starters for bathroom items. For the cost I would not stay here again. Listing included two parking spaces, but one was down for maintenance. Chairs and umbrellas at the beach were additional daily charge. Owner communication was slow. We left beach umbrella and toys for future renters.

The lanai overlooks a water feature and koi pond, very nice ambiance listening to the water, and ocean the view was amazing! Loved sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and sunsets!
Comfortable beds, lots of towels and in-suite laundry.
The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, pools and hot tubs were great! Resort provides direct access to the beach/lagoon. Ages 10-73 and everyone had a great time!

Our family of 8 stayed at this unit for a week. The property was exactly as described/ pictured in the listing. Location is great with beautiful property and great service. We had everything we needed at the unit including beach chairs, beach towels, toys, extra air mattress and plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/ trash bags, etc. We had wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon!

Loved this location on the island and within Ko Olina! Easy access, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, the lanai will be your family room 😀 The beds were super comfortable and the beach toys and chairs were certainly plentiful. There are so many things within walking distance and we took advantage of all of them. Walking the lagoons was a daily routine we all enjoyed. The beauty is amazing! The condo has everything you need to make your stay easy, relaxing and memorable. Would definitely go back!
Just be aware that the parking spots at this location are all for compact cars so your family vehicle should be smaller sized if possible.

Wow! What an amazing condo with views you can never get tired of. Right outside the lanai you can see the Koi pond and hear the waterfall, perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy coffee and the view! We went for our daughters HS graduation and she took her friend. They explored the coves, played at the pool and used the gym every day. My son and I snorkeled and found a fun private beach!
We rented a car and went all over the Island. We felt right at home!
We walked to the Marriott for dinner a few times and fun to just walk along the pathway around the coves.
I highly recommend this condo!❤️

The location, staff and amenities of the Ko Olina Beach Villas was fabulous.
However, we were disappointed in a couple of things with the rental itself. We arrived an hour past check-in time (5pm) to find that our room was still being cleaned and after a long day of traveling with kids were asked to wait on the balcony while they finished for an hour. Although the cleaning people were very apologetic, it was not ideal. As a result, the rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned very well and it showed, hairs still in shower, water stains still on mirrors, carpets didn’t look thoroughly vacuumed. The high chair available for use was very dirty and I ended up having to clean it myself to feel comfortable putting my baby in it. The patio furniture could use a good wash, it was covered in bird poop so we had to wipe down ourselves. Last complaint was the kitchen supplies, knives were dull and worn down as well as other utensils.
For the price, we just felt like the attention to detail and cleanliness should have been much better. If things were improved we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
The villa itself is in a beautiful spot on the property, quiet and peaceful. The lanai and view are incredible. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and big. We were very thankful for all the beach supplies.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. Perfect location. No restaurants on site, but several restaurants within walking distance. Parking garage is very tight squeeze - we had a Tahoe and it was difficult to park when other cars where parked next to assigned spot. Don't bring a huge car if you aren't very comfortable with parking. But the penthouse was great. Amazing view. Quick walk down to the hot tub/pool/beach. Already talking about coming back with the other side of the family. Would be perfect spot for kids - nice lagoon to swim in without the big waves crashing down.

We returned to Ko Olina Beach Villas this holiday period. The Villa was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6. The views from the lanai was spectacular. Michael and Susie were very good hosts and were always responsive to our requests for changes. I would highly recommend the vills to anyone .

This was our first time doing a VRBO for the family. It is a special time for us as our son was being stationed in HI. It had exactly what we needed as a family. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous view, clean, plenty of supplies for cooking, etc. The complex staff were friendly and always accommodating. I will stay here again in the future without hesitation.

We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful property. Loved it from the minute we walked in. The views are incredible. We sat out on the lovely lanai every evening with a glass of wine or cocktail. Perfect. Great place to bring family or friends. Can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is amazing, the view is stunning, and the property is beautiful. The finished inside the condo are top notch, and it’s very spacious and well-equipped. The staff at the property are incredibly nice, and staying here gives you hotel-like amenities while still having your own space to cook your own meals if you choose. Ko olina is definitely our favorite area to stay on Oahu, and we won’t hesitate to come back to this property!

This condo is absolute perfection. It’s everything we were looking for in a Hawaiian vacation. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There were boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, pool noodles and much more. There were cooking utensils and dishes for all. And the view!! A glass of wine on the lanai at sunset was amazing. There were five adults and two children in our party and there was room for everyone and plenty of privacy. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already booked next year.

Property was just as listed. Very relaxing vacation and was perfect location for seeing all the sites on the island. Quick drive to north shore and east side of island. If you are coming to Oahu this is the place to stay. Very safe controlled area with great walking paths along the ocean.

The room windiw that I was in did not close properly so there was a draft all night long and was cold in the morning. The snorkeling equipment was dirty and sandy. It was not as clean as the units we stayed at before. Everything was just slightly off. Will look at another unit the next time.

Our unit was AMAZING! We couldn't have had a better accommodations or a view for Waikiki! We had a Wonderful Host--she was definitely worth 5 stars herself. The communication we received was quick, responsive, helpful. The description of the property and room does not do it justice; as when we arrived both property and room were BEYOND expectations. The amenities of the room were above adequate we had everything we needed and the location was just absolutely perfect ! We were very fortunate for the availability and we really appreciate it! We would most definitely book 100 times over! Just beautiful

Everything in the property description, photos and described in the reviews was accurate. This place is practically perfect. We traveled with 2 adult couples and 2 kids. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the beach toys, snorkel gear and boogie boards were a bonus for the kids.
This place was luxurious as well as functional. Really no complaints at all about this rental, I wish I could just move in full time! The Ko Olina area was fantastic for families or for those looking for somewhere calmer and quieter than Waikiki. We would absolutely return in the future.

What a fantastic rental! The views from the large balcony of the pool and ocean were beyond expectation. The condo was stocked with everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable for a family of 7. I would rent this unit again without question.

We had a wonderful week here. The location is perfect, right above the koi ponds. We spent much of our time out on the lanai, which was lovely. The interior was very clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and well-furnished. The toy closet had everything we needed from beach chairs to boogie boards. Check in and out was smooth, and the owner and liason were so helpful throughout. We highly recommend this lovely home, and hope to stay again someday!!
