I can’t say enough good things about this property. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location was great. It’s about a mile from everything you would need. I really enjoyed my morning walks to grab coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe and the parking spot is conveniently right in front of the unit.
Betsy was a great host and I would gladly choose this property again!

Wow! This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Everything about the condo was on point. The location was perfect! Such a peaceful place to stay, with the sound of the ocean and cool breeze... The views from the balcony were spectacular! Betsy was very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. We nicknamed this condo the "Penthouse" of Alii Villas. It's the last unit next to the ocean, on the third floor, and has unobstructed ocean views, cool ocean breezes, and amazing sunsets from the large lanai. If you love to hear the sound of waves crashing on the rocks this is the condo for you. It is comfortable and has everything you need, including beach chairs and towels to take with you on your outings. The kitchen is well equipped should you feel like cooking. It's a short mile walk to downtown Kona for shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.

The condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. Betsy was very helpful and attentive. Excellent location and amazing views from the lanai. The ocean breezes and the sound of the waves breaking lulled us to sleep every night. We could not have picked a more perfect spot for our trip to Kona. Thank you so much, Betsy!!!

We loved our stay at this place! It's beautifully decorated and the balcony has a clear view over the ocean, I spent so much time just sitting on the balcony admiring the beauty of the waves and all the colorful fish that comes in with the waves.

This light and airy condo shouts vacation. Charmingly decorated in a beach/ ocean theme, it is just what sun starved state spiders are looking for. The view from the lanai will have you staying ‘home’ more than you’d think. Delightful.

We loved our stay here - watching the dolphins while we ate our breakfast on the lanai and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Highly recommend. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

First of all, if we could have bought this place, we would have in a heartbeat. Everything about the condo and our experience was perfect. The ocean view is unmatched. Drifting off to sleep each evening listening to the sound of the ocean is pure bliss. The beachy decor is a perfect compliment to its location. The entire condo has been remolded and is just beautiful. I was worried at first about no air conditioning but my worries quickly faded with the trade winds and the awesome ceiling fans. If you open the windows and doors and have the fans on, it’s the perfect temperature night and day. The sunset views are breathtaking. I know for certain that when my family goes back to the Big Island, we will be contacting Betsy to book our accommodations. Thank you for helping make our stay perfect.

Condo is on 3rd floor. No elevator. It was an issue with on of our friends who came with us. I should have checked that. Location was great. Saw dolphins almost daily.

Spectacular location and loved the ocean breezes, listening to ocean and all the comforts of home! Amenities are plentiful, lovely welcoming treats, and easy check-in. Betsy was responsive when needed or we had questions. Great place to stay and very relaxing

The condo is very cute and has a great ocean view. The only complaint we have is that it is very noisy. I love listening to the sound of waves, but the water was crashing on the rocks. We needed to leave the sliders open because there is no AC.
There is no beach area, all rocks.

Terrific location on the water. We spent all our time ,when we were at the condo, on the patio. Betsy has thought of everything. We appreciated the sand chairs and other gear. A beautiful place.
