We had a lovely stay in this unit. We were 3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids and had lots of room to spread out. It is well stocked with every convenience. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING. The location was convenient to many places. We personally loved the walkability of the area.

This is a great property in a quiet location that has everything you would need including lots of beach gear. It is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable and the property was clean and well-maintained. It has a very nice pool that is a very short walk away. The check in and check out process was very easy. We had a wonderful vacation here and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The access to the pool and beach club were major perks for travelling with children. The rental was well stocked and very clean. The washing machine broke before we arrived which was a disappointment but information was communicated to us very openly and clearly.

We had a great time at Big Island Fairways at Mauna Lani 1705. Everything was SO well labeled and organized. There were many family-friendly things (high chair, bassinet, toddler mattress, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers etc) and the unit was so clean and spacious. We went to the Mauna Lani beach club and pool nearly every day. The lanai and bbq was beautiful with grass right outside. We had no issues at all and CB Island Vacations was also great to work with. We'd absolutely go back!

We loved our stay at 1705 from start to finish. Every detail was anticipated. The house was clean the bedrooms were cozy. It was a wonderful place to come home to after exploring the island. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property. Close to Hapuna beach, Maunakea beach, and the beach club on the property is also excellent.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The owners have generously furnished the home with everything you might need, and some extras as well. The beach equipment made spending time at the private beach club easy and relaxing. The home it set up nicely for a family, with outside access to lawn area. We used the outdoor grill and dining most nights we were there. We will definitely go back for another visit.

We had a nice winter vacation in warm weather and sunshine. The end of our stay we discovered that Ocean fresh fish had a roadside stand close by where you could buy fresh fish and poke plus other seafoods.

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our week stay! We were so impressed with the townhouse decor and all the comforts of home. It was especially nice to have all the beach gear that we could use. We loved being able to bbq on the back patio and use the beautiful pool. We will return again!

The host did a very nice job accommodating our family vacation. Right as we walked in music was playing, and temperature of the house was nice and cool. All amenities were provided! I was skeptical about cleanliness but the house was so clean, very important due to Covid time . Only thing I didn’t like was that they house thermostat was locked at 74 and not 72 on the sticker. It got humid at times, but they had provided extra fans. Our front door deadbolt ran out of batteries, but we just entered back and forth from the garage. Great location near the market and beaches! Would recommend!

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Fairways in Mauna Lani. The property is superb, so lush and beautiful and well maintained. We loved the pool facility. The accommodations were fantastic as well all of the extra amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment boogey boards, etc.. were greatly appreciated. The property manager provided good customer service and was responsive to our needs. The whole trip was top notch and we hope to be back very soon. Highly recommend! Thanks

From the welcome basket with drinks and chocolates, to the USB ports around the house, the fully stocked kitchen cabinets, and even the children's toilet seat and step stool in the bathroom, this is clearly a well thought out home and not just a vacation rental. Everything was perfect!

My team booked this for the Hawaii 70.3 Triathlon. The location was excellent-close to the race venue. The condo had plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities we needed.
