Very nice spacious home. Home had essentials. Lovely gardens and fruit trees. We enjoyed the large deck area. More kid friendly items would have been a nice touch, such as board games, game cards, a little more sand toys. We enjoyed our stay thank you.

Beautiful home, great location in a tropical jungle. Very private, peaceful and serene, ten min walk to the nearest beach. Friendly neighbors especially Peter across the street.

This was a good temporary home while renovations of our house were finishing. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The only real thing I wish we had known is that the master bed sits at least 4 feet off the ground and requires a step stool to get in and out of.

This is a comfortable, well kept house in a clean, quiet neighborhood with well manicured landscaping. The house is quite spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The location was accessible to a wide selection of beaches, restaurants, activities, etc.
A few things to know:
-the wifi worked fine in the living room, but was pretty spotty in the bedrooms (seems like it would be an easy fix to add another wifi node for the bedrooms) .
-it's a multi-level house, so there are stairs - especially quite a few up to the master bedroom.
-the bed in the master bedroom is quite high, and there are step stools to climb into it. That was fine for us, but might be an issue for some.
These are just niggles tho that I thought I would mention - it's really a beautiful house with some views of both the mountains and the ocean from a couple of locations inside. There are some fruit trees and other plants in the yard that were fun to explore.
We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance too!

We did a family vacation and stayed at this property in Princeville. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We came on the 4th and had fireworks that the neighbors didn't love so that was a bummer, however, it's close to a shopping center and grocery store. The house was roomy the deck was pretty with all the foliage. We had some issues locating the key in the beginning, not in lockbox but under mat, however, the Property Management company was quick to respond.

While the pictures didn’t communicate it clearly the home is a multi-level residence. Which in our case was really fun. There were a few things that were not totally operational, but they were addressed very well by Oceanfront Realty. The Refrigerator was not working properly and instead of waiting for a repair man, oceanfront brought a separate functioning refrigerator and placed it in the garage for our perishables. That was really awesome. Thank You for your service.
