I am sitting here on the lanai having my last coffee on checkout day. We will all be so sad to leave as we have loved our time here. We are a family of 6 adults. We are all very saddened to leave. We had the absolute best time. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the barbecue, the hot tub. Hiked the Kalalau Trail. Visited hanalei beach and Anini beach. Best time at Anini Beach. Saw turtles, fish and a sting ray . Highly recommend and would love to return one day. The screened in lanai and tropical seclusion are all very zen. Mahalo

I chose this property based on reviews and assurance of a well stocked kitchen, the ping pong table, beach supplies and hot tub to entertain my adult sons and their girlfriends. We had a great stay, the kitchen was everything and more than I'd hoped. Grocery store only a few minutes away to service this area. The house is well maintained in this upscale neighborhood, all with immaculate yards. Beautiful teak floors and plenty of air flow and ceiling fans. We did not want to use the air conditioning. We were undisturbed but do expect gardeners to do their job during your stay to maintain the beautiful landscaping. Chickens are everywhere in Kauai and you will hear the roosters announce daybreak but that's just one of the special aspects of Kauai that I will remember fondly. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

This house is amazing! Beautiful and most importantly well stocked. There are bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, games, ping pong, absolutely everything you need to enjoy your day! We also really enjoyed the screened in, outdoor balcony off of the kitchen. We had breakfast out there every morning and played some games out there as well. We loved it!

A comfortable and convenient stay in Princeville. It’s a Great location and close to the market. There are so many amenities inside the home that remove the hassle of renting boards, beach gear, etc. The hot tub is awesome after a long day hiking… This home is just full of good vibes and If you stay here, you will feel like you’re having a local experience. OMG, we were blown away by the beauty of this house. Spacious bedroom, great family room, kitchen had everything you could need (except coffee..lol), the location was the best part. We weren't far from beaches, shopping, events, and everyone complimented how nice it was to be together in a house. When we left to go to Oahu in a hotel, we were sure missing the house. Thanks so much for the great experience in a week rental for our Hawaii trip.

We absolutely loved this home! We traveled with three children, who were delighted to have their own rooms. Our ten year-olds enjoyed having their own space - including the outdoor hangout spot with ping pong table, as well as two bedrooms and bathroom - on the first floor. The second floor is the “main floor,” with open concept kitchen/dining/living space and two bedrooms. I was a little hesitant to not have a proper/private “primary bath,” but the configuration worked fine for us. The primary bedroom is connected to the second-floor bathroom, so it was very convenient.
The location and setting are what truly set this home apart. Extremely easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Foodland. The mountain views from the screened-in lanai are magical and breathtaking. This home is perfectly situated to maximize the tradewinds. Open up the window shades and turn the AC off for an incredible vacation!

This rental is beautifully appointed on a cul de sac with a beautiful view from the lanai. We’ve stayed in rentals in multiple places over the years and this was by far the best stocked home in terms of kitchen and other basic items. Not once did I have to contact property management for needs. We had everything we needed to have enjoyable beach days and didn’t have to rent anything. My family created great memories during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

5 starts on all counts - Lots of room, great open living space/kitchen, every amenity you could want from bikes to hot tub to almost unlimited beach supplies ( Tent/Toys/Boogie Boards/ Sand Toys) to ping pong table to ~ 100" TV in the living space to a well stocked kitchen for a large family (7 people)
It's in a neighborhood that feels very quiet and sheltered from the neighbors. We had our 2yr old granddaughter with us on her 1st big trip. The high chair, portable crib and open grass space was perfect for her and her parents. Everything is well thought out for families.
Lastley Deb the property manager was extremely helpful and kind. We were forced to move the dates a couple of times which she did very quickly. Communication was a A++++.

We all really enjoyed this home. It was so amazing to relax in Hawaii and be in such a beautiful place. We all really enjoyed the amenities provided, it was so nice to feel like it was a home away from home.
The kitchen had everything you ever wanted, hot tub, huge TV and comfortable couches. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower setup. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Princeville. Also - Deb the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We had such a wonderful time and I hope to go back and stay here again sometime!

We has an amazing stay in Princeville. The house was spacious, impeccably clean and well maintained. It had every kitchen utensil we could possibly need. The games, from Candy Land to Ticket to Ride and more, ping pong table, bikes, kayak. Boogie boards, etc. etc were a bonus as was the hot tub. It was a breeze communicating with Debbie and instructions for virtually everything in the house was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Well maintained and spacious property in quiet neighborhood close to shopping plaza and beaches. Bikes, boards and beach gear were an asset and much appreciated by teenage kids. Lack of recycling options, especially on a small island like Kauai was unfortunate but this is not a fault of the property. Overall great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay here with another family - it's the perfect set up with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor propane grill. The screened in porch was wonderful for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee, although we could hear the neighbors when they were in their backyard. We were grateful for all of the beach equipment, they have everything you need - boogie boards, coolers, chairs, snorkels, etc. The outdoor shower felt so nice after coming back from the beach and super convenient for washing the sand off our kiddos. The cruiser bikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood and we had some epic ping pong battles as well. There is also a pull up bar and some hand weights if you want to get a workout in. Don't miss all the awesome board games in the upstairs bedroom closet! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this house! Thank you!!

We have stayed in a few properties and this by far was the best. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you would need for a fun vacation. Everything from the bikes, beach gear, surf boards, boogie boards and Paddle boards. Plus the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal. The air conditioning in each bedroom is a life saver for those hot humid nights. I look forward to our next visit to Kauai and we will be staying at Deb’s property for sure.

This was the perfect property for my family of six (4 teens/pre-teens) and my mother-in-law. Besides extremely comfortable bedrooms and 2 large screen tvs, we enjoyed so many extra amenities that made our stay feel like home. From laundry baskets to board games and of course all the beach gear including straps to tie boards to the roof of the minivan, we lacked for nothing. We also took advantage of the grocery and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property!

Really great house that was a perfect home base for our family. Great kitchen and everything you need to prepare your own gourmet meals. Nice open space for all to hang out when it's raining, including game room / garage. Hot tub was a nice treat to come home to after the beach and hikes. The amount of outdoor gear / toys is unbelievable - kayaks, surfboard, bikes, chairs, coolers, just to name a few. Exactly what you would have if you owned your own place in Kauai. We had a group of 8 adults who stayed at the house. Very comfy beds and home was so roomy. This home was the best rental I have stayed at. It was so well stocked- spices, TP, laundry soap, garbage bags, baggies, beach towels, plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas.
There was even ingredients that we used to make cookies one night. Property manager responded right away when we had a quick question. Location in a nice neighborhood was wonderful.

My husband and I brought our four kids (3 in early twenties) & my dad with us to Princeville. The house was beautiful and allowed plenty of space for us to all be together or have a few minutes alone. We love the beach and spent our days there're, but we are not party people and throughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood at the end of the day. The location was perfect. The 5 minute drive to Hanalei for the beach, shopping and restaurants was so convenient. The Princeville shopping center was an easy walk or bike ride for coffee or groceries. We enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market on Saturday at the HOA. At the house, the lanai was my favorite spot each morning with a cup of coffee and a book. The house was stocked with everything I needed in the kitchen, everything we needed for the beach (chairs, cooler, umbrella) & the bonus features of the bikes, the outdoor shower and the hot tub. My oldest son, who surfed all day every day, commented on how beach houses are usually tiny but this house had plenty of space and everything we could have wanted. Even the rainy day was fun at the house with the games and TV. We had one issue with the wifi when we arrived and Deb answered very quickly. Thanks for providing the perfect home for our vacation!

From bikes to ping pong to snorkeling gear this place has all the recreational equipment you could want. The house was beautiful with generous sized rooms. Walk to the grocery store (or ice cream shop). Bike to the beach. The community is tidy and well organized, our stay quiet and peaceful (aside from the delightful chickens).

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the perfect number of rooms and beds for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We loved our evening meals together and lounging in the various common spaces (the lanai porch was my favourite spot to drink my morning coffee or afternoon tiki drinks). The kids were entertained by the ping pong table and games (as were us adults; great game selection!). The hot tub, BBQ, and beach equipment were nice bonuses and made our trip so much easier. Excellent location: easy walk to the Foodland and Wylie's beach, and easy drive to Hanalei (and Kauai is such a small island nothing is more than and 2 hr drive away anyway). Highly recommend this property!

This house more than exceeded our expectations. Comfy beds, great work from home standup desk setups in each room (if needed), plenty of space in the kitchen/living room and a lovely outdoor lanai area. A/C if needed but mostly just used the fans and enjoyed the natural breeze. The hot tub was a nice touch after a long day of hiking, and they had great extras like beach chairs, towels, standup paddle boards, boogie boards, surfboards & had 6 bikes which were awesome to have for our group. Beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and only wished we could’ve stayed longer. The house offered many things to do including a hot tub, puzzles/games, and bikes. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to hang out and offered great views of the property’s lush setting. We also loved being walking distance from a grocery store and lots of great restaurants. We slept most nights with all the windows open as the house gets lots of fresh breezes (which also keep the temperature comfortable!). Just note though that the chickens are chatty in the mornings but I imagine you’ll hear them from anywhere on the island given how prevalent they are. With windows closed and the a/c running, they didn’t wake us up. Overall, a great trip and would recommend the house!

This house is amazing. The screened in lanai was our favorite lounging spot and the hot tub was an added bonus. Centrally located, easy walk/drive to grocery store and shopping. Can walk, bike or drive easily to many beaches. Whether you want to explore the island or lounge around all day this house provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house was perfect! Everything that we needed for our stay was here. The bikes were great, the beach umbrellas and chairs awesome. The house was surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our cooking at home excellent. Blenders for making those awesome frozen fruity cocktails. Great spaces for hanging out inside and out..
The only issues that came up were one of the sliding doors could not be opened to the patio . The downstairs bathroom shower was not very clean and the hot tub was unusable. It was dirty and the filter was disgusting. I cleaned it myself but felt very unsafe. So even after I took 2 days to completely clean the tub and filter, we still never used it. All that said we would definitely be back for a family stay on Kauai and would stay at this home again.

We decided to spend half of our trip to Kauai in the Northshore at Deb's house and were so happy we did after our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and relaxing. We loved riding the cruiser bikes to the grocery store, Queen's bath, or to get ice cream after dinner- the house is in a wonderful neighborhood. The outside shower was so handy to keep the sand out of the house and clean off. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook- I loved looking out the windows in the kitchen and seeing the lush mountain and trees- you really feel like you are in a tropical paradise! Our family gave the house 10 to of 10! Highly recommend!
