I have nothing but great things to say about Bonnie. She answered immediately any questions we had prior to our trip, and also during our stay. The unit was very well appointed and we lacked nothing for our family of five. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach wagon, and umbrella was used a lot, although we did not use the surf boards supplied. The AC in the living room and the fan in the bedroom was more than enough to maintain a cool environment. Our family with 3 teens fit comfortably, although not a lot of room to move when the Murphy bed and sofa bed were down (which were Uber comfortable!) it was only for a short period of time sleeping. With TVs in the bedroom and living room, the teens were very happy with their gaming. We were very happy with the large deep pool, the beach across the road, as well as the nearby restaurants and shopping strip outside our gates. We would have no problem staying here again next time we are in Maui.

Our family of 5 loved this property! Just steps from the pool and the beach! Everything we needed for our beach days was provided (chairs, cooler, wagon, beach towels, umbrella, etc…) We loved walking to the beach with our morning coffee, as well as watching the sunset- so close! Having a washer/dryer was so nice as well. Also, just down the street, there is an “Actvities” booth, where you can book fun things to do from a very knowledgeable guy. Very convenient!

Property was clean. Pull out bed and Murphy bed took up all the room in the main area. A/C was great in that room. Bedroom was pretty warm (no A/C) and would be great if there were some more curtains to block the light better. Overall a cute little place that we had a good time in. I would say it is more for 4 people as opposed to 6 but technically you can fit 6.

The place is WAY too small for 6 people. Most units in that complex max at 4 people and several are only two people. Murphy bed and couch bed basically open into each other. Only A/C in living room so bedroom was brutally hot. Kids found a marijuana “bowl” in the cupboard…not ideal! Really disappointed in the condo and was forced to book another place when we arrived to accommodate our 6 people. This condo should be forced to reduce listing to 4 people!

When we walked in there was a dead bug on the ground. Other than that, the condo was pretty clean and tidy. We were running the ac and the dryer at the same time and the power went out.
Host was quick in getting that fixed.
Host was very responsive from the time of booking until check out.

This condo is in a great location for families. Close to all the action. Close to the pool. Has plenty of beach equipment. For couples only it may seem a bit busy but we found it to be quiet at night and the lanai was a nice place to relax. Everything in the unit worked great and we didn’t even need the AC with the ceiling fans and open windows keeping it cool.

Great experience staying here. It was close to many restaurants and gift shops as well as across the street from the beach. I'm 6 months pregnant and there were a lot of extra pillows/sheets/towels which was very handy for me. Well stocked and clean. Thanks for a wonderful Babymoon experience!

This property is located in a very active beach area in Kihei. It is just steps from a great beach with awesome sunsets! It's a one bedroom, 1 bath unit, but it was great for our family of four. Everyone got there own bed. There is air conditioning in the living room which was great. The bedroom does not have AC, but was manageable with the fan running at night. Overall this was a great location for our family and the beach equipment that is available for use was great.

This was a perfect property for my family who wasn’t going to be spending a lot of time in the condo other than sleeping. The condo was clean and tidy and pretty spacious. We had a pull out queen sofa that served its purpose but needed an upgrade on the mattress. There was also a full Murphy bed. This was great because we have two over 18 kids that don’t like to share a bed. The main bedroom had a spacious king bed which was really comfortable. However, there is no AC in the bedroom and it got really hot in there. There was a tiny desktop oscillating fan, but it didn’t help much. The owner had great communication and when we had a flight change and got in earlier than expected they did work with us to get us in before the normal 4pm check in time which was great.
The only issues with anything was there no AC in the main bedroom and a small ant problem in the kitchen that is probably inevitable for Hawaii.

The condo is in a perfect location just steps away from the beach. It was perfectly clean and nicely updated. We loved how well stocked it was with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and even aloe vera lotion for after the long beach days. Everyone was very friendly and it was located close to great restaurants and ice cream shops. We saw lots of turtles swimming at the beach, whales breaching and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets and dinner on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and well appointed! Amazing location next to tons of little shops, restaurants, etc. Comfy beds and everything you need is included. Host is super friendly and easy to reach. Parking was plentiful and security and staff on site were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful condo. Literally 200 feet from Kam Beach II with jaw dropping sunsets and views of the water. Bonnie was super responsive and made sure we were comfortable. I will totally book again with Bonnie next year :) Amazing service by Nancy with room service :)

Awesome location, 2mins walk to beach 2. They have all the beach equipments in the patio. Pretty good price for the place.
