Wonderfully located upper floor condo with gorgeous lanai views. Very nicely decorated and the unit had more than enough appliances/gadgets/perks to make for an enjoyable stay. We did encounter unexpected situations that happened and I must compliment the owner on her rapid responses as well as perseverance in helping us to resolve those occurrences. She went above and beyond for us. Definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

The condo was exactly as described..beautiful and equipped with everything you might need for a fantastic vacation! Washer and dryer with detergent; shampoo, conditioner, and soap; beach chairs and noodles and ice chest; best equipped kitchen Ive seen in a vrbo rental! Very quiet complex and good tennis clinic at the tennis center.

Wow! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here. Kathy, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The condo had all you could hope for and more. We were just a short walk (and even shorter drive) from the beach. It was walking distance to the shops for morning coffee plus a short walk away to Monkeypod for dinner. Thank you for hosting us and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will recommend it right away to any friends visiting the area.

The owner is absolutely extraordinary…immediate communication regarding any questions, comments, or concerns. Cleanest property we’ve ever rented. Exceptionally maintained and decorated. Perfectly stocked. Beautiful location and view. And, best neighbors we’ve ever encountered. This is the only property on Maui that we will rent in future.

This was the second time staying at this property and unit. It’s on the second floor and offers high ceilings, making this a very open and large setting. The unit has all the amenities and even more kitchen items you can imagine. Often condos will come with bare minimum, but this unit has all the convenience of a lovely home along with a beautiful setting. I the owners were easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for your next visit.

We loved the property and the location of the room. It was very clean and exactly as portrayed. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and the location to the shops and beach was perfect. Make sure to go to Polo beach— nice access and very clean with soft sand.

Well kept with everything you'd need for an enjoyable visit. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which enabled us to have some family over for a Thanksgiving lunch. Bed was comfortable and everything that you'd need was there. Just plan a bit of time to find the complex if using Apple maps as it doesn't route to the entrance, and that to get to the ocean you need a bit of a walk or to drive.

We love Maui and have stayed at a different Grand Champion Condo each time. This Condo is by far the best! From the booking to our departure our stay was seamless. The amenities are top of the line. The view is spectacular! Sunset on the lanai is over the top! Book now and you will have no regrets!

The description and photos posted are exactly what you get when you arrive. The condo is well kept, extremely clean, very spacious and a quiet location. The unit backs onto a golf course with a stunning view in the background. After a long day of travelling, it is an easy drive from the Kahului Airport.
The hosts, Kathy, and Darryl are wonderful. Responded quickly when I was inquiring about a couple of things.
The location was great. Close to shopping, a number of restaurants and the beach.
Our first time to Maui and we were not disappointed with anything in Wailea. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

What a perfect condo, conveniently located and the whole premise is well kept. My husband and I were able to walk alot of places. Condo was very clean and had everything you needed! So nice having two full bathrooms when both people were trying to get ready and take showers after a pool and beach day. Flexible and easy communication, we will definitely be back!

This place is spotless and modern. It’s beautifully decorated and all around just an amazing place. I’m a 5 star hotel type of person. So my expectations are extremely high, especially for cleanliness. This place was better then most hotels I have stayed at. It was comfortable, super clean and in a great location. Kathy is great to communicate with. We had zero issues with anything. We will certainly be repeated guest in the future. Mahalo!

This was a great home (condo) with all the amenities you can imagine. The location was ideal for us, walking distance to the Shops at Wailea, the beach, many restaurants and close to the onsite adult (quiet) pool. My husband plays golf and enjoyed watching others tee off on the 14th tee from the lanai. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai too. We spent 4 nights before heading to Kaanapli for another 2 weeks of paradise. We highly recommend this condo and hope to be back in the future.

We had a lovely stay here! The condo was spacious, clean, and full of all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the evenings. Communication with the host was clear and helpful. The location was wonderful and easy to get to several beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

The cleaning lady left some dirty laundry when we got there. It was not a big deal. I later find out after speaking to Kathy that she was not expecting us and had to run an errand.. Kathy ended up sending us a $100 ding voucher. She didn’t have to do that. The place is great.. We will stay here again.

Kathy’s place was impeccably clean, luxurious and welcoming. Everything added to island magic. Loved having access to all the beach equipment, rain shower was so lux, furniture beautiful. Loved every second!! Kathy was amazing in her communication and overall kindness. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful this place is!

The property was amazing. The ocean view from the balcony was lovely. We ate most of our meals on the balcony It had everything anyone could need. It even had a coffee grinder and a juicer.
The communication between us and the owner was fantastic.
There was a miss communication between the housekeeper and owner. Due to this the condo wasn’t ready for us. We got in the unit at about 10pm looking forward to just climbing into bed. But the bed hadn’t been made. We call the owner and the housekeeper came right over even though it was after 10pm. She apologized and felt very bad about the mistake. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this unit. It was clean and as I already said was fully equipped more than we could have possibly image. The unit is on the golf course and there was even a set of golf clubs.
I could go on and on about this wonderful unit. We would be happy to stay there again and will recommend it to our friends when they travel to Maui.

This was our second stay and Grand Champions. The first time we stayed in a ground floor unit. This unit is a second floor (top) unit and we liked it much better. Excellent communication with the host. This is a great location if you like to snorkel. It is very close to good snorkeling as well as being in a safe and quiet location. There were deer and a variety of birds on the fairway that the deck overlooks. This VRBO unit will be our first choice for our next Maui visit.

This property deserves its five stars. I won't repeat what others have written but note a few things (1) extremely well-stocked and well-organized with pretty much everything you would expect and more (e.g., aloe and sunscreen); (2) very clean and comfortable; (3) although really didn't need her, Kathy was super responsive and I have no doubt she would have helped if something arose. If you walk straight you are a half mile from one of the best snorkel spots in Maui, you are 1/3 mile from the snorkel rental place and a nice coffee spot and 1/2 mile from the mall. I didn't need to use the air conditioners because there is a great breeze if you open up the windows in the evening.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The condo is BEAUTIFUL, and nicely updated. It was incredibly comfortable and met all our needs. We were within walking distance of grocery, shops, restaurants, and the beach! The view from the back porch was better than I imagined, looking over the golf course with a big view of the mountain and the ocean in the distance. Check in and check out couldn't have been any easier, and we felt like the host considered a lot of thoughtful details that really enhanced our stay! Don't wait, just book it!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and within easy walking to high end shopping as well as grocery, beaches and many delicious restaurants. We felt very safe and the owners were super accommodating. We would definitely vacation at their property again. Plenty of towels, etc. The only minor issue I would say is that the a/c —while extremely cold is two window units and the one in bedroom is really loud just due to pure proximity to the bed. We opted to use the bathroom in the hallway which was nice to have two bathrooms. We loved the proximity to golf and the beautify of wailea. It is also about 15 min to airport. Night security and parking was also a big plus.
