Unit is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities guests might need. Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds, high-end appliances, in-unit washer-dryer, and charging stations for electronic devices made us feel right at home. A welcome gift basket was a very nice touch too! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an incredible time and loved every second of our stay. The condo was beautiful. The Waipouli Beatrice resort is incredible with amazing pools waterslides and an excellent oceanfront beach area. We actually really loved the restaurant too. It had excellent food. Our host was accommodating, welcoming and very helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Claire the host is wonderful! My granddaughter (4 yrs old) loved the pool and slides. The condo and property are kept very clean. I only have wonderful things to say about our stay.

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need to enjoy the resort and nearby beaches. We are a family of four with two high energy kids. When we come back, we’ll book this exact listing in a second. We’ve seen people say that the beach at the resort is too rocky, but as long as you aren’t looking for deep ocean swimming, we found the beach in front of the resort to be perfect for wading, playing, splashing and digging with kids.

This rental property was perfect! The only thing missing was a good view. Especially with the rain and being inside more then we would have liked. But overall the rental was everything we could of asked for. One of the toilets was not working properly but they did what they could to fix the issue while we were there. And we were short blankets so the property manager ran to
Ross and brought us one over. A few other things were wrong but we were overall happy with the place and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back! Hoping the weather would be better.

We had a really nice time at the place. I visited with my wife and 3 kids.
Highlights were:
1) Cool pool with slides, several hot tubs (one for kids several for adults only). Its very long, kind of like a lazy river, but doesn't flow.
2) Located right on the beach for morning or evening walks or fishing
3) Grills down by the pool
4) Nice washing machine and dryer
5) Located with a grocery store and starbucks across the street.
6) Sleeping in the 2 bedrooms, plus a couch that folds out into a bed in the living room.
7) Plenty of room to 'hang out' without everyone being on top of each other.
The rental came with all kinds of beach equipment to use (boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, etc.) This was very nice.

We were so happy with our stay ! Everything was so clean and stocked with all the things we needed to have a great time. We love the area of Kapaa, it is so centrally located. We found some great coffee houses close by, plus Safeway is a short walk across the street. Our communication with our host was smooth. as was check in. We hope to come again soon. Mahalo

The unit was excellent and the owner was accommodating to special requests. we loved the pool and proximity to golf and restaurants. there is no view, but the unit was positioned in a way that we had lots of privacy even when the drapes were open. the Oasis restaurant was the best place we ate. the food was delicious and the service impeccable. we were really disappointed that it was closed Sunday and Monday.

My husband and I stayed with our kids and we all loved the accommodations and location. I think we all agreed our favorite part was being so close to the beautiful beach. We played all day and at times felt like we had it all to ourselves . Thank you so much for providing all beach accessories!! Such a great touch and we definitely put them to good use. When you walk into the unit it is exactly like the pictures it is beautiful very well decorated has everything you need to cook with Tupperware etc.
Pool was amazing and the beach is right next to it there’s a great restaurant to eat at and Safeway is right across the street so it is very convenient.
We did many things around the island hiking different beaches different restaurants .
I’m already looking into booking my next trip to this unit I loved it so much staff was so polite I felt so safe beautiful complex clean grounds once again the unit is gorgeous stop looking and stay here.

The condo is top notch. It is very comfortable, spacious, clean and fully stocked. The location is awesome. It makes exploring the entire island easy. The resort pool is amazing and my kids felt like they were at a water park. Next time we come to Kauai, we will definitely stay here again.
